Hello AT community! I have a table that automatically syncs to a Google Drive folder on regular intervals that was working until a few days ago.  Now the automatic sync fails and when I manually kick off a sync with "Sync now" I get an error message saying "Unable to sync new data". If I go to "Update sync configuration", my Google Drive source is inactive and an error message reads "Unable to sync this source. Unable to sync new data"Nothing has changed with the configuration of the Google Drive and I am able to connect to it just fine outside of AT using the same credentials.  I have tried connecting to a different Google Drive folder as a test, but I get the same error.Any advice on what else I should check to resolve this problem? The error message doesn't give me a lot of information about what could be going wrong.

Hi! I am trying to set reminders through the Slack automation when my clients have birthdays. (The day before one of my client's birthday, I get a Slack reminder to send them a gift card). However, because year has to be included in the date, I am not getting the automation to work (for example, my client's birthday was Aug 3, 1990. I can always change the year to 2023 so that the automation works, but then I would have to change it to 2024 for it to work for the following year.) I do not to see a way to omit year in this automation.  No luck from the Airtable support team. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello! I created a base automation that sends a Slack message to task assignees the day before their task deadline arrives. When I tested this automation, it fired in the middle of the night (makes sense, since this automation is date-based). Does anyone know of a way to control the time of day that a Slack message fires through a base automation?Thanks for the help!

Hi 🙂I have a formula field "TASK" that checks if there is value in fields or not.  It looks like this;IF({Fuel L}=BLANK(),CONCATENATE("• Add fuel tank", '\n')) Now, I want to have another multiple-select "CLEAR" field that clears the TASK value if the corresponding value is included in multiple select fields. For example {Fuel L} is blank, but in the CLEAR field "Fuel L" is selected. This setting should not show   "• Add fuel tank" in TASK field. I tried with FIND(), but I should use something as not FIND()... I would appreciate help to accomplish this. Thank you,Pjero

Hello.  I lead a marketing team that has enabled two-way sync between several team bases and a master base. The issue is that we aren't able to make any edits in the "master" base at all.  All changes have to be made in the supporting bases.  Now, we know from our Airtable builder session that we can't add rows in the "master", but we should be able to make adjustments to content i.e., status updates, etc. Any suggestions about how to fix this issue?  

Hi,I have 4 tables in my base:StaffGroupTeamDeliverablesThe Staff table has a linked record to determine a person's Team/Group.  The Deliverables table has a linked record to determine what staff is working on a deliverable and a lookup value to show their group & team.  The Team table has a rollup field with all Deliverable key values.  Note for complex org structure hierarchy and the need to look at what a group is doing vs what a team within a group is doing, I can't create a simple Option list in Staff with all possible Group/Team combos.I'd like to create an interface where I can see what deliverables a given Team is working on.  If I put in a record selector for the Team table, I can pick a specific team and get the list of deliverables.  However I see no way to expand the list into a record picker.If I start with a record picker and link it to the Deliverables table, I don't

I have had a personal account for years and use it regularly to catalogue a high quantity highly importnat personal information. I opened the app yesterday and the login details no longer work, suddenlty returning the message that my email isn't associated to an active account. My account has seemingly been de-activated with no warning, no explanation, and seemingly no option to re-activate it. I wrote to airtable support to explain this very clearly and they sent me back a template email saying I should use the help centre (which I'd already tried) and declining to address the issue. I even said I'd be happy to pay to upgrade in order to regain access to my account. What is going on?

I have a zip code field and only want 6 different zip codes from over 20 different ones I have in my data source.I have successfully pulled those with the condition field use 'or'  but I also only want the ones that have an active customer  check marked.  when I place this as the 'or' field it then pulls all the other zip codes I do not want.  I am unable to place an 'and' condition successfullyI have resorted to grouping the active and inactive customers of each selected zip code but I want the inactive and active to be on separate reports (spreed sheet results) not oneWhat am I doing wrong with my condition codes? In this view, show records Where

I cannot figure out what im doing wrong.. I want to update the table "TENANTS" when the record in the table "tenants (this syncs with tenant base)" is updated. I keep getting an error on the last step "Received invalid inputs." .Any help would be appreciated!

Hello,  I am currently building a form. It will be required to be logged in to filled it in. I can see that form says "Your email will be recorded when you submit this form." Is it possible to add this email to data set without user entering it manually?  Or to have a field email which will be auto populated by Airtable based on the logged in user, and will not be editable? Thanks 

I have a base for timesheets. I have a column which is set to decimal for hours total called qty eg. 9.50 or 10.00. Then I have a formula that will accept the total hours or put something different depending on leave status abbreviation but it won’t write down the answer as a decimal or let me format it. So my formula is -if({status}=“on”,qty,if(and({status}=“lwop”),“0.00”,if(and({status}=“rdo”),”8.00”)))And for any of those combinations it comes out like eg 9 or 9.5 for “qty”, 0 for lwop and 8 for rdo Can you help me format into same format as my other column and formula examples. 

