Is there a way to automate delete an image after the date set for that image. Context this is for a social media posting automation using another source (Make.com with airtable). Only have the free airtable account so it will occasionally say there are too many images, it would be nice if they would automatically delete after posting. Thanks

When I click a button to trigger an automation, I want that automation to presend a blank dialog/popup for a user to fill in - the contents of that being used in the automation.e.g. if I have an end user submit a deal for investment and I want to reject that deal - I want the automation to pop up a "Reject reason" dialog which is then used to update the reject reason field.Appreciate any ideas!

Previously there is information on the related linked record similar to what we see in the base. But now the information is no longer there.

We have a small handful of users — like around 5 or so — that really NEED Airtable access.I have security permissions concerns, and I know we will hit the record and attachment size limits quickly. Enterprise has a handful of other features we could possibly use.My question — is Enterprise worth it to get around those things? It's a lot of money, but is it worth it?Or should I hire someone to build something for me using Airtable APIs with SOFTR on Pro plans? And then pair it with Google Drive or Box? No matter what, I expect to bump up against record limits. Looking for feedback!

Hi folks,I'm having trouble with setting up an automation correctly involving 2 tables.Table 1: Feedback, Table 2: Users.Users (that already exist), complete a form in the Feedback table.I want to set up an automation that finds the matching User entry to each Feedback form entry, based on their unique email.So far, I've managed to:1. Set up the trigger successfully (when a record is created in Feedback)2. Hey team! I keep receiving a "Received invalid inputs" error when running a Slack Action Message automation. It seems that, even though a channel is selected, the automation is just not picking it up (see second screenshot). Have tried switching to different channels to no avail. Help!I can't get the automation below to change the status of our EE to moved out. I keep getting receive invalid inputs. Basically I want it to be when the lease end date is today or past and EE status is not canceled then it will change the EE status to moved out. Thank you!

Hello to everyone, First of all, thanks in advance for your responses. I want to make an automation via Airtable Automations that changes the content of a text record (actually, add a word at the end) when a checkbox is enabled. For that I have made a new automation, when a record matches a condition  (in this case, when this field is true) and I pretend to run a script action after that, but I don't know what to put in the script.The idea is that when the checkbox is enabled (true), the script grabs the content of the "Event" field, save it to a variable, add a word at the end (For example, "CANCELED") and in the last step update this field with the old content plus the key word. Any idea of how to do this? Hi, I use Airtable to hold all my subscribers data (around 10k and slowly growing) and want to send them a weekly newsletter.I tried Make.com but it is a bit expensive, considering its pricing added to the one of a mailing service, so I was happy to see that Sendgrid had an integration with Airtable. Unfortunately though it won't let me create an account, apparently they don't want my business 🙂 They don't say why, maybe the country (I'm in Italy), I don't know, it just won't even let me open a new account.Does anyone know of alternatives?Thanks

Hi I need your help. I do have a database of records with a number of columns corresponding to each record. Now I would like to send out an email to the database in order to confirm the data they have given in previous communication (original table) and additionally I would like them to confirm their willingness to take part in the competition (checkbox) and approve new consent (checkbox). I would expect to direct them to a form page with some prefilled records (email, name etc) along with new fields (consent). After submitting the form records from original table should be updated. Is that possible and how can I achieve that. Appreciate your help. Greg 

I am working on a base with one table that has a record of all my fabric purchases, their respective lengths and widths. I want to create a my second table as a list of patterns and the length and width requirements for the fabric necessary to complete the pattern and have it automatically pull what fabrics I have that are eligible for the project based on the length and width criteria of the pattern. Hi Everyone, I have a table called 'projects' that has a field called 'schools' . I want to be able to display the number of unique schools in this field using the Number element in Interfaces. I can count the record easy enough but the records in the project table may contact multiple instances of the schools so I'd like to display a count of how many unique records there are.Hope that makes sense   Jason

