Hello,I am trying to set up something so simple, but AT is making it so complicated.All I'm trying to do is:- When a new record is created- Find a previously created record with the same CUSTOMER NAME & PHONE NUMBER - (while also looking to see if one of 2 checkboxes are checked)- If the NAME, & PHONE NUMBER are the same, and the previous record has a checkbox ticked, then add that checkbox tick to the new record.(If the checkbox is unticked, leave the new record unticked as well)I've gotten the automation to halfway work, but it is adding the new checkbox tick to every new record even if the previous record doesn't have a checkbox ticked.This seems like such an easy automation, but I've tried using "When a record is created", and "When a record matches conditions", I've tried doing the "find record" step in between the update record step, and without, but nothing is working.Please can

I have an Airtable Base with a document upload field. I take the URL of the documents and map that to a JSON to pass through an API.Sometimes, users will upload multiple documents to that table. The output URLs are in an array. I have a pdf module that will combine the PDF files into a single URL. I just need to map all the URLs in the array to the module.However, I am having a very tough time doing this. From the Airtable module, I can only map the first URL in the array. If I use an iterator, I cannot map each iteration in the same module. If I put the pdf module after an aggregator, I can again only map one iteration. I cannot set a variable of both iterations in between the iterator and the aggregator. I tried setting a variable but ran into the same issue where I can't map more than one iteration.I solved this issue in another scenario with email attachments by creating a Drive folder, uploading everything to that drive folder, and sharing a link to the fol

Hello 👋I am trying implementing Airtable OAuth flow for the first time.So far I'm pointing my OAuth application back to localhost. But I am getting stuck on this view: I can't Grant access here and there's a failed request in the network tab with error "You are not permitted to perform this operation".It seems like something is going wrong on Airtable side, because the user should have permissions to bases that they select in the select box, and also the error is hidden in the console and not printed in UI in any way.I can share CLIENT_ID if that is helpful.Thank you for any advice here!

Hi everyone, I use Zapier to run a large amount of automations in my Airtable bases. It looks like nothing is working anymore and the reason I’m thinking is because it is listing Airtable as ‘Deprecated’. The only way I can reconnect the zaps is to literally redo them from scratch with a new connection to Airtable. Does anyone have any idea what’s going on here? Also, does anyone have any guidance on how to batch the updated airtable into my existing zaps? I don’t want to have to redo every single zap as I have dozens and redoing them seems to be fastest way to get something wrong. Help would be appreciated!

Is there an airtable formula that combines linked records from a column (say column 1) and another column (say column 2) and outputs it as linked records in column 3?  If not formula is there a way to do this without scripting?

Hello everyone!I have a table, where each record has field with complex info - object, or stringified object, doesnt matter. Lets call this table - T.Can basic automation do either: a) I have a linked field to T in another table, so its content is Array of record_id`s from T. Can i select and iterate such array with automation ?b) Compare complex field content for each record in T with Example, stored in another Table ? (Compare like a string)or i need Scripting capabilities for that?

Hello everyone,I have embed a form on a weblfow page so that candidates can apply directly through my website.The form has around 30 questions so it is pretty long.Everything works pretty well on desktop but on mobile, the form gets blocked while im scrolling as I feel like the Airtable embed scroll takes over the webflow page general scroll.It is only on mobile and i don't know how to solve that. I changed my embed height so it takes the whole form but i still have an issue with scrolling.Here is my the link to the website : https://www.spacegreen.co/applyIt works well on desktop but if you try on mobile, you can scroll the beginning of the page but as you get through the form, the scrolling gets locked with no way to scroll past upwards on downwards. The only solution to bypass that is to go scroll really fast to the bottom of the page so the embed scroll

hello!we have multiple airtable accounts with creator permissions for a base. what's the visibility of connected accounts? can a co-worker create an automation using a connected account that I connected? it seems we cannot see each others connected accounts. how can we share this?

Hi all.I've created an airtable that is populating customer subscription changes via a Zapier integration with our revenue tool, Chargebee.The changes occur in the "Subscription Status" column in the airtable base:This is working, however when I try to create new views dedicated to those subscription statuses (active, pause, cancelled, and new), those updates aren't occurring in those views.Eg. the second record you can see in the screenshot is a new subscription that I created, then paused. Both of these actions were recorded successfully.However, the subscription itself is not appearing in either the new subscription view (after creation occurred) nor the pause subscriptions view (after pause occurred).I tried two methods: duplicating the "All Subscriptions" view, and also simply creating a new grid view.Is there a simple step