Hello, I have a list view with multiple tabs. I would like to change the default tab to not be "All records" but another one instead. I have tried to reorder tabs (to put "All records" at the end) in order to achieve this :- I successfully managed to implement the desired behaviour on my personal account (different base / interface)- I didn't manage to do it using my current account. There is apparently no way to change default tab...Are you aware of some specific behaviour that would differ depending on account (and maybe plans). That would be very surprising but I don't find any suitable explanation regarding this discrepancy.Thank you for your help!

I'd like to be able to link records together in the same table, and view connections easily!In my test base, I have a table that lists different talks. Some of them reference others, so I made a "Link To Another Table" field called "MENTIONED REFERENCES". This allows for linking a record to any possible children records. But not vice versa.I want to be able to see this link when opening a child record, to check what parents records it may have.e.g. based on the above pic, if I opened Talk E, the new field should say that it is linked to - Talk D- Talk FIdeally it'd be a field that lets you click on any Linked Records too, not just text.I don't know if this is possible in Airtable. Is it possible to use a "LookUp" field? Or resort to Automation or scripting? Haven't had a successful result yet.Her

 I have a series of records that include a Start Date field that I want to incorporate into a larger CONCATENATE formula.  However, some of the records do not yet have a date and the Start Date field is blank so my formula is returning an #ERROR.  I have tried adding an IF=BLANK statement to the formula (see example below) but that doesn't seem to be working either. IF({Start Date}=BLANK(),(DATETIME_FORMAT({Start Date},'ddd, MMM, DD') any suggestions on what to try next?

Hi,I have a base that includes a text field where users may share malicious URLs. I want the URLs in the field, but I don't want them to be hyperlinks - as I don't want our team clicking on them by mistake. Is there an easy way to remove URLs being clickable from a text field?

Hey EveryoneI have a problem when collecting data thru API, in this example records of a foodmeny in Airtable. Every dish and the different infos (ID, Day & Date, Swedish, English, Allergens) is formated in a formula field in Airtable. One per dish. In this example its 6 different dishes and I want the output in the API to look one of the examples in Picture 1, but I can't get it like that I only get like Picture 2, were its different strings.Any advice how to set this up in Airtable and the Api call?Regards Jesper

The Interface functionality is generally very nice, but I'm having a problem with formatting my charts, particularly pie charts. No matter how wide I make the chart, or where the legend is located (side/top/bottom), it cuts off the names of my categories. This makes printing or exporting impossible, since the reader won't be able to see which category the slice of the pie corresponds to which categorical value.Any suggestions on how to allow editing of the chart legend?

I need a formula to check if there is exact matching for multiple select field when values can have comma. Here is a sample multiple select I can have:abca,bI need to check if users selection is exactly 'c' and 'a,b'. All solutions I found (like using FIND) are not working with comma.

I have created a group named ABC by " Share-Create a group-add members ".However, I cannot find this group ABC,  in " Edit field permission-specific user-find a user or a group" .   I can only see the names one by one in the list. Pls kindly give your advice, Thank you ! 

Hello, I am working on a database where someone may have to created multiple items and instead of having a bunch of columns I was wonder if it is possible to split the items from one cell into another row.For example. I have a request from a team to build out some new content. We will be creating 3 new courses and we plan to track all new course created on another table for our "course catalog" So I was hoping to automate it so that if there is content listed under the created each bullet point would it's own row on the course catalog. - is this possible?  

I am creating a CRM base and am running into an issue with an automation I created. My base contains (3) tables: OpportunitiesInteractionsTasksThe interactions table has a field that is a Link to the Opportunities table. When an interaction record is created, the user must select the appropriate opportunity to link the interaction record to. I have created an automation that whenever a record is created in the interaction table, a new record is created in the tasks table. This automation works as intended.However, I need to automate linking the newly created task to the opportunity linked in the interaction record. There does not appear to be a way to achieve this through a single automation. I thought what was needed is a secondary automation for updating a record. Does anyone know if I can use filterByFormula with selectRecordsAsync in a script? ChatGPT tells me I can but I'm doutful. The script editor gives me a red squiggly line, and the script doesn't work. Completes okay but does not apply the filter. e.g in the following code (assuming the syntax in variable filterFormula is correct). Also, if this really does work, does it mean I can get around the Airtable selectRecords return limit?
