Hi,I have a base that includes a text field where users may share malicious URLs. I want the URLs in the field, but I don't want them to be hyperlinks - as I don't want our team clicking on them by mistake. Is there an easy way to remove URLs being clickable from a text field?

Hey EveryoneI have a problem when collecting data thru API, in this example records of a foodmeny in Airtable. Every dish and the different infos (ID, Day & Date, Swedish, English, Allergens) is formated in a formula field in Airtable. One per dish. In this example its 6 different dishes and I want the output in the API to look one of the examples in Picture 1, but I can't get it like that I only get like Picture 2, were its different strings.Any advice how to set this up in Airtable and the Api call?Regards Jesper

The Interface functionality is generally very nice, but I'm having a problem with formatting my charts, particularly pie charts. No matter how wide I make the chart, or where the legend is located (side/top/bottom), it cuts off the names of my categories. This makes printing or exporting impossible, since the reader won't be able to see which category the slice of the pie corresponds to which categorical value.Any suggestions on how to allow editing of the chart legend?

I need a formula to check if there is exact matching for multiple select field when values can have comma. Here is a sample multiple select I can have:abca,bI need to check if users selection is exactly 'c' and 'a,b'. All solutions I found (like using FIND) are not working with comma.

I have created a group named ABC by " Share-Create a group-add members ".However, I cannot find this group ABC,  in " Edit field permission-specific user-find a user or a group" .   I can only see the names one by one in the list. Pls kindly give your advice, Thank you ! 

Hello, I am working on a database where someone may have to created multiple items and instead of having a bunch of columns I was wonder if it is possible to split the items from one cell into another row.For example. I have a request from a team to build out some new content. We will be creating 3 new courses and we plan to track all new course created on another table for our "course catalog" So I was hoping to automate it so that if there is content listed under the created each bullet point would it's own row on the course catalog. - is this possible?  

I am creating a CRM base and am running into an issue with an automation I created. My base contains (3) tables: OpportunitiesInteractionsTasksThe interactions table has a field that is a Link to the Opportunities table. When an interaction record is created, the user must select the appropriate opportunity to link the interaction record to. I have created an automation that whenever a record is created in the interaction table, a new record is created in the tasks table. This automation works as intended.However, I need to automate linking the newly created task to the opportunity linked in the interaction record. There does not appear to be a way to achieve this through a single automation. I thought what was needed is a secondary automation for updating a record. Does anyone know if I can use filterByFormula with selectRecordsAsync in a script? ChatGPT tells me I can but I'm doutful. The script editor gives me a red squiggly line, and the script doesn't work. Completes okay but does not apply the filter. e.g in the following code (assuming the syntax in variable filterFormula is correct). Also, if this really does work, does it mean I can get around the Airtable selectRecords return limit? I know if I use a switch, I can write a formula to return a single value from different fields based on a given input from a single-select field. Like if the select field has options A, B, C, it’d be SWITCH({select field}, A, {Field A}, B, {Field B}, C, {Field C}).What I want to do, though, is have multiple inputs that return multiple outputs combined into a single text string. Hi -I need to copy text from a long text field with rich text formatting turned on to other applications (e.g., Google Docs). After researching, the issue seems to be due to Airtable's underlying markdown formatting.Is there any way to export the text or copy-paste the text into another app that understands the formatting and can display the text and export with the same formatting Airtable displays?Thanks!

I have a script that looks at a Festivals table and based on a date input prompt in the script it returns any festivals that are occurring during the date input by the user by looking at the start and end date fields. I'd like to further modify the script to allow the user to select 1, or more, genres of music and any festival that lists any one of the selected genres is then returned. I can get the first portion based on date to work, but I've tried several failed scripts in the attempt to further filter by genre. The script clearly finds a festival that has a genre included but still returns "No festivals found" message when run. Greetings,I'm looking to parse specific information from a cigar website and create a record in my Airtable base.  An example of the website is here.  I'd like to extract the name of the cigar (Page Name?), the Description, all of the Specifications (i.e. Manufacturer, Strength, Shape, etc), and an image of the cigar.  And I'd like to do this without having to code and without having to manually highlight objects on the page to extract. I've watched videos that utilize the native AT Web Clipper, as well as a video that uses Data Fetchter + Parsehub.  The AT Web Clipper videos only show how to extract text from the page after highlighting, and the Data Fetcher/Parsehub video only creates more questions than it answers.I'd like to replicate the functionality of food recipe apps like Paprika than can parse data from any recipe

Hello! I'm a new Airtable user so I'm still getting used to the terminology of the platform, so I appreciate your patience.I book travel for a company that hosts 28 events during the year. I have set up my base to reflect the information for each event in one table ("All Events"), the entire roster of staff and their details in another table ("Passengers"), and each event also has it's own table that will show everyone who is booked and their flight details ("City Name/Flights").I would like to add the staff in the "All Events" table, which links to the "Passenger" table (this I figured out). But I also want those profiles of the staff members to populate in their respective "City/Flights" table without having to re-add them. I can't figure out what I need to do to link them to those tables. In the 3rd photo, I had to manually add those names in the "name" column (which are linked to the "passengers" table). I am trying to send an email after a form is submitted, and include clickable links within that email.Say I have field called SITE, if I use the syntax[CLICK HERE] [SITE] where SITE is the embedded field name for the automation it just send an email with"[CLICK HERE] [https://123.com]" Instead of CLICK HEREI tried following the the advice in https://support.airtable.com/docs/using-markdown-in-airtable but whatever combination of brackets I use, I cannot get the links displayed correctly - What am I missing please? 

Greetings! I am trying to figure out the best way to add dates/times of different candidates spoken to for interviews. Ideally, I would like to have one project line entered and then be able to click on the project to see which candidates were interviewed and when. I am trying to avoid repeating the project entry to break out and see the different candidates and would like to keep everything in one project entry. Eventually, I am also looking to create a monthly report to see what candidates were spoken to and when for each month. Any guidance is greatly appreciated as I am new to airtable. Thank you!

Hi, The automations implementend in Airtable aren't working anymore. The goal of those automations is to automatically send e-mails via Outlook.First, I received this error message : Airtable's permission to use the configured E-mail Outlook account has been revoked. Please reconnect the account or select a different E-mail Outlook account for this step.I reconnected the Outlook account, but the following message appeared: Microsoft a signalé une erreur lors du traitement de cette action : The mailbox is either inactive, soft-deleted, or is hosted on-premise.How can I fix it? Many thanks for your help 🙂 

I just added a small group of people and gave them commentor permissions, and I asked them to make comments on certain records, so that I could get their input on a project. I know for a fact that they went in and made comments because they emailed me to let me know they did it, but I don't see their comments! I am the base owner.

How can I do a word count of a record? I have a table to organize what I write divided by scenes and I want to count the words in every scene. Thanks in advance.
