Hello All,My team and I are trying to manage the accesses of our collaborators within the same workspace.We are trying to have bases within the same workspace where not everyone has access.We are under the pro plan (team) and so far this is how we did:We removed most of the team from the workspace and added them back to the individual bases they need.However this is still limiting because we need users to be able to create their own bases which is impossible without Workspace Access.So two questions:Is this possible without upgrading plan? (the business plan allows feature I've seen)If not, is it possible to upgare plan of 1 admin collaborator to manage the access (and the reste of the team would remain on the same plan)

Has anyone else encountered this bug:I have a destination table that takes synced data from 2 source tables, things were working fine until just a few moments ago -When I have new data in source tables, and hit sync manually "Sync Now", new data rows show up in the destination table. However, a few minutes later, an automatic sync happened, and those new roles disappeared from the destination table (I didn't change the source or any filters, the automatic sync just undo my sync).If I hit sync manually again, the data rows appear again. Then automatic sync kicks in, and they are gone again.Already messaged support, but wanted to see if anyone else is encountering this.Thanks

I'm hoping this has an easy fix because it's a pretty simple use case! I have a table where each record is a task. Each task may have multiple contributors. I have a field that indicates the month the task will be completed as well as a field that shows who the key contributors are (Multi-select field). I need to create a view where each contributor can see all the tasks they are to work on, further broken down by month. The problem is that using the grouping feature, there doesn't seem to be a way to have a single records included in multiple groups. For example, if Sally and Roger are both contributors on a Task 1 in September, I'd need that task to be included in Sally's list as well as Roger's list and NOT in an aggregated grouping called "Sally and Roger". Hello everyone,Always with the ultimate goal of creating the perfect automated ToDo List,I have a script I was able to write that copies tasks from one table, pastes them into another table. The script copies the important information (task name, task categories, who's responsible and when it needs to be done). My script then links the task to the event in the ToDo Lists.But it's impossible to copy the dependencies between my tasks (link to another record) directly into the script. In any case, I was unable to do so and no one replied to my previous post. I got around the problem by asking the script to copy the dependency links from my main table into a text column in my ToDo Lists table.So I created a second automation to "Update record" the new records created by my script, to copy the text from the text column to the parent Task column, which is a link column to other records.As I said, I have about ten child tasks linked to its parent task (13 p

Hi everyone,I have a start and end date field in one of my tables and I am trying to find a way to get airtable to tag each month within the range. Essentially I want to know how many were active between 8/30/2019 and 7/31/2020. I haven't been able to figure out the filters because if a record was 7/30/2019-9/1/2020, it wouldn't show up. My workaround is getting the months range and then I can use that multiple select field to do the filtering.Any suggestions?Thank you in advance

Hi, we manage Airbnbs. We want to create a warning system that alerts us if a new booking comes in that matches the name, email or phone number of a previous guest that has caused issues in the past.When a previous guest has caused an issue, we flag them as High Alert on Airtable.This puts them into a View called “Guest Warning”.We want to build an automation that sends us a message or email when a booking comes in that matches the name, number or email of any records (guests) in the “Guest Warning” view.How do we do this?Thanks,Ollie

Is there a way to use filterbyformula to filter with two options from the same column?I have successfully retrieved all my records and now I want to be able to filter by 2 values from the same column.This is what I have so far filterByFormula: AND( {ID} = {Extension}, {Type} = 'Type A'). I want to also include Type C in this filter so it shows both Type A and Type C. I cannot find the documentation to do this. Please advise. Thank you.

This seems to be a commonly asked question but I am yet to see an answer that works for me. I am trying to build a base which will manage activity in our building in London UK. There is never a time that I don’t want any times entered to be treated as Europe/London - even if I am overseas the times should always be entered and displayed as London times, allowing for changes to GMT/BST when the clocks change. One thought I had was to use a Date field for the Date, and a single line text field for the time. I could then use a formula to create the dateTime, however in doing this I don’t seem to be able to find a way to use SET_TIMEZONE to force the calculation into Europe/London at the point when I am creating the dateTime - it seems that this is always calculated into GMT. A lot of Airtable support seems to suggest I use an offset to calculate this, but this seems to be deliberately ignoring the daylight savings issue. Putting in a single offset time just doesn’t

Is anyone else having issues with their JPEG and AI Files changing colors when you upload them? This is a business-critical issue and help support is not answering back. I've been trying to connect with them for a week and all that happens is pointing me back to either the Help Center or Message Center. I've even tried sales with no luck. I am on a Pro workspace plan, but maybe I have to upgrade to Business for AT to care? Right now it appears AirTable doesn't have customer service available. So far it's only been bots and salespeople.

