(last monday)If {Day} is "wednesday" then the cell should return 13 Dec 2023 (today)If {Day} is "thursday" then cell should return 7 Dec 2023 (last thursday)how should I write this formula?

Hi,I've been trying to learn and build a script with the help of ChatGPT. The script creates a report in Clockify and all works fine until I replace the value input variable from a fixed value to a feiled in the base from a previous step. The value is just a string but is actually a lookup from another table. I've tried to use a formula in another field and use that but both result in the error seen in the screen shot.I feel like I'm so close, any advise ?  

I’m really enjoying the new collaborator views on interfaces. But I wish buttons could pass the collaborator information of who pressed them, especially for automations and scripts.It solves the problem of multiple collaborators checking the same checkbox, getting the collaborator information from a last modified by field, and waiting for an automation to uncheck the same checkbox so someone else can do it. I don’t know if it’s a tall ask, but it’d really help me refine user-specific controls and automations. thanks!

Who knows how to achieve this? If you have two tables that are linked together where each record can be linked to multiple records in the other table...My question and goal is... How can I quickly see one table in a way that shows each/one record with the sub.linked records one per line below it? When all the linked records are just in one field bunched up, it's hard to see all of them clearly. I have a linked field in my Customer’s Table called services. On the interface page I want to show the notes of those services. Currently I have a Gallery View, but you can only show 4 lines of the field. Is there any way to show more information without having to click and open the Service? Or is there another way to show this data? Thank you,

Hello! I have a pretty basic formula that isn't working for some reason. Basically, I'm trying to see if a substring I'm extracting with a REGEX formula, and then trimming, is contained inside another string. Here is my formula: FIND({Formula Field of String to Search For}, "" & {Lookup Field of String to Search Inside}) The second parameter seems fine: I know that the lookup field needs the  ["" &] to force it to render as a string instead of an array, and that's working. The issue I'm having is with the first parameter, the string to search for.This formula field that the first parameter is referencing a REGEX_EXTRACT() on a long text field, that I need to edit (either using LEFT() or TRIM()). My goal is to then search for this extracted string in the string generated from the lookup field, using FIND(). However, no matter what I do, the first parameter it seems like it isn't accepted as a string within FIND(). I've tried UPPER(), CONCATENATE(), and the ""

Hi thereI have an Airtable base with 2 tabs: 1. Resellers: on which I keep the "Company" name and the "Website" of resellers I'm working with. Company and Website are my 2 fields on this tab2. Performance: on which I have some datas imported from a Google Sheet. Here I have 3 tabs : email_domain, total_mrr and total_projectsI would like to add a field "Results" to my Resellers tab on which I automatically render the total_projects from the table Performance for each of my resellers. The issue here is that the performance table is randomly ordered so there is a need to make a match between the Website from Resellers and the email_domain from Performance and to render the good value for each Reseller. I tried to set up an Automation or even find a way to do it through Make but I didn't manage to achieve that so far. I'm wondering if it's possible to make 2 cells from 2 different tables match to each others. 

I need to be able to write a formula that checks if the last modified date is after a specific date and time. Basically, I imported a large batch of data and I want to track whenever a change is made after the specific date and time of import. I'm having trouble referencing the specific date and time of import within my IF(IS_AFTER) formula. When I’m adding records, and I need to add a record in a related table, I have the option to do so through the gallery view but not in the form view. I would like to have that option in the form view as well. How?

