I’ve been exploring ways to connect Airtable with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Looker for better campaign insights. Since much of my work involves managing projects in “digital marketing in Jalandhar,” having all performance data centralized in Airtable could enhance reporting and decision-making. Has anyone here tried setting this up? Do you rely on native integrations or prefer using third-party automation tools like Zapier or Make?

I’d like to use AirTable to help prioritize a set of ~50 project ideas, soliciting input from 10-15 stakeholders.I’d like to let users rank the projects in terms of Customer Value and Strategic Alignment (fit to our organization) using a simple semantic scale (very low, low, medium, high, very high).A very efficient way to do this is through Airtable’s Kanban views, where they can drag each idea into a column representing that attribute, going once through the list for Customer Value, and again for Strategic Alignment.I’ve looked at examples of how to do group voting in AirTable through the templates and discussions in this forum, but they all seem to suggest using forms to capture input, sometimes one candidate at a time. This would require voters to open and submit 50 different form submissions.Is there a way to provide each voter their own Kanban view of the projects that allow them to drag projects around and have those actions save out voter-

Is it possible to export a list of record comments from a base? I need to be able to summarize and track comments without reviewing each record.

Hi! I’m building an internal interface for my team to manage tasks. While I love the clean look of Interfaces, it’s frustrating that we can’t manually reorder records (drag-and-drop) within a list or table.In the base view, we can reorder records manually, but in Interfaces we’re stuck with sorting rules or creation order, and new records always go to the bottom.For teams using Interfaces to manage workflows (without exposing the full base), this feature would be incredibly helpful.Are there any plans to enable manual ordering or drag-and-drop within Interfaces in the near future?Thanks!

I am trying to figure out how to build a workflow that would allow multiple user to approve a creative asset before status changes to approved.Right now I'm using a user column to assign an approver.  Then the record viewer interface to approve using a button tied to a status change automation. Ideally I would like to be able to assign multiple approvers and somehow only use the automation, once ALL approvers have approved. Thank you in advance

What does this mean?"cannot assign list of object to collection of complex types"I can't select any field values. And how do I make it so I can select it.  

I have a number of automations that have been working for years that suddenly stopped finding records as of the first time they ran in July. They were supposed to be looking for records in a related view, but were listing Condition Filters that had nothing to do with that view.I tried changing them to use Conditions instead of a View, and there were condition filters defined, apparently from copying another automation and then modifying it. They have been this was as far as I know from the beginning, but worked based on the View filters until July.I have cleared out the unused condition filters and am waiting for the first run in August to verify it is fixed. Just wanted to figure out why they used to work and quit without changes on my part.

For example, I just added 75 new [Tasks] for a marketing campaign and needed to link all of them to the one [Campaign] record.My current process involves either manually clicking the '+' and finding the record 75 times, or setting up a fairly clunky workaround with automations that feels like overkill. It’s incredibly time-consuming and prone to errors.This got me thinking about building a simple extension to solve this once and for all. Good afternoon,I'm trying to use Airtable automations to send an email to folks through my Gmail account. Airtable is directly connected to my Gmail account. The emails send successfully, but the problem is that when the email shows up in the recipients' inboxes, the sender name is just my first name in all lower case (e.g., "matt"), but I'm sending it on behalf of an organization. This is unprofessional and isn't what I'm trying to communicate to my recipients. So my question is:How can I change the "Sender" on these emails when using Airtable Automations to send emails through my Gmail account?I already confirmed my Gmail settings, my Google account settings, etc. Honestly, it looks like it's just pulling the info from my email address (e.g., "matt" from "matt@company.com").Surely there's a way around this???TIA,ML  

Hello,I would like to update the data in an Airtable table from an Excel spreadsheet.This is a “Customers” table (approximately 1,500 records) which includes a ‘Department’ column. The data for these “Departments” for each customer has changed, and the new values are in an Excel file.I would like to be able to replace the value in the “Department” field for each “Customer” with the corresponding value in the Excel file.If anyone has any ideas on how to do this...Thank you

Hi Airtable Community,I’m trying to use the prefill feature in Airtable for a form, but I’m running into an issue. I want to prefill a field that is a record selector, but the selector has a filter applied. When the filter is active, the prefill doesn’t seem to work as expected.Has anyone found a way to prefill a filtered record selector in a form, or any workarounds for this limitation? The user field options on our interface incorrectly display all previous accounts, even those that have been removed. This issue only affects the interface, not the data view. How can we resolve this.  

