Does anyone have guidance on how to split multiple choices into list view? For example, I use Airtable to track participants for trainings we offer and in some cases participants will take more than one of our trainings. When I group in list view by training, it is pulling and sorting these participants into a new category rather than just having them show up in both individual training lists. Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks!

The Utilization Summary works differnt than I expected, and I can't figure out why.I think this image summarizes my question: In short:I have 5 working days (40 hours) per employee as ''Available hours''And my tasks are split into working days, where ''Hours required'' is calculated as [WorkingDays]*8Now in the example above I have a ''task'' of 15 working days, spread over 3 weeks, resulting in 5 days per week. I would expect to get three weeks with 100% utilization, but instead, I get three weeks with 300% utilization. It seems like Utilization Summary takes all Working Days for every week the task occurs in.How can I solve this?  

We have a nonprofit Pro Plan for 60ppl.Re-upping for the year was a scramble to find the money, so I just put it on a personal credit card to see us through. I paid the bill today, which was one day after the account defaulted back to Free Tier. I have just paid for: NFP Annual Pro Plan 60 Nov 12, 2023 – Nov 12, 2024, but the Workspace still shows Free only. I need the account to be returned to the NFP Pro Plan we just paid for.AirTable is a central part of how we organize ourselves and our work--being on Free Tier has brought all the work we're doing for communities to an abrupt halt.  How can I expedite the process? (I've submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back.)

For context, I am trying to find the total cost associated with ordering additional curriculum books. In the form submitted, customers can select additional books for purchase at $45 for K-2nd and $60 for 3rd-6th.I am trying to find the sum of:multiplying the following columns by $45: Additional K English, Additional K Spanish, Additional 1st English, Additional 1st Spanish, Additional 2nd English, Additional 2nd Spanish multiplying the following columns by $60: Additional 3rd English, Additional 3rd Spanish, Additional 4th English, Additional 4th Spanish, Additional 5th English, Additional 5th Spanish, Additional 6th English, Additional 6th Spanishfor a total cost to appear in "Additional Books Purchased:" ex: 1 additional K Spanish & 1 additional 6th English would equal $105 in the additional book

Hi there, I'm essentially trying to set up two overwrite fields in my formula. So if field 1 is blank, then use the data from field 2, but if field 2 is blank, then use data from field 3.I have the formula for one overwrite which works fine (see below), but I can't seem to work out how to add another condition to it. IF({Company Invoice Contact}, {Company Invoice Contact},Company) I want it to work like;IF Invoice Contact Overwrite is blank then use Company Invoice Contact but IF that is blank, then use Company.  Any help would be much appreciated.

I currently have 3 tables: Project PortfolioProject WorkplansProject StatusesIn the first table, I would like to display the Next Milestone and most recent report / status. On the milestone side, this would somehow be a lookup of the tasks in table 2 (All workplan records are tagged with the right project). So if there were 5 records for Test Project and the next future dates were 11.30 and 12.04, I would want just 11.30 to display.This is what table 1 looks like right now. For status, I can manually pull in the status I would like, however I would like the status to update from Nov 27th to the next week when a team member submits a form with a new status update. I have a base where I have a template table - let's call it Table A - that I copy to create new tables with the identical structure (i.e. all fields are the same). Is there any way to have the automations associated with Table A be automatically created for Tables B, C, D, etc.? Failing that, when I manually copy the Table A automations, is there any way to have it recognize the fields with the same names in Table B and not force me to reselect them each time? (In my use case, each table represents a different event, but I'm sure there are many other use cases as well!)

Hello, I am a newbie to building out AirTable bases and am mainly working off of AirTable's Marketing Campaign Tracker base to make my life easier as my new team gets more and more campaigns in various stages.AirTable's Gantt view with field dependencies is what made me move my tracking efforts over from Trello, but I am realizing the campaign management base may not exactly be what I had in mind for tracking how long the campaign is in each stage. I was curious if there is a newbie-friendly way (I AM willing to put time into it, but my skills are not good) to build a base to track the duration in days from the automatic single-select field value (such as not started) to the last field value (usually completed or approved). Because some campaign steps can be done together, or need to be done before another, I would also need a start date to reference. Ideally, I would love to reference the Marketing Campaign Tracker fields to get this duration and date started.

I often have issues with pasting into a cell.  It just hangs for a minute or two, sometimes longer.  I've read before that it could be because other fields need to be updated if they have have formulas that use that field. However, in my most recent case, I was simply pasting some text into a text field, and it took at least two minutes.  What is the problem, and is there a solution?

Dear Community, I have a tricky problem. When I want to call someone through the Airtable Phone App, I click on the small phone receiver button, and the iPhone asks me if I want to dial the number. However, for international numbers, the country code (+) or (00) is not included in the 'Call' display. This is a big problem, as I have many international phone numbers in my database. Is this a common issue that Airtable can solve? Is it just a problem for iPhones? Can anyone help me?

Hi all!I'm out of ideas and I need help. I have an automation which sends an email to a specific staff member (it fetches the email of that staff member in my table) when a date field is updated in a record. When I create a record and update the date field before adding the informations of the staff member, the automation ends up with an error message (which is normal since the email field hasn't been filled yet). Any ideas of how I could do the following by using an automation ? :When a date field is updatedAnd the email field is not emptySend an emailBest! David

So I am looking to utilise this, the base I am looking for is I enter a property address and it will create a task list of items such as photography, entering data into our system, safety checks all these to be either as Not started, in progress or completed. Of which the role for certain tasks will never change simply I would like for 1 name/property to be entered and it just creates all the tasks automatically.

Hi there.In a field, I have used the formula below: DATETIME_FORMAT({Datum gesprek}, 'DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM')&", "&{Traject begeleider} Weirdly, the outcome makes the time change by a few minutes. I can't figure out why. Setting timezone, or changing other aspect doesn't help.  Could someone give a solution for this? Thank you!

HiIs there a way to pull a last contact / email traffic date for a selected email address / domain?E.g. I'm emailing with joe@company.com  and I want to have a cell that pulls a date of a last email from Outlook (regardless if its an email sent by myself or by a recepient)Seems easy, but I can't seem to find the solution. 

I am working with a subscription table and every row is an entry every time a customer subscribed to an account (It is possible for a customer to have more than 1 account). I have a field for Start Date and End Date, and I want to know the maximum account the customer had at some point, so I am thinking that if I would know which dates overlapped, I can then record it to a different table but is there any formula in airtable  where I can do that?
