Hello,I'm able to retrieve AIRTABLE data from a first table as well as fields from a table linked to the first one, but the level below doesn't seem to work.As indicated in the documentation and the explanatory video on DOCUMINT, as for the first linked table, I create an Fx field named “Lien_Table3 Table_Id” with the value “TableID”.On DOCUMINT, I indicate the Repeat / Loop on each “Lien_Table3” record.On the PDF generation link, I indicate “...expand=2...”.But no display of the desired field.What could be wrong?Is there a level limitation with the free version of Documint?Thanks for your help!Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

I have noticed that the PDFs I have created with Page Designer (by clicking the little printer icon) do not contain selectable text. It seems to be a giant image. Not how a PDF is supposed to work. This is especially relevant when you include a URL field and want this to be clickable. Strangely enough some of my URL fields are clickable in the little preview pane in Airtable. But only some of them. Of course when I print and save them as PDFs none of them are clickable, because it is not text. There is an answer to a previous question that suggests using Long Text fields to avoid that problem but that does not work for me (and how should it, since my output is not text?): Some links not clickable in output PDFs from page designer - #6 by ScottWorld

Heya community!I have a main table of tasks (source) which is two-way synced out to a few different bases depending on their category/who’s responsible (long story short).In this source table, I’d love a way to have a button open up the record from within one of the specific synced tables. I have a sad feeling this isn’t possible, but would love any help figuring this one out!I know from the synced table I can do this very easily back to the source, but I’d love a way to do it the other way.I really hoped that the record ID would stay the same in both places so I could create a URL that combined the new base/table with the existing record ID, but alas :(

I haven’t used up my automation runs for the month, but all of my automations have stopped working suddenly. They worked yesterday, but today, they aren’t. Each step when tested runs well, but if I try to edit the conditions or create another automation, I get this ‘Sorry your request conflicted with another change’ message.Can anyone help please? 

I added an automation to a task management base that is intended to send a reminder email every month to each staff that has tasks on their list that are not marked as a completed status by the time the email is triggered.This month there were 104 incomplete tasks that about 5 staff are responsible for. The email was triggered and each staff received one email, but in the cc’d line were 104 email addresses so i obviously set it up wrong. See the screenshots of how it is set up- what am i missing?#1 #2 

Before maybe a month ago, when I clicked to add new fields, I can just type the name and then select the type. Now I have to select the field type first and then enter a name. My brain is wired the other way. Is there anyway to go back to the old way?

Hello,When I confirm an appointment by email with the date and time, the times indicated in the email are off by minus 2 hours.For example: I sent an automatic confirmation email with an appointment for Saturday, May 17th, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM.The email sent by automation indicates the time indicated as 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.Can you explain what is causing a 2-hour difference between the email I sent and the data in my database?The appointments in my diary are correctly positioned at the right time. Hey guys, I’m using the “Insert Record As Grid” feature in Airtable (screenshot below). When I choose this, it lets me choose the columns I want included in the grid.The columns of the grid appear in the order of the dropdown list that appears.Where does Airtable take the order of the dropdowns? From a specific view?I want to order the columns differently but it does not work. I have lots of different views, so I don’t know which view determines the order of the columns. Would really appreciate the help! :) Thanks so much in advance!  

Can we *please* get an Airtable API that supports native stats operations?  I’m tired of having to ship data *outside* of Airtable in order to get this information.

Okay, so it's 2023. Is it possible to update information in a record via a form and not delete data if the form field is left blank yet? I wish to allow users to update database information via a form, but I do not want the existing data in a field to be deleted if the user leaves a form field blank.Is there a way to achieve this in the Airtable UI and not third-party apps?Is it possible to add to the photos via this form submission instead of replacing all the photos with the update form? For example, photos 1, 2, and 3 already exist in the data. A user used the update form and uploads image 4. So it would update the data to have photos 1, 2, 3, and 4. I have a table where there are potentially multiple images available:Two columns linking to other records, then One Lookup column for each of those to look up the image attachment, and then finally, One more column where I paste a screenshot, used for cases where neither of the other links are present.So there are potentially 3 columns which could contain an image attachment. If I were to try to build a sensible gallery or an app, I’d only want one image for many of the views, so I’d like to make a Best Image column.The rules are more or less:Does Source 1 exist? I use a lot of linked records.Occasionally I have an issue where a [Record from table A] is deleted (by a user or automation with script) which triggers the deletion of a [Record from table B] it is linked to (by a user or an automation). Because changes to from [Record from table A] look up fields in Table B trigger other automations, these automations start running before Record from table B is deleted. However Record from Table B has finished deleting before the other automations have finished. This isn’t really a maj

Did AirTable remove the ability to use forms on interfaces on mobile devices? We were previously able to submit forms on the mobile interface, but now we get the pop-up message that the page is not supported on mobile. Can we get this feature back?

Hello,  I am trying to write a script that will automatically match records. The Base set up is as follows. Table 1: Contacts. Table 2: Has. Table 3: Needs. Table 4: Matches. Contacts and Matches are self explanatory. The Needs table consists of “Buy Boxes” for real estate investors. i.e. Property type, max price, number of bedrooms, state, city, etc. The Has table is where new opportunities are entered. The goal of the script is to then automatically match new entries in the Has table with open Buy Boxes in the Needs table, then score the matches based on the number of criteria that match, different criteria will have different weights. Null in either Has or Needs table should not effect the result.  I am having a lot of trouble with this, as there are many variables in the Needs section. 

I’m trying to create a field that automatically tallies up the number of times each record has been modified. Does anyone know of a way to automate this? Thanks!

According to this support article, it says that we can use markdown formatting in any “long text field with rich text formatting on”. However, this doesn’t work. We have a long text field with rich text formatting on, but when we add markdown syntax into our text, nothing happens. For example, if we type the following into our long text field: **test** *test* test We would expect the results to look like: test test test (Notice that the 1st word is in bold, the 2nd word is in italics, and the 3rd word is plain text. That’s what we would expect.) But everything just stays in plain text, and looks like: **test** *test* test Thoughts on how to get this markdown formatting to work within a rich text long text field?

I am new to Airtable so forgive me if this is an easy answer. I have searched the forum and can not find the solution. I want to sum a field with several records {days worked}, by group {name}. I have accomplished this by grouping by {name} and the result shows in the group bar. I want to use the results of this in another formula calculation, in a different table.