Hi! So here's my problem: I manage an intranet platform for a very large company and I use Airtable for our editorial calendar. There is a special section on my platform of regularly scheduled content that is user-generated. There are four business areas (mine makes five) and together we are responsible for providing this user-generated content on a rotation each week. So each week there are four slots available but five business areas. So how do I create a scheduled rotation so that each business area gets a regular number of slots and that the total number of slots for each business area is more or less equal at the end of the year? Hi, community!Please, I need help to understand what happened with an automation that I messed up and was sending e-mails in an infinity looping even after it was deleted from the base.It was initially built with "At schedule time" trigger and had two steps: 1 - Find records matching one condition: Where field A contains Yes2 - Send an e-mail to the e-mail found in the previous stepAfter I tested, I realized that I actually needed to insert the Send an e-mail step inside a Repeating group. The problem is I forgot to update the data that should be used in this step, so it kept sending e-mails to everyone that matches the condition in the first step. I fixed that changing data to Current item data in all fields in the e-mail step but it didn't work and then, I deleted the automation and it still kept sending e-mails.Now, it seems to have stoped, but I'd like to understand what happened here so if something similar happens in the future. I have enabled Airtable's native password protection feature for my form created using the Interface Designer. When someone navigates to my form's URL, they need to enter the form password in order to access the form.How long can someone access the form after entering the form password? When testing on my computer and phone, I noticed that I can continue to access the form for about 24 hours after first submitting the form password without having to submit the form password again. After that time, I am prompted to reenter the form password. Does Airtable require the password to be resubmitted every 24 hours?

Is it possible to prefill a password for a form?Something like this: https://airtable.com/baseID/pag23482374823/form?prefill_password={password} This would be really helpful because sometimes I need to send a form with sensitive linked records to people who do not have base access.

Hi, I have been trying to create a status field that uses a formula to indicate when a project is completed IF({% Complete}=100%,"complete"). The problem is whenever I type a number into the formula, it says "invalid formula". What am i doing wrong? I even have copied and pasted formulas from the airtable help page but the number portion is always red, as shown below. The red indicates (to me) that this is where the code is broken, but maybe im wrong? How can i fix it?

Hi all! I have a couple of survey forms in one table - one is for user group X, the other is for a different user group Y. Questions are similar, so I want responses in the same table but want to be able to filter view the records by each user group (eg by form that was used to generate the record). I thought that generating record IDs would indicate the source of which form (and therefore which user group) created the record, but it seems to be random. Is another way I can extract and filter which form generated which record? Thanks!!

When I am on Safari on the iPad I cannot see the “add element” button on in the interface editor.  I can see this button when I access the same interface but using Linux/Windows.

Hi all,I'm working on building a base for my team, and am having an issue with automating a copy-and-paste function.I have a formula which calculates the due date for tasks based on a set number of workdays from the start date. However, sometimes we need to edit due dates of individual tasks and don't want to edit the start date or the number of workdays—so, I need to figure out a way to copy the data in the due date formula field to another field where it can be edited. (I know I could just edit the workdays on each task, but for a variety of reasons I think that will be too complicated for my users/set up.) In order to copy-and-paste data to make it possible to edit dates, I have been using this automation:   But, for some reason, every time the automation runs it generates the date the day after the formula-created date. I have no idea why this is, and I have to assume there's a way to just directly copy this data. Here's what's being spit-out for me right now:Any tip

Hi,I believe it's been asked many times but I'd like to see if there's any update.I'm trying to count how many records I have within a day and add the sum number to automation emails.So the recipients can have the sum numbers from their emails every day. I've figured out some ways to do so:1) Summary barHowever, I can only have the sum in the summary bar, which can't be added to the automation emails. 2)Count fieldBut can only be applied to linked records. It can be done by linking the records to a new table, but that leads to 2 problems:1. requires linking the records manually2. requires creating new records in the new table manually every dayI need to make them fully automated.I wonder if there's a way to count all the records and put them into email automation, thank you.

I want to remove the root domain from all of my URLs after a specific character. I want to remove the root of our URL (https://cotoncolorscompanywholesale.com) AND I want to remove /pages/ so that I am only left with the actual page name. Take these two URL's as an example: https://cotoncolorscompanywholesale.com/pages/faq     https://cotoncolorscompanywholesale.com/pages/for-poppy-campaign   I want them to be trimmed to read as: faq for-poppy-campaign Can you help me with this?