I’m seeing some sheets, owned by me and owned by others, but many I’ve created on worked on recently (even when I sort by most recently modified) aren’t on the list, even when I search by specific names, don’t show up in the list. I tried deleting cookies. Any help? 

I wanted to share a recent experience in case anyone else has run into the same thing, and if not, to bring it to the community’s attention. It’s one of those odd edge cases that can cause a lot of confusion when troubleshooting automations, and I think it’s worth having on the radar for anyone building complex workflows. Recently, I was troubleshooting an automation that ran in an unexpected way. While reviewing the automation run logs and the record’s historical logs, I couldn’t figure out how it had been triggered. The revision history showed no relevant edits, yet the automation clearly had fired. After digging deeper and testing different scenarios, I eventually discovered the cause, the collaborator had unintentionally undone an action almost immediately after performing it, either by quickly unchecking a box or pressing Cmd+Z (or Ctrl+Z) on their keyboard. Airtable’s automation system is sensitive enough to register the initial change

When creating a trigger using the “When Record Matches A Condition”, is there a way to enter a table value into the matching field, other than a hard-coded value? For example, the table has 2 columns, [Cost] and [Original Cost]. Want to trigger an update when [COST] != [Original Cost], but it seems to only allow entering of an actual value. “When Record is Updated” trigger does work to accomplish this, but it can take about 10 seconds to update the destination field, and begins to execute the trigger the moment the value box is changed (If the value entered 100, it seems to run for 1,0,0 and then 100, as I can see the other fields updating with multiple values until the final value). Sometimes, if we type too quickly, it doesn’t update and will update based on “10” rather than “100”.

I have created an interface with a grid of all my contacts and deals, not sorted or filtered in any way so that I can just go in and see certain records that I need.I created a filter for each of these lists and want to have the ability to filter depending on what I'm looking for at the time. However the filters I'm creating aren't dynamic.If I want to filter by "created date", I need a specific filter for that. If I want to filter by "Total Revenue" I need another one, and so and and so forth.Can't I just create one filter and then when I'm using it select which field to filter by? Seems awfully redundant the way I currently have to use it.

I'm building a script that will eventually be part of an automation to create records for upcoming coaching calls in one table based on conditions from a separate source table. We've successfully implemented a similar script and automation combo in another base, but I'm having trouble getting this one to function properly. When I run the script, no error messages appear, but none of the expected records are added to the destination table, despite the fact that the source records clearly meet the script’s conditions. I've triple-checked the data and logic, and everything appears to be in order. I'd appreciate help troubleshooting this issue and identifying what's preventing the script from creating records as expected.

I have a sign up process where users can invite other users to join their organisation. As such I have 3 key tables: Users; Invited Users; and Company Information. Users have a linked field to an Organisation ID field in the Company Information table so that the site can display information about the company they are assigned to. When a user invites a new user to join their organisation the Invited User table is updated with a new record including their Email, Name etc. anda linked field “Organisation ID, linked to the Company Information table. Then when an invited user signs up they are added to the Users Table and there is an automation that pulls over information from the Invited Users table like their access level and assigned Organisation ID. I’m trying to create a view that only returns the name of an item where there are none with a status of Available. I am reaching out here in desperation because the “contact support” feature in Airtable does not work at all in my workspace, across multiple browsers and devices. Firstly, my “Team” plan workspace has a base, and my base has a form. It is the only form present in the base.After the recent UI update, that form is not visible in the “Forms” tab on the top middle. The system pretends that my base doesn’t have any forms.However, I can still access the form via my bookmarked public link. Additionally, I can submit the form and it successfully will add a record to my base.I need to edit this form, but it is currently not possible to access the edit page of the form. Normally, I would reach out to Support about this. However, when I click the “?” icon on the bottom left and then select “Message Support”, it opens up a blank white rectangle on the bottom right of the screen that does nothing.I know from experience that this should be