In my ‘Properties’ table - I want to add all the details relating to my property including Seller details, Escrow company etc, which I want to link from my Contacts table, but it is causing multiple ‘properties’ columns in my Contacts table when I feel like it should all appear in the one column? I am working with a Marketing Agency that is using Airtable to manage task work. Currently, we have a table with tasks, grouped by frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly). For each task, if the task is applicable to a client - that client is linked to the task with a linked record. We currently have automations, per client, to create tasks by frequency (using time as the trigger and finding the client record and checking for the applicable tasks that match the frequency). This means that for each client, we have to have a separate automation for each frequency to ensure tasks are generated for the client ONLY IF they have that task included in their applicable tasks. We are running into our automation limit (50 per base) so I need to find a solution and I'm wondering if there is a better way to automate the task creation while retaining the functionality of only generating tasks that are applicable to the client. I'm open to suggestions for restructuring

Greetings!  New to Airtable.I have a survey table that I need to load blank records (roughly ~120 records for every new survey).I currently have automations set to add records one by one - it's a major pain.Is there a way to write a script to (1) load "seed" records from a table in my base and then (2) add them to my survey table? 

TLDR: I'm not able to upgrade to a Business account, and when I go to my workspace, it says it does not belong to my company. I am the sole billable collaborator in that workspace, and I'm listed there as Owner.---I'm a consultant. A year ago, I set up an AirTable Workspace for one of my clients, adding them as a billable collaborator. I paid for their first year of use myself. When the new plan structure came along, I upgraded my own workspace (A) to Business, and the client workspace (B) became Teams level. This morning I wanted to switch from monthly to annual billing. This wasn't an option, so I tried downgrading temporarily to Teams to see if then when I upgraded again, the Annual billing option would be back.But it won't let me upgrade. Hi, I need a script to detect duplicates in a list with many records (15k+), I need the records column to work as a flag and that by means of a text or a checkbox notify me if I am adding any mail that is already above. The idea would be a real time process as fast and efficient as possible, that when someone finishes copying the new mail it will notify me if it is already up there Thanks!

Is it possible to duplicate an interface into another base? It's a lot of work to re-create, and would like to avoid if possible. If not, is this a feature airtable is currently working on?

Happy Holidays everyone! I have a table that includes columns for both Start Date and End Date. Date format for both date fields is "Local". My gmail automation is setup so that when 'today' is 10 days from the End Date, the client will receive an automated email.This example, the End date is January 6, 2024 and the email automation triggered December 26th, which is 11 days from the End Date.How can I fix this so that it triggers when 'today' is 10 days from the End date? 

Hi!So I'm trying to set up a table for our home school group to house everyone's birthdays. I've scoured the forums and can't work out why I'm getting an error on all dates on or after 13/05/2019. All dates prior to this work fine and I just can't figure it out! I also wanted to see if I can incorporate a set_timezone formula to ensure it's based on my Australian timezone. Here's what I have set up:DOB field (members will enter their DOB via a form) and a formula field "Birthday (this year)" with the following formula: DATETIME_PARSE(DATETIME_FORMAT({DOB},"DD/MM")&"/"&YEAR(NOW())) Questions:1. I'm getting an ERROR for any DOBs that are from 13/05/2019 onwards.

How can run the python script automatically if we update any record in the airtable.

I'm in the process of building a first app and suddenly I'm having a weird problem which is driving me nuts.In the past I was able to edit the record details page layout at will. Ie. resizing elements, reordering them to be side by side and adding text elements etc. Now for all the new record details pages I add (new and old interfaces), I can't seem to do that at all. Additionally in the side menu I have a text "This is a new record details layout experience." when it doesn't work. On the old record details pages no such text exists. Also the add element button is missing entirely on these problem pages so I can't eg. add any clarifying texts anywhere on the page. Did Airtable really kill that major bit of functionality or am I just doing something stupid? I can't find anywhere any info on what the heck this "new record details layout experience" is actually supposed to mean compared to old way.  

I have the following formula to set the entry for "Current Month": DATETIME_FORMAT({🟢 Start Time}, 'YYYY-MM') = DATETIME_FORMAT(NOW(), 'YYYY-MM') It seems to be working just fine, however the last entry from last month is setting the formula to 1.If I change the start time (right now) to 6:30pm or anything older, the formula gets set to 0. My first thought was a timezone issue, but I confirmed on the Start Time field that it is set to my timezone (CDT).Am I missing something obvious?

However, I've encountered a recurring issue where, upon utilizing make.com for various scenarios, I consistently encounter the error message "Waiting for server."Despite trying to replicate processes outlined in multiple YouTube videos—where others seem to achieve success through copy-pasting—I remain frustrated as I'm unable to progress beyond this roadblock.
