How do I get fields to wrap content (not just strings)? See image. Thanks!

Quick functionality question. Is there a way to highlight a set of records and make quickly assign them the same value in a given field? I.e. instead of assigning them the same value for X field independently, just highlight the records and do it with a couple of clicks?I know about the fill handle, but that isn't always practical

I have Typeform on my website that I use for Lead Generation. When I integrate that Typeform to Airtable, it imports all data (Name, Phone, Email etc) except for the Mailing Address data. I have tried all relevant Field Types but it still doesn't work. Collecting the mailing address is mission critical because I need to mail samples to that address of potential clients. If someone could help, I would really appreciate it.  

I want to update my Airtable attachment field with a pdf that is loaded in a Google Drive folder. This is what I have so far, and I think I am almost there. There seems to be an issue (Request failed for https://api.airtable.com returned code 404. Truncated server response: {"error":"NOT_FOUND"}) in the final step (attachPDFToRecord), which I cannot figure out. Is there any way to allow a collaborator to EDIT records, but NOT DELETE any records?

HelloSo I have a calendar view in my interface where a user can add a record to schedule an asset to play at a certain day or time. It's been working well so far, but the actual schedule never changes week to week only the asset assigned to that timeslot.The table for this calendar has a date/time (ex. 8/18/2023 10:00pm) primary field and I was wondering if there was a way to automate the creation of blank records for the time designated timeslots so that when a user tries to schedule an asset all they have to do is click one of the blank records in the calendar and assign the asset? This would make it faster for them to do the scheduling without having to manually recreate the scheduling time slots every week that never change anyway.I attempted to do this with a create record automation... but it seemed like I could only create date/time records for a specific date instead day of week. For reference below is the scheduled slots I'm trying to c

I'm totally new to Airtable automations, and these questions will probably show that.I want to set up an automation where the trigger is "When a record is created" and the action is "Send an email." The To field will draw from a lookup field in the table that contains email addresses.My first question is, if I create a record but don't enter an email address quite yet, will Airtable send an email when I go back and enter an email address later?Also, if I set up this automation for a table that already contains records, will Airtable send emails for all existing records, or just ones I enter after turning the automation on?

Hi All, I have a very simple automation to email a group of educational course participants at a scheduled time every week. All of the tests I run are successful, but the automation fails because "Google reported an error while processing this action: too many recipients." Since my automation is set up like this...trigger (at a scheduled time) > action (find records) > action (gmail: send email) ...I am trying to email the max number of records, which is 100. It's usually not a problem to email 100 people through gmail, so I'm not sure why the automation would fail. Does anyone have any advice on this? I have 700 people to email, so if I need to decrease the number of people I'm emailing, that would kind of defeat the purpose of the automation...Thank you!

Rolllups showing percentages or dollars aren't appearing in automation (sending gmail) the same way they are appearing in the data view. Dollars are showing a million places past the cents and percentages are reverting to numbers after a decimal. How do I fix this?

My goal is to calculate the percent of hours per week spent on a type of task. I have managed to calculate the sum of hours spent on each type of task for all entries regardless of the week number, but I can't figure out how to calculate the sum per week.In the table where I calculate the sum of hours, I have three fields: Task, Time (from my Time Track Entries table), and Sum. The Time Track Entries table contains the week number for each timed entry.Any suggestions for how to calculate the sum per week?Thanks,Lene

I could not find a solution for this in the forums: From a list of dates, I need to find that date that is the last date on that list before the launch date of a given project. The idea is to find the date best suited for an event to happen before a project is launched.Full description:Records in table "Status" are each linked to one specific "Project" and one specific "Outlet". "Status" looks-up the launch date of that project. In "Outlets", multiple dates are rolled-up from a table called "Release dates".I am looking for a formula that returns the one "Release date" that is closest, but not after the Launch date of the Project. Hey guys,I'm creating a competency framework.I've these tables :- Jobs (lookup to "Competencies" table)- Competencies (6000 rows) with macro-competencies in column 2 (multiselect)- Macro-Competencies (600 rows) (isolated from but not linked to "Competencies")I'd like to re-create the link/lookup between "Competencies" and "Macro-Competencies" tables. I tried to replace the multiselect field "Macro-Competencies" in "Competencies" table by a LookUp field and the replacement looks good EXCEPT when Macro-Competencies fields contains a COMMA. Then, there is an (unwanted) "auto-split".Is there a way to AVOID this split when there is a comma into the datas ? Thanks in advance !

