I'm using sidesheets in Interface Designer and want to add sections/groups for organization. Maybe it was luck, but I do have one sidesheet with sections that I cannot reproduce. View the screenshots. One is my base, and the other is from Airtable documentation.How can I add sections to a sidesheet when they are not available?

Hi guysWe’re searching for solutions to connect h5p to airtable/ softr. It’s a platform with gamification-tools for education and it’s easy to embed this, but then we loose the possibility for reporting the results (for example in interactive videos or crossword). We see at the moment the following solutions, but from scratch we’ve no idea how to solve:A) hoping for an integration;)B) integrate it in airtable/ softrC) using active directory and only link the h5p site in the backgroundThank you for your ideas.

Hi, I'm a little lost with where to start looking for a simple tool that allows me to create a permission-based API on top of my Airtable data.I'm looking to enable an external collaborator to request the availability of a certain set of products. For that I would like to limit the user to1. Read only access2. A set of records via a view or filter3. A set of fieldsThis is a small scale experiment and I would prefer a quick to setup and free solution.I have looked at nocodeapi.com, which looks great but it doesn't appear to support the permissions I'm looking for.Thank you! 

It seems the more I learn here the more ideas I come up with that I need help with.I have a membership payment table. There are 6 levels of membership.Individual  $25.00Family  $45.00Patron  $60.00Sustaining  $100.00Benefactor $250.00Sponsor  $1,000.00I would like to write a formula in the membership level field that fills in the membership level in the membership level field using the amount entered in the amount of the membership payment field. There are 6 membership levels as above. So if they pay $35, then it would put in as an Individual membership, etc. The $10 difference would but put in a field of the donations table as a donation. I will start that formula when I get this working.This is what I came up with but it has an error. Am I missing an OR statement maybe?Many thanks, Scott IF(AND({Amount Paid}

Hello, I'm trying to find a function that will pull all of the long text; rich field checked boxes away from any unchecked boxes. I've found the solution linked below and it worked great for the opposite problem. Does Airtable have a simple search feature similar to the "Find" in Excel? Suppose a user is updating random fields in a 10,000 record mailing list. They need to quickly find a specific record based on varying criteria such as an unusual last name, phone number, address, whatever information might be available to find the record. In Excel this type of task is a no-brainer, what is Airtable's (hopefully) equivalent search functionality? I've seen the filter feature, that would be extremely tedious for random searches of this type. I'm new to Airtable, maybe the feature I need is right in front of me and I overlooked it. Thanks

I am trying to use AirTable to initiate via automation and a script action to make Twilio call and message our clients.Essentially this is going to be built out in Twilio Studio.  But i am trying to figure out how to implement this code to send all the correct fields.  I am not a coder, and I wanted to pursue this over using Zapier or Make to save my company money.Background on the Process:Twilio Studio will be linked to my AirTable.  I am trying to track the following:Whether a message was successfully sent or called.   When calling a person or texting giving them the option to press 1 for in-person (office) meeting, 2 for Remote (zoom), 3 to reschedule.Record responses and confirmation back into AirTable with that record.This is a RSVP for case conferences and hearings with our clients.  Built off the following fields:Client NameClient Phone Number

I received this message " The Zapier third-party integration's access to your Airtable account has been automatically revoked by Airtable"  I cannot find where in Airtable to fix this.

I have a database where I have a check box that’ll indicate that a material has arrived. Im trying to have a formular to automatically record the date the check box was checked. Sofar I’ve tried with the following. IF({Trim arrived}=1,TODAY(), BLANK()) The problem that the date follows todays date and dosen’t stay at the date the the check box was clicked. Is there a way record the date it was checked in in the formular field

HII'd like to update my current job submission form to collect extra details on certain projects.  I only want this new field to appear if Job Type "XYZ" is selected (I know how to do that part!)Part I need help with:I need the submitter to answer a few questions pertaining to the job. I'd rather the answers all sit in 1 field rather than have a separate field for each question.  How do I get a Long Text field to be pre-populated with this text, so that when it is triggered to show on the form, all they do is add their answers?• Question one goes here?• Question two would be here?• Question three would be next?(Note: This answer will help us blah blah blah) Fingers crossed it's possible.Thanks!

The API documentation says there is a rate limit of 5 requests per second.  Do we know whether this limit also applies to using personal access token?Specifically - let's say I create 5 personal access tokens - is the rate limit 5 requests per second for each personal access token or is it 5 requests per second for the user on which the personal access token is defined?For the above would the rate limit be 5 requests per second or 25 requests per second (assuming there are 5 requests for each personal access token per second)?