I have records with a %Completed field. I previously created an automation that updates a progress status field based on milestone dates applied to that record. This automation is triggered when the %Completed field is updated and it has been working wonderfully. There are 9 separate conditions with three progress status options. The first condition is shown in the screenshot below. I am creating a hour tracker for my instructors (around 70 of them).  I have a requirement in which I show how many hours they taught each month.  In table 1 (Instructor Hours) I have everyone listed, with a formula field for total hours to date and each month through 2024.In table 2 I have a form to push updates to table 1, however the form I'm using just seems to replace the current number in table 1 for each month instead of adding them up.  Should I do a rollup linking to the update field that way, just tired of bashing my head against the wall trying to figure this out, any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

I think it's clear that the vast majority of the Airtable Community has rejected the new dashboard/home screen design. For every 1 person complaining here (and there are many across the threads), there are many more unhappy people that are not posting (like my 7 staff members). It's clear the Product Team & decision-makers have no interest in accommodating or reversing this update after removing the option to roll back to the previous version, regardless of the negative feedback already received then. Yet Airtable Management needs to address us. So if it isn't regarding a solution to our concerns then I would like to ask;why did you 'fix' something that to so many of us wasn't broken?what methodology or use cases determined dashboard navigation & layout? what artistic school/philosophy/strategy determined the new colors/designs? why was the initial roll-out done without warning & why n

Hello everyone! I use an external software to manage payments and such. When a certain action is made in that software I want to send a webhook to Airtable with the purpose of creating a new Record with information about the change in the payment software. So far so good, I have started looking at Automations for this and found the trigger 'When webhook received'. Then I got a webhook URL. What kind of Action should I choose to use? Would it be possible to just pick 'Create Record' and then pick the data from the webhook call? Or is it necessary to write a Script? The data could be something like: - Contract ID- Payment methodThanks in advance!

Hi all, I'm trying to create a formula to add on to a scheduling template I'm using. There is already a field for Monday hrs, Tuesday Hrs, etc. Formatted like this: IF({Monday Start} = BLANK(), 0,DATETIME_DIFF({Monday End}, {Monday Start}, 'hours')) I'd like to add a new field "Pay Hours", which stipulates that if the field "Monday Hrs" has a value of 6 or higher, it should subtract 0.5 hours, so that the column under Pay Hours shows that day's hours minus 0.5.  How do I write that formula? I've tried a few times with no luck.  Thanks in advance!

Hello! I'm running into an issue when using "Find Records" with Conditional Logic automations. In past, I thought I could use Conditional Logic automations to update each record in a list of records but now it seems those automations won't run unless the automation is set up as "Run as a List".  However, there's not currently an option to use both Conditional Logic automations and Run the automation through a list.  Is there any other way around this issue other than writing a custom script? I'm glad there are custom script options, but I came to Airtable for the no-code, so I haven't had time to take a course on Javascript yet... 🙂 Any help is appreciated! 

I've tried this several times and nothing I do seems to work. I'm trying to wrap this formula in an IF(ISERROR( so that if there is an error it stays blank and I can't get it to work. Is there a way to show a button/option of Accept or Deny within the email using automation? Currently, the email is sent with a link the reader clicks, that opens a form (duplicating the same info in the email) to make their selection.

Hey everyone, have a question about a formula I can't get working correctly.I only have a date field (Date) and a formula field, with the formula Date=TODAY()The formula returns a 1 for today and 0 if it's another date. So far so good.What I want is if there is no date that is today, I want it to return 1 for tomorrow and 0 for the rest of the dates until a Today date turns up again.Is this possible?Its just for a simple API filtering that shows what rows to read from.

I am trying to track a weekly trend by capturing the $ value in our pipeline at the end of each week and have it populate into another table. I have a "Projects" table, a "Sales Team" table, and a "Reports" table. Projects are assigned (linked) to someone from the "Sales Team" table. I am using the roll-up field in "Sales Team" to roll up the $ amount they have in their pipeline. I also have a Pipeline target field and field that calculates their percent to target. It would be nice to be able to  pull all of the data, but I am mainly focused on getting their Name, their branch/Office Location (Single Select Field), their current pipeline, and their pipeline target into Table two. I planned to set up an automation that is set to trigger every Friday at 4pm that will pull the current data at that given time. I need to make sure when the next week comes around and it triggers again, it doesn't update the records from the precious week but only adds new records with the current dat