Hi Team,I created a personal access token as suggested in Airtable documentation.(https://support.airtable.com/docs/visualizing-airtable-records-in-microsoft-power-bi-power-query) While I'm connecting to PowerBI using the PAT, TableID, BaseID and M Query, it displays below error:Expression error: we cannot convert the value null type to type Record. Details: Value=Type=[Type]However if I use the API keys, it works fine. Since API keys will deprecate in mere future, created a PAT. Can you please assist? Thank you!

Hi all--We have a form that staff use to pitch a new idea or project for our organization. We want to connect their name and email (as submitted in the form) to a preexisting linked record with their details.  Sometimes, staff will fill in multiple names and emails at once, separated by commas. I have recently started trying to use airtables but i cant seem to correctly sort out the filterByformular thingy where i can call up a particular field i keep getting a 422 error i have read the other articles and i probably missed something can you help me out please. First time poster here and beginner in AirTable!I am trying to create a generic Employee table. This table would have all the generic info about an Employee (i.e. Name, Address, Phone, etc). I am then trying to create other tables that would contain specific type of info for the Employee type that they are. An example of this would be a Driver table. A Driver is an Employee but I want to have more specific data about them like Type (i.e. OTR, Regional, etc.), Truck Assigned To, etc. I created an Employee table and then a Driver table in the Driver table I linked back to the Employee table and brought in all the redundant data. I then added in the additional columns that I needed, that are specific to a Driver on the end of the table. The problem is I want to create a form that makes it very easy to someone to create a Driver without having to create an Employee and a Driver. I hope this makes sense! 

Hello dear communityI want to be able to automate the email sending, every time I have a new registration from a person, I must send a welcome email attaching an excel file (this excel file will be the same for all new registrations), what would have to vary is the sending to different emails, what I need is that a new record is automatically created and I sent the welcome email attached to the excel file that I have stored in a table.I hope I have explained myself well.I look forward to your comments, thank you!

The attachment field, specifically for image generation, is populating at such a micro size. Typically, you can at least see a bit of a preview but on my most recent bases it's microscopic. Is there a way to enlarge (5x or more) the image preview within the Attachment field? Attached is a photo of the current view (Red Base) and a previous client's view (Green Base) where the preview was more appropriate. 

My base is a table copied from and synced to another source base. Is there a way to break the sync with the source base but still retain the data so that I may edit the table?

I read lots of articles and asked AI chat bots and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. I have to collect lunch orders for a list of attendees over a 3 day conference. Data I have:1. List of attendees names, allergy concerns and their emails addresses. 2. I know which days they are coming (some are coming for the full 3 days while others are opting for partial attendance). 3. We will be ordering from 2 - 3 different restaurants. Hi I'm trying to set up my base (I have a separate Reminder base just for this purpose) so that it should sync my Airtable to the Outlook calendar, it should show up all my reminders that I have in that base, is there a possibility that it should work both ways? I want to be able to add reminders in my Outlook that will be editable within Airtable but I should be able to create new ones.I have already created the calendar in my Outlook.I'm looking to have that it should bring in new ones and export to the same location And where do I get the Event ID? Hi Everyone,I am trying to add photos to Airtable from our website and I am getting error 403.  I can view the photo in a web browser fine but when I paste the URL into the Airtable photo field I get the error.  I reached out to our web host (Siteground) and they said they have added some sort of bot blockers to all their websites.   They asked me to please check with Airtable and see if they can provide the IP address or addresses from which requests are executed.  If they can't provide a specific IP, please ask them to provide their 'user-agent' information. Does anyone know the IP Addresses or what this user-agent information is so I can get this working?  Thank you!