Hi, I recently ran a script to pull updated changes to our airtable into our application and all the urls to attachments changed. I looked it up and saw that this was to make them invalid after 2 hours. We were using them to point to images on our site so this means a big change in our workflow as we will now have to download the images from the API rather than pointing to them in airtable. We wanted to opt out of the change for now and schedule the work closer to Feb. We opted out in settings and I ran the script to pull the data and get the non-expiring urls. They are still showing in the browser as expired. I have re-run the script and the urls don't change. Does anyone know what is going on?

I need to get the price from another table and bring it to my booking table. The conditions must be based on the company and the route to bring the correct sale price registered in the Routes Price table,My airtable system is already working and I use the Company field as a lookup for the Customers table and the Routes field is just a single select.However, today, to form the sales price, I use the supplier's cost price, but this needs to be changed and the sales price needs to be added manually in another table to later appear. Hello, Airtable community!I'm looking for help with automation and linked records.I have an editable list record on an interface page that allows users to create a record in a specific tasks table, which has various linked records.I've managed to successfully set and run automation to set the user to match whoever creates the record. However is it possible to create an automation to update the project ID so it's associated with the record ID of the interface that they're in? Effectively updating the record that's just been created and linking it to the project that the task was created for. Currently, they can select - but I'd like it to auto-populate. Thanks,John 

The top right corner of a record's expanded view doesn't have a toggle to show revision history, as it used to - just a comment option, a link option, and the 3 "more" dots, which don't bring it up - see screenshot attached. The revision history option IS turned on (see screenshot attached of that too). How do I get that toggle switch back to see a record's revision history? Thank you!!

Hi! Is there any way to enter a start and end date with "no class dates" where it would remove the dates from the calendar view? I would also want the class to reoccur every Monday (sort of like google where you can say you want it to repeat every Mon).For example: I have a class that runs from Monday Sept 11 until December. It reoccurs every Monday except for on 10/9 and 11/6. On the calendar view, I want it to list Chemistry class every Monday from 3:30-4:30pm and want it to remove these two dates from a class date.Thanks!

I’m using the scripting app to send data via API request to another application. It’s currently functioning, and the other application is able to take the data and perform as required. However, I’m having trouble getting a response from the API request that doesn’t timeout. It works for one or two records, but beyond that it’ll return a Request Timeout error. Surprisingly, the code does wait for the function to be fully performed (I get a loading icon), but the response information doesn’t seem to be waiting. Is this a limitation with remoteFetchAsync/Airtable or is something wrong with my implementation? Alright, let me see if I can spell this out correctly.I have two databases, one of faculty and one of courses.Faculty can be assigned to any and all courses. Courses have different contracts depending on how they're paid -- FT, Adjunct, and NCI, which are three fields in the courses record, populated with the payment amount as appropriate.Let's say instructor A is linked to three different courses, one of each of the above.Currently, my linked column for Faculty A will show all three courses, then there's a Lookup referencing Adjunct, which shows me the correct amount -- but I don't know which of the three courses under the linked column that payment amount belongs to.Is there a way to filter the linked column to only display on the faculty record if the adjunct field is populated? My current work around is to duplicate the table, delete anything where adjunct is empty, and create another link, but that's clumsy when I add more courses or assign mo

I need users to be able to input data via mobile. Forms hasn't worked for some things for reasons I won't quite get into right now.Some records need to be input off a plan, which is in another table. On desktop, this works fine - I limit the linked record selection to a relevant view (otherwise I get all plans, irrelevant and past, etc). However this filter doesn't seem to work on the android mobile app... But I could have sworn in my earlier testing, that it did.It still works fine on desktop.Is this a known bug? I have no idea how to make the title succinct and easy to understand, but here's what I want to do. I run a market garden. I am building a crop planning tool inside airtable. Throughout the year, the typical timings of events for different crops will change.For this example, we'll use my Weeks to Harvest calculation. In peak summer, lettuce will be ready to harvest 4 weeks after transplant. I have setup my new personal api token in Airtable and have followed the instructions for accessing it via GET call in Voiceflow yet my token refuses to grant data access to Voiceflow.   I'm fairly new to API calls so it could be that I'm missing some detail here.  I have included images showing all the steps I've followed and what information I'm using.  If there is anyone else that is having success with this, I would love any advice you can provide.  Thank you in advance!