Ok, I'm trying to build a product catalog and inventory management Airtable. I'm trying to work out the basic structure before I get too deep into adding all of my stuff.We have components, with a Part #, which are sometimes sold on their own as a SKU.We have Products, which are made up of multiple components, sometimes more than one quantity of each component in a product. These are sold as a SKUWe have Bundles, which are made up of multiple SKUs.I want to bring in data from another source which shows SKUs sold by SKU and quantity (some are bundles, some are components, some are products), and I want to be able to drill down to the number of each component sold from that same data.Any suggestions here?

FolksI am getting this error now, after thousands of emails sent through several automations along the time, using only one email."Google reported an error while processing this action:You've temporarily hit Google's rate limit for sending emails."How can I prevent to get this error?What is the google limit?Will a professional google account prevent this from happening?I am trying to get these answers from the net, and nothing yet has showed up.Did someone already got one of these?Thanks in advance for the help

I’m calling an Apps Script which works as intended in the browser. However when using automation I get the error. I have read that this is to do with google redirecting the url. I don’t need to receive anything back from the script as everything is handled there. Are there any other ways around this? I could put it in a button but then it wouldn’t be automated. Also if possible I would like to avoid using another intermediary service.

Why are the other fields hidden? Is there a way to rearrange them and not hide them?The arrangement should be - Staff - Start Date - End Date - Leave Type - Leave Count

IF({Last Renewal},DATETIME_DIFF(TODAY(),{Last Renewal},'days') > 365,"🔴","🟢") The above formula, without the first {Last Renewal}, works fine. But I have records that are empty and I want them blank. I obviously am not constructing my syntax correctly. I want to say that if {Last Renewal} is not blank, then do the following. as I said it works if take out the first {Last Renewal}. I'm sure it is simple. I just don't see it. Thanks, Scott

Hi,Would like to set up a Trigger Reminder with the formula;IF(AND({Reminder},NOW() >= {Reminder}),"Trigger Reminder")But instead of NOW, would like to customized it to xx hours from created TIME, specifically. Have only seen customize formulas for a certain date or number of days but nothing for a certain time period. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! This filter does not take into account the time part when applied in URL: filterGreaterOrEqual_Date=2023-10-17T22%3A00%3A00.000ZExcept for when I set it at 22:00 where it filters OUT all records with date October 17, 2023 and "allows" them back in when I set it to 21:59.Other settings such as 06:00:00.000Z or 18:00:00.000Z show every record of October 17. Dates on my table are:17 October 2023 00:00 UTC17 October 2023 00:00 UTC17 October 2023 10:00 UTC17 October 2023 10:30 UTC17 October 2023 22:30 UTCIf I remove the time altogether it catches Dates very well: filterGreaterOrEqual_Date=2023-10-17 works fine. Any Ideas please? 

I am trying to auto-number a group of records for one person in a table with multiple people listed with numbers 1,2,3, etc.. In Excel, I would use a formula to add one number to the above cell, and it would number all rows sequentially. I usually manually number each record, but I am hoping a simple formula would number the list.Here is a screenshot of my table consisting of the records I need based on a filter.  The row with # in the title is where I would put the formula.  Any suggestions? 

Hello! Please help 🙂 1. I have an "all expenses" tab where we input all of our event expenses. In this tab one of the columns is "event" where you select what event that expense is tied to. 2. We also have a "budget summary tab" that includes what was budgeted for each event as well as an "actuals" column next to it for each event. 3. I am trying to make everything entered in the "all expenses" tab populate the actuals column of the correct event in the budget summary tab. 

AirTable seems to have made a change to the sync implementation in a way that has crippled a critical support process/automation we have in place. Based on the fact that this support article was updated today and one of our sync fields that used to be a Lookup (and on which downstream logic relied upon) is now a text field, we can only assume that a breaking change was deployed with no advance notice.Anyone else experienced this or have any issues as a result of this?

When editing an automation that uses the Find Records module, the "Test Action" function outputs the resulting records in a nice pop up table. How can I get this same functionality with the published interface/automation? If I don't add an output, then initiating the automation from the interface (in my case a button), yields a "Started" notice at the bottom left, but then nothing. I've been able to get the output to go generate a GoogleDoc, but this is cumbersome. I really just need to be able to Copy the text (and paste it into an existing email reply).

I’m pulling in Google analytics data to one table in a base via a 3rd party extension, it includes a column with a pageview number and another with the corresponding URL. On my other tables on this base I have the URL already in a column. I’m looking to pull in the pageviews by matching URL in my other tables and cannot figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
