I am supposed to have data from a Typeform populate two different Airtable sheets through Zapier. The first one is an Airtable base that I created for my own use. The second one is a class-shared base. I believe I have set up my Zap correctly because when I fill out my Typeform, the data is correctly entered into my personal Airtable. I set up the shared Airtable the same way, however, I cannot get any data to show up. Any ideas why this is not working?

I have an annual Airtable payment due on December 7, 2023. I have to get prior approval for all software purchases, and I need to submit an official invoice for the approval. I can only see my past invoices (Nov. 2023 and before). Is there a way to see an invoice for an upcoming payment?This is crucial because the payment is set to go through automatically. I will get in big trouble if I allow a payment to go through without getting the pre-approval. But I can't get the pre-approval without an invoice!

I’m trying to create a formula field which calculates the number of days in a specific month between two dates. For example, the date range 2020-01-27 to 2020-03-12 has: 5 days in January 29 days in February 12 days in March So in a formula field calculating the “January Days” between the two dates, the value would be “5”. This has me utterly stumped, can anyone help?

Dear all,when I create a record from a form, I need that a field of #Number type is populated with a default value of 1.Unfortunately this does not happen and the cell remains empty; only if I create the record directly from the Grid the default is inserted.Have you any by-pass for the problem or I'm doing an wrong operation?The only by-pass, at the moment, is to insert the field in the form and writing the default manually.Thank you. Best regards. A. I have an airtable base with two fields : name and website. Some of the orgs have website filled and some don't.  I want to do the following1. Check if the website column is empty.2. If no, nothing should be done.3. If yes, look for the name of the org in the 'Name' column               See if it matches with the name in an excelsheet/google sheet               Find the corresponding website from the excel               Update it back in airtable against the nameHow can I proceed with this? I read about API calls. Would the update to each record be considered as 1 API call? Is there a way to find records in bulk, match and then update records in bulk? I am okay to do this using Python script as well. However would like to first know if this is possible through airtable automation , automation using make or airtable

Hi all,I'm using the 'Find Records' automation to get a grid of records to email to other people. Though my table is sorted by date, the records are being returned in a completely random order (see attached, specifically the Overtime Worked Date column). Any thoughts on how to make the grid return information that's ordered chronologically instead?Thanks so much !!

I've got a table in one of my bases where I keep a list of what we charge customers for items.  We're a services company, so nothing is set in stone, but we use this table for a guideline (and the prices rarely change much, if ever).I haven't updated the design of this particular table in a while, so I'm reviewing it now and not 100% sure of the best approach.I have a second table where I actually keep every single item we ever put on an invoice.  44 in total.  And then we just reference the table with pricing, but mainly because it has more granular information.  For example, I might have a "Facility Fee" as an invoice item, but then I have multiple "Facility Fee" entries in the Price table for different durations.  I now realize it's a bit silly to split things out in the manner we've done...at least how we're during it currently.Invoice table (each "Item" is a possible invoice item).  Very simple, but more things link o

We have multiple users working on our Base at the same time. Because any changes to a Table View persist across all users, we have to have personalised Table Views for each user. Otherwise users clash with each other when editing a particular Table View. This is fine, but it limits our ability to use Table Views for what they are designed for. If we want to have different Table Views for (example) different film genres. Then we need to create a Table View for every user for every film genre. We then end up with a long, unwieldy list of Table Views. There are some features that we simply don’t use because we don’t want to create more Table Views. This could be avoided by allowing users to hide Table Views that remain hidden every time they log in. That way each user could have their own personal set of Table Views.

Hi, I am using Make to upload a video file in an Airtable record, but for an unknown reason, the video gets deleted automatically as soon as it's uploaded.Has anyone experienced this, and if yes, how can I fix it ?

Purpose of this table is to assign a suitable manager against each Event Category. I have a BASE with an Events Table, a related Contacts Table (One to many), a Schools table related to the Contacts, and a Groups table. related to an event where a group can be associated with multiple Events. In the Groups Table, I have a lookup that finds all the Contacts from all Events related to the group and another lookup that finds the School related to the contacts that show up in the first lookup. Because the same people attend multiple Events related to the group, the result in both lookups have duplicate values. My goal is 2 field that only shows the unique values present in each lookup. (Unique Schools and Unique Students) related to a group. I looked at using UniqueArray but couldn’t get the desired result and am looking for any Step by Step help that you can provide.

