I have been using Airtable for a few years now and just recently, any forms I create with the most basic info (like First Name and Last Name) are getting flagged with this red warning image.  This is not useable as I need people to link to the form and sign up for things. There are no passwords being requested, no account numbers. Just basic name info and some drop down selections on options for working with our business.  How do I get rid of this? I already reached out to support and no reply. 

Hi, I'm getting ready to delete a table, but first I want to see all the bases and tables it's linked to. I know about the Base Schema Extension, which works to see relationships within a base but I want to know about relationships between bases as well.I believe the behavior when I delete the base will be that the linked fields will be converted to string fields, so the values won't be lost, but before I do the deletion I'd like to know all the bases and tables that will be affected.Anyone know how to find that out?

I’m currently facing a challenge with syncing publish dates across different Airtable tables and bases and am looking for some guidance or a potential workaround.Here's a breakdown of my workflow:- I have two Airtable bases: "Marketing Campaigns" and "Content Marketing"; Campaign Managers work out of the "Marketing Campaigns", the content team works out of "Content Marketing"- When a Campaign Manager adds a new campaign that includes "Blog" as one of their tactics, that "Blog" record is added to a view in "Marketing Campaigns" called "Blogs in Development"- The "Blogs in Development" view in the "Marketing Campaigns" base is the source, and syncs to a "Blogs in Development table in the "Content Marketing" base - These records are then automatically added to another table called "Content in Progress" through an automation; this "Content in Progress" table is the content team's workflow/project tracker for all things content marketing- I don't

One of the very best things about grids and lists in interfaces is that they can be filtered locally, that is, user A can find records where State = TX while user B is looking at records whose State = FL at the same time and using the exact same interface. Solves a huge problem with views in classic Airtable. I built an automation with a trigger and an action, but when I try to turn on, it doesn't working. The automation turn on and after it, turn off. Everything seems right and I don't know what to do to solve this. Someone know what can I do?

I am attempting to use my first webhook. I followed this guide: Airtable Webhooks Integration: Triggers & Automations Simplified 101 No matter what I try, I cannot get a response of any sort from my webhook URL. When I browse it directly I get a 404, of course. The automation is enabled. I have an automation that sends out a digest of all overdue tasks to my team on a twice-weekly basis. This has worked out great for the past 6 months or so, but now names are not appearing in the "assigned to" field. I've tested out all steps of this automation and user names appear correctly at the "find records" test phase, but when populating into the grid below w/in the email, it shows up blank (see below screenshot). Anyone have any ideas about what's going on?I guess one work around is that individuals each get an email that only shows tasks assigned to them but that's not great either since we like to have team visibility across tasks. 

We are using a base as template, which has some automations. I’ve noticed that when the base is duplicated all the automations become disabled. Is there a way to enable all automations on base duplication?

Hi, is it possible to do the following in the Interface Designer or in Forms (old/new)?I want to create an "add new order" page/form, which will show the user all possible products taken from the Products table, and next to each item the user would be able to enter the desired quantity.Would look something like this:ProductQt.product1<user input>product2<user input>......after submitted the form a new order needs to be created with each row in the above table becoming a new record in "Order Line Items" table. I'm ok using scripts if that will allow it.Is this possible?Thanks.

Dear All,I'm designing right know an Interface to show the Warehouse stand of a multi site operation. I've programmed the tables in order to present the stand on each site and then to sum it up to have the general situation. Now I'm trying to visualize all in Interfaces. For the general situation I'll use a Dashboard with filters, but it is not ideal because the number fields are way to big and there is no way to create multi field chart. For the site situation I used the Record picker as a start. This template is a lot better to show a lot of data, because when presented as elements from the Record picker, the number field are small. To visualize the data I wanted to insert here some useful charts, but I've realized it is not possible to connect them to the record picker field. Hi everyone,We have many automations that send an email to a member of staff when the automation is triggered.  That member of staff has left and I now want all of those automations to go to another  member of staff.  Is there a way that I can search through all the automations to find every instance of that email address being used so I can then manually (or automatically) update the email address with the new name?I've searched around and I haven't been able to find a way to do this without going into every automation individually... Thanks 😄

