Hello everybody,I’m trying to add a new user in the admin panel.When I click the “Send invitation” button, I see the message: “1 collaborator has already been invited.” However, I can’t see this person in my Pending Invites list, and the user hasn’t received any invitation.Do you have any idea what might be happening?Thanks in advance.

Hi,We’re looking at adding e-mail tracking (open, follow links etc) to our mails that currently are sent from Airtable with its Gmail function. This is for individual mails to leads, not bulk mailing, so no need to add any dedicated mailing services to the stack.I learnt about Paste Pixel from the community here, but now they have a notice saying they don’t take new customers when trying to sign up, and I’m getting no response on my mails.Would anybody know if Paste Pixel is still alive, or if there are other similar services? I’m familiar with BaseMailer, but their pricing seems very steep, and it may be unnecessarily complex for our current needs.We use Zapier, if that would help finding other alternatives.Rgds,Björn

Currently the resolved comments option removes the comments from the All Comments drop down, which causes a lot of users to miss them unless they know to go and toggle to a different comments view for Resolved Comments. This also negatively impacts our end users as they have to piece together everything int he All Comments with the Resolved Comments views being separate. Is it possible to pull the resolved comments into the All Comments view?

I’ve been importing data to bases and found Airtable has been dropping entries. My CSV file has 11k+ entries yet once imported it gets cut down to 10k. Is this a limitation on Airtable’s part?I’ve been importing my CSVs through the email function. Does this have something to do with emailing data specifically? Does this only happen when you first set up the base and not when you update the data again with another email?I plan on eventually automating my email imports so I’d like to get this dealt with. I do not want my entries being dropped with any more initial imports and future automated reports.

I’m working on a proof of concept for a product we’re releasing.  The idea is a pretty landing page that potential, existing students can sign up for a session or two.  We also want the data to be gathered and reported within AT, hence shying away from the Zoom + landing page.  Anyone setup any “cool” Airtable portals.  Would love to experiment, again for proof of concept.

I’ve recently noticed an error appearing in the developer console when running a custom block. This appears to be happening both in development and when released to the base.I am running the latest versions of both the block CLI (3.0.1) and the SDK (1.19.0). As far as I can tell, these messages are displayed when writing data back to the base, for example:table.createRecordsAsync() || table.updateRecordsAsync()Any insights into why this is happening, and how I can go about fixing the error? While writes to the base are seemingly unaffected, these messages are cluttering the console log, and if not relevant, should not be emitted to begin with.

Hi everyone! 👋I’m running into a weird behavior when working with Google Sheets and wanted to see if anyone here has ideas or has run into something similar.Every time I add a new row manually (or via automation), the new row is not being added at the bottom of my sheet — instead it’s always inserting at row 1257, pushing all existing rows below that down. I expected new rows to be added to the end of the data range.Here’s what I’ve noticed so far: The sheet definitely has data below row 1257. New rows always appear at 1257, not at the lowest existing row. I’m working either manually or via a script/automation (could be Apps Script/Zapier/Make/Webhook). Has anyone seen this happen before?Does anyone know what settings, filters, named ranges, scripts, or other quirks might cause Sheets to treat row 1257 as “the end” of the sheet?Happ

SO I’ve been working with multiple bases, Data separated for clarity and unique scheduling, sessions, etc, data essentially, and I’ve had the need to bring some of that data across for analysis, reporting, e.g. In one base, it’s being used to track clients, scheduling of live courses with said clients, and tracking attendees(for one year only, then data is redacted, but numbers kept), another base is for an unique type of training, that the regular client training base couldn’t handle, as they’re different beasts.However, I’m needing to track the statistics, the matrices, etc in one base’s interface, and I’ve used Master sources before, but in this case it feels slightly different.  I’d need several tables from that other base, but was thinking of instead of having multiple synced tables, rather have one Master Source compiled of the other base’s data so that I could still use it in the Target base’s interfaces :).Anyone done anything like that before?Pros, Cons

I have three tables - Venues, Rooms, and Sessions. There is a fourth table called Working Agenda. What formula do I need to put in the Working Agenda Primary field to insert all the rooms and venues? The rooms and venues are the primary field in each of their respective tables. Do I need to add lookup fields for Venue Name and Room Name to the Working agenda? My DB have interfaces with Tally and Zapier, and they just stopped working.When I try connect it in Tally, it recognizes all DBs in my workspace, but can find no tables in the BD.Even tried duplicate the BD and rebuild the connections, but just got the same message: “No tables found”. But all tables are there, and all data’s there…Asked AI about it, and it wrote about API key and Tokens…Help, please?...

Attached is a screen shot of a small part of a schedule of conference that a large number of rooms (80) across 4 hotelsthat has numerous sessions per day over a week. I’ve used AT for many years, but I’m struggling as to the best way to design this base to get the most benefit from AT. I want to move out of the g-sheet to unable sort, group and filtering by different staff at different properties with different roles. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did contribute a base, but it is for a different style event. I’d like to build a base to track our produce prescription program. We have coupons with barcodes to distribute to the patients. Ideally I’d like the health worker to use a barcode scanner to scan the first coupon and the last coupon for each patient. Then I need to populate a table of all the coupons distributed within that range for each patient. I currently have a table set up for “patients” where health workers would assign the coupons. Then I have a table for “Coupons” where I’d like the records to be each coupon code distributed. Any help in how to do this would be appreciated!

Greetings, has anyone heard any rumors about making it possible to access extension from Interfaces instead of having to go to Data and then Tools  and then select Extensions? It is not a really big deal but it becomes irritating and time consuming when I have to send out invoices and I have to go through all these extra clicks to get to the Pages extension where I send out my invoices via email as pdfs.Thanks, Scott

I want to check Airtable automation script code for any type of vulnerabilities in the code. Is there a way I can do that? Or is there any Airtable API which exposes the script code which can help me to check the code?. I don’t want to do manual task of copying the code and checking each and everyone individually.

I'm glad you can share an individual page in an interface. It's a decent improvement but still not the best solution. Now, if you could public share a full interface or at least the overview page, it would be such a much needed game-changer.Being able to share the Overview page of an interface with a nice cover image would be so helpful when sharing with a client or customer. It looks professional, well organized and nicely structured. Perfect if you want to share only the information without providing full access.Notion (overrated IMO) allows this (sharing of a workspace) where you can organize it and make it look professional. Currently in Airtable, when I end up haveing to share multiple URLs for different pages, clients get very overwhelmed. Being able to publicly share an interface would be incredible.
