Hello,I don’t have a lot of scripting experience but feel like this one should be simple. However, I can not find my error; it’s probably something super simple and I’m just not seeing it.Here are the two simple tables I have: So in the Day table, when the Week linked field is missing, I want a script to automatically update the field. Here is my script: The error is:

I have created a form and I upgraded it.  I have published it, but when I try to copy the url so I can share it, it doesn’t copy.  Is there an alternate place to find the form url?  When I go back to my base and click on the Form View, it shows the old version, not the upgraded finished version.

Hello. An unexpected problem is that suddenly it is no longer possible to move views through the list of views in any table. The icon in the name of the "move" view remains, but the view does not move. What could be the problem?

Hello!I use a table daily to track my students' test scores for a standardized exam. The exam has three components: math, reading, and verbal.Each row is used to give details about a student's score in one specific section. For example, if Amanda sends me her test, she will actually get THREE rows in the table, like this:R1: Jane Smith | Math Section | 75 points | January 8 2024R2: Jane Smith | Reading Section | 21 points | January 8 2024R3: Jane Smith | Verbal Section | 36 points | January 8 2024The math/reading/verbal cell is a "choose one" cell. I cannot pre-fill the cell because it alternates between Math, Reading and Verbal. I wish there were a way to click a button that was like "create 3 new rows", and have them pre-filled with Math, then Reading, then Verbal in the section column. Any suggestions?

We use the page designer to generate commercial invoices. We are running into the issue where we have multple static lines of text that often have a $0.00 value. These are no longer being accepted so we need those static lines to hide when the corresponding value is $0.00.  Is this possible to do? I’ve played around but haven’t found anything yet...

Can you suggest a workflow where I can have AI go trough the data and provide a summary of all the content of the base as well as suggestions for optimization.As an example I would need AI to analyze all 500+ replies that have been received, shortlist the personas that show the most interest, the messaging that works best, what industries are the most engaged. I have a make.com scenario that populates videos from Google Drive to a table. I’m trying to create an automation in Airtable that takes all of the data from that original record, and simply creates a new record in a different table with that same data.Ex. Record goes into Table 1 > Automation Triggered > Same record goes into Table 2 Should be absurdly basic, but I keep running into an issue with the video attachment field when trying to test the automation.I’ve tried every single type of data from the video column. How do i  find duplicate records based on an email address and remove them autmatically? I have a table that is bringing in registrants for a free event (via zapier) and I am seeing there are some duplicates that are showing up.  Presumably the person forgot they already signed up. I need to track accurate numbers.  How can I do this? I have a formula that displays a new volunteers' mentor on a schedule for staff - basically, if there is anything in the field {Mentor (from Link to Forms)}, show that, or else show * (to prevent the field from showing up (empty) on the schedule. I am stumped on how to solve this problem.Our team has 1 table set up that is pulling data from a synced table. We added in new columns to the right of the synced data to be able to add in subtasks and a few other pieces of tracking information.The issue we are running into is there are other ad hoc tasks that need be done that are not on synced table but we need to be able to put the synced data in the same view with the ad hoc tasks.Our only commonality is that we have a linked record for both from an overview table of projects.Is it possible to bring together a synced data table and an ad hoc table into 1 new table for the team to work from?

Hello,on calender view i want to default to 30 min records shown on calender at present it is 60 mins by default.I have been trying to create a script and automation that will fill an end date and time field automatically to 30 mins after the appointment date field has been updated and then using thsi end date and time field to set this as the end of the appointmentANyone any ideas how to do this??  

Hi everyone,I could use some advice on setting up an automation for a project I'm working on.I have an Airtable base structured like this: A Rooms table (corridor, toilet, kitchen, etc.) A Products table A Proposal table A Line Items table where I create the Proposal Items which is linked to the other tables. Each product has a payback calculation (e.g., how long it takes to pay for itself) What I'm trying to achieve is to automate the creation of a graph for each job that: Plots Rooms on the X-axis and Payback Time on the Y-axis, showing all relevant products linked to that job. Either: a) Automatically generates this graph and uploads it as an image attachment back into the respective Job

Is there a way for tables data to clear at a certain time each day automatically?

I have a base that has 1 table that shows everyone that has registered for an event.  Primary field is the email field, but also has the date they registered. Then in another table I have page views by date. I am trying to figure out how to create a formula that takes the number of registrants and divides it by the page views on a certain day to give me my registration conversion rate. I’m really new to airtable so I”m not sure if this can be created.

 Hi there,I use airtable in my network of retail stores. I have a form where people make various requests, and I have added a drop down field to select the Area Manager associated with that store. This field has been setup as a table with a list of the Area Managers names, and an email field.I am trying to setup a new automation where it sends an email to the selected Area Manager to notify them of the request. I am having trouble getting the right setting for the ‘To’ field. Initially I set it to select the email field of the Area Manager table. But doing this populates the ‘To’ line with a Field ID number, and returns an error saying this is not a valid email address. Can anyone guide me on where I am going wrong? I have only used an email action in the past on a static email address, I have never set one up to use a dynamic email address like this.Thanks in advance. Images below as reference.

Hi all,  I’m looking for examples or scenarios of when and how you are using components not for entire workflows and bases, but for fields and automations. I’m also interested in understanding the impact on time savings for creating components vs instructing users to just copy or set-up their own fields and automations. 

I have a table with all our employees along with their start date, their manager, and their manager’s email. I want to send a monthly email on the 1st of the month to each manager separately that will list if they have any employees that will be reaching a milestone that month (30-day, 60-day, 90-day, anniversary, etc). So far, I have the automation set up so that the trigger is at a scheduled time, the action is finding records who are managers, but then what I can’t figure out is how to send separate emails per manager that ONLY lists their own employees and not any other managers’ employees. Is there a way to do this without having to manually set up an automation for each manager?

Hey Everyone! I’m working on custom building a dashboard for our institution that will track student milestones not only while they are in school but beyond. The way I’ve build or database, we have 4 tabs. Activity, People, Ventures and Events. Activity being the catch-all for any thing that has happened in the other 3 tabs. Anyways, what my goal is is to build a record review that looks like the salesforce education cloud that can display milestones that the student has accomplished like the photo below. Does anyone have any experience with this? I really like the way the Life events looks specifically and obviously I’m flexible, but it would be a cool feature for us.