Unique Lookups - We have a Collections table, and a Projects table. Several individual projects will link into a single collection. Each project may have the same resources working on it, or it could be different team members. Currently lookup will pull in a name 5 times for example, instead of the same name only appearing once. Is there a way to use Lookup to only show the unique resources similar to the way Rollup Arrayunique works? I don’t like rollup because we lose color coding when doing this on single select fields and we lose notifications/automations that can happen with contact fields. I know I can run automations to watch for changes and then create a duplicate field that writes the values for the cell, but it would be nicer/safer/cleaner to not have to do that. Is there any way for this?

The result I am looking for is similar to the ARRAYUNIQUE function for a Rollup field. However, the results are a link to another table, and it seems that using a rollup can only show text results as opposed to clickable records. How can I make lookup field show only unique results, or make the unique results of a rollup field clickable?

Hi! I'm pretty new and having difficulty figuring out the logic of how to write this: (single select) Status = "review 1" or "review 2" (Long text) Feedback must not be blank If the above is true then it should provide an output of - "Ready!"And then preferably the errors can drill down to the exact issue..If the status is neither of those - Error, wrong status! If the feedback box is blank - Error, missing feedback! This seems simple but I can't seem to figure out the correct formatting to return correct results. Help appreciated 😄 

Hello Quick question, I haven’t been able to work out how to do this, but may be missing something. Can I have a row of say 6 buttons across the top of a grid, to give quick and easy access to filters? ie - click on the “available” button and only available records show. I’d have buttons for “out of stock” etc too. Hope this is possible - better than having a drop down filter. Much more visual. Thanks, Andrew

I use Airtable for my business and have my customers fill out a form with their info. For the Address column I currently have it as a single line text and that is causing issues. Customers are filling it out is '10 whalen rd' instead of "10 Whalen Rd Rochester NY 14608". I have the field as required however because it is a single line text I can't force how the address is implemented. How can I fix this?

Hi everyone, here is my situation: I'm working with KPIs and must record the people whose projects have been trained.  I'm using forms to collect the participant's data. So I have:Table 1 "People trained": the table where I have the forms and the data collected about people trained is stored.Table 2 "projects":  which is the one where I have the project data and want to update their KPIs when a form is summited. So my idea is to have in the table "projects" a count of people by the different KPIs registered in the table "people trained," for example, I'm looking to have in each project record the number of women that have been trained under the framework of that project. So, it means that every time a form is submitted, each project record needs to be updated.I already have linked table 2 with Table 1 by the projects field using the "Linked records" type, so when a person fills out the form, they can manually select the project

Hey everyone,I am slowly moving forward in my airtable scripting journey. What a ride so far. I would need some advice on best proceeding to finalize my script.Context:I created a script triggered from a button, to match client records with potential real estate properties, based on a set of preferences such as the number of bedrooms, the type of view, or some house features. The script does the following steps:- Fetch the criteria value from the record used for the automation (the client)- for each record in my property listings, it calculates a base score for each criterion (0 to 10)- It applies a weight point system to the criteria scores and outputs a Total property score (normalized from 0 to 10)- I then slice the top 10 properties and link the IDs to the client record under a specific linked field. Can't lie, as a no-code person, it took me a few days to get there.

Can anyone spot any glaring mistakes in this formula? Hi,We've been using HubSpot integration for several weeks now, but in the last days, the integration has been repeatedly interrupted by Airtable, and everytime we reconnect it, it was disconnected again after few hours, and finally permanently revoked (see screenshot attached). We've reach out to HubSpot support but they don't know what is happening since everything is working fine in their end and the integration is disconnected on Airtable's end. Regarding auth token and permissions, we haven't done any change in the last days that might trigger this interruption.Could you please assist us on how should we proceed here in order to re-run this integration again without facing new interruptions? I am trying to integrate the properties of a ticket from hubspot to create an airtable row… The problem was the properties doesn’t show on the airtable. Everything was all set and completed in husbpot. Anyone who knows how to fix this?