I have 3 tables - meals, dishes and ingredients.use case: Users should be able to add new dishes and meals through a form. A meal is a combination of 1 or more dishes. Each dish comprises of many ingredients (note ingredients is a separate table)So in a form submission, the user should be able to do two things:1. Add a new dish including its ingredients (note ingredients is a separate table so should be stored appropriately)2. I have created a number of gallery views to which I've shared links & saved as bookmarks on my ipad home screen. The purpose is to have quick access to information in various categories. I prefer gallery view to grid view because it is less cluttered, less fiddely and neater, especially on a smaller screen. It works fine except for the following problems:1. The views open very slowly from the bookmarks - it may take 10-30 seconds for a view to open 2. Even though I'm logged into Airtable on my ipad, when I access the gallery views via the bookmarks I'm not3. I can't edit the records in the views (I can if I enter the airtable app and navigate around in it to each view, but it's very nitty gritty and a bit of a hassle. The whole point of doing the bookmark views was to get easy, direct access to each category of informationI've looked into settings for the links, but there were only 2 options and none were about editing. Hi all, I'm trying to build an interface with the recipe and the instructions side by side.I managed to pull all the data i need but my instructions is only showing the first line. The full list only appears when i double click in it.I am not sure if i've missed any settings. For the instructions, I've set it to a dedicated table with one line of rich text formatted in bullet points. I am trying to post all this in one page so we can have them printed.Thanks!

Hey there, I'm trying to gain access to the Download Attachment URL (without using the API) so I can upload images from the Attachment of a record to a social media platform. I've tried using a workflow of AirTable --> Zapier --> Social Media Platform, but I can't find a way to get the image in my AirTable's attachment field to the social media platform. Let me know if you know how to help! PS -- The reason I don't want to use the API is that I saw AirTable's recent notice that they are disabling API access at the end of this year. 

Hello everyone,I would like to track commercial and private flights using airtable. Ideally a flight number or tail number will be entered into a column and in two other columns the flights status and ETA will be displayed.So far there doesn't seem to be any native extensions and I have been investigate third party APIs and have yet to find a suitable match. Hi Everyone, I currently have 2 tables ("Lesson Tracker" & Student Record").What the lesson tracker does is that each new entry is basically a record of the student's name and the date of the lesson they attended.The student record table is essentially a database of the students, with their name, contact info, as well as a column counting how many lessons they have attended in total.What I would like is:1. Every time there is a new entry on the lesson tracker, an automation runs which first matches the student name on the new entry to the corresponding student row on the student record table.3. I am using Airtable as the backend for my app. I have a Table A for registering users and a Table B for registering restaurants. Through the Google Matrix Distance API, I am using longitude and latitude data to calculate the distance between registered restaurants and user data, obtaining the results in the "distance" column of Table B where the restaurants are registered.However, each automation I run through the script only updates for new users registering, causing interference with the distance results for users already registered. I would like each user to have their own distance calculation without interfering with others. I have no idea how to do this! I believe it might involve a filter or something like user ID .

Hello,I'm building an app and would like help solving an issue. I have a Table A where I register my users. Table B contains the restaurants in my app. I use a Google Maps API to calculate the distance between my users and the restaurants. I'm running an automation script block to update the distance calculation each time a new user enters. However, I want an automation where each user has their own calculation from their location to the restaurant. Any ideas on how to achieve this?

I have a table with work months like here: I'm trying to calculate the start and end datetimes of the month but the formula is giving inconsistent answers. Hi, I’m tracking inventory coming in and out of my warehouse.   I have a shipment table where i enter a record in each time something gets received OR shipped out of the warehouse.   When the material is received i have a field to enter the bin location that the product gets put away to.   That field is a lookup to a linked table where I’ve entered all of the available bin locations that can be chosen.   In the bin location table I’m tracking the project name in a field next to the bin location.  That way i can look at all my bin locations and see which projects are in which locations.  We need to know how many bin locations a project are taking up at a given time.   My dilemma is when material is being shipped out of my warehouse I’d like to be able to re-enter the bin locations the material is leaving and then update the bin location table showing that that bin location is now empty.   Is there a way to do that?  The shipment table has
