Hello,Every week I send data notifications out to my teachers with updated data from our other systems.  I have over 150 automations set up to do this because it appears that a "Weekly Digest" cannot function within conditional logic because you can only choose a trigger time related item. Does anyone know of a better way to do this that does not involve moving up to enterprise level?  I currently need eight different bases due to the 50 automation maximum per base.  Thanks ahead of time!Dan

Hi all,I appreciate you taking the time to read my problem 😊 We have set up multiple automations which use the built in Airtable Email action to email people about their enrollment. However, it appears that we are continuously receiving an error when trying to run the automation - "An unknown error occurred". I have tried to delete the email trigger and restart but am still getting the same error. However, when running the email action in a different automation (same table and base) I am not receiving the error. I have also checked our plan usage and quotas, and we are still within our limits. This is a very tricky situation, and we are in desperate need of a solution as our club depends on these emails being sent out in a timely manner. I appreciate any support or ideas you may have 😊 Warm Regards,Dom

Hello! I use an automation email to send information to team members. This includes some really long URL’s. Just for the sake of keeping that email tidy, is there a way to hyperlink some text with the URL in the email? So instead of saying “Click this link: (long URL)” the word LINK would be hyperlinked to the URL? Thanks!

I have a button that opens up a URL that acts as a webhook to an external application that runs a function. In the querystring, I’d like to include either the userID or email of the user who clicked the button for accountability purposes. I don’t see an option for that in the default fields. Is there any workaround for this? Can I do something to hack that user as the last modifier or something? Is it something that would be possible if I ran a script on button click instead? Script seems like overkill.

Hi,Currently, I use automations to create Google Calendar events from new records in Airtable. I prefer to manage the events directly from Google Calendar. I find moving events (jobs) is more fluid than doing so in Airtable. What I need is to create an automation that updates an Airtable record when a Google Calendar event is updated. I would assume the trigger is - GCalendar update and I would think I need to find and match the airtable record to the GC event. I stumped on this part.  

Hello,I am new to Airtable, and have started to import data from my existing data stores. As part of my import, I would like to import and sync data from two different google sheets into one table in Airtable. The first sheet contains all of our customers and their data, the second sheet contains the results of a survey, which was only filled out by a subset of our customers. If a customer fills out the survey, I would like to include their responses in the resulting table with their other data.Is there a way to do this?Tom S

Hello!I am trying to create a master calendar from the different bases I've created in my workspace. I began with creating a master calendar base and syncing up the other bases table to this base. I created an automation that when a new record gets created in one of those synced base a new record gets created in the master calendar table. Now I'm running into the issue that when a record is updated in one of the bases it doesn't update in the master calendar. I'm at a roadblock and have been trying to figure this out for a while now. I'm also trying to see that when I link to a record it doesn't link to the synced base record but the actual record in the other base. I've attached screenshots of my base and automations. I'd love to hear any feedback or suggestions, it would be much appreciated!  Thank you in advance!! 

Hello everyoneI've been on Airtable for a while now and I've never had to do anything complicated, but I have a really epic task, as for me. I'd ask the community to help me and not to scold me too much for stupid questions).I have three tables: Docs, Lines and Items. Docs can have few lines. Line have one item and number field "quantity". Pressing new "Copy doc" button must copy the Doc record and create new lines, which have the same items and quantities, as they appears in the source doc. Theese new lines must be linked to the new doc.Is there any chance to do it without coding? Is there any chance to do it at all? 🙂 It must be..

I have a table that I use to calculate expenses for a specific project. I would like the SUM of one of the columns to automate/sync/roll up/whatever?? to another record/field that is located in a different BASE (for invoicing purposes). Can this be done? Thank you!

Hello Everyone,I would like to use Airtable to share order status with my teammates. Because the finished date or customers' requests often change, I need all members to follow up on the newest changed content.Though I can know when each project is changed by sorting the last modified time/date, it's still confusing because I cannot tell what contents are changed immediately. Sometimes it's an estimated finish date, sometimes it's the price, customer request, order number, etc.Is there any formula or tricks that help to create a view that sorts the data by the last changed date and at the same time, be able to see what columns are changed and old&new values? 

I have three tables: PROJECTS, ASSETS and PLACEMENTSIn both ASSETS and PLACEMENTS there is a field that links to PROJECTS, with the possibility of linking to multiple projects. They are called asset_projects and placement_projects respectively.I need any project added to or removed from asset_projects to be added or removed from asset_placements, but not the other way around. This is, adding or removing projects from placement_projects shall not affect asset_projects, resulting in an unidirectional synch between the two fields.I was wondering if there is a way to do that which does not involve the need to use a script and if a script needs to be used, I was wondering if anyone has ever created a similar script that I could recycle.Thank you

I am currently working with a typeform that is used to gather information on families that want to register on our platform.This information dives straight into my Airtable, and I would like to use the learnings from these inputs to feed an LLM model on chatgpt in order to automatically generate a description of these families based on their answers and have it standardised (as you know people are usually very lazy when it comes to writing text in a survey). I would like to have this data come back to the airtable but I am not really sure how to structure it. I was wondering whether anyone would be able to help 

Hi guys,I'm looking to use Slack + Airtable + Chat GPT to do the following:When a post is written in a travel slack channel in natural language, e.g. John Johnson writes "I will be in Genoa with Steve Marshall on 23rd/24th Feb and travel to Singapore on the 26th to 4th March."That is sent to airtable (easy enough) but as structured data. Where Chat GPT is acting as the tool for structuring the data into columns such as "Location" "Date" "Client" "Other people visiting (that isn't the author)". I just wondered if anyone had any ideas how I might be able to do that? Hi all, I'm looking to create a simple automation that sends an email when a project moves from one status (4.0) to another (5.0). I have people assigned to the project with a profile that includes their name and email (along with other info). I want the person assigned to that project to receive the email notification, however I'm not sure how to get the automation to find the email, as it is only finding the persons name at the moment. I'm new to Airtable and coding so I'm sure there's a semi-easy fix that I just don't know! Thanks!

i'm using Softr to build out a small GPT tool. At this point the user logs in and then they fill in the prompts to get GPT to do it's thing.The logged in users email does not show up in the corresponding airtable. How can I sync / automate it so that everytime that user submits the form, their email will show up in the airtable against the users form and answer.The reason I want to do this as it will allow my to use permission features on the user being only able to see their results. The image shows emails that were populated when they signed up (I know messy...), as well as when i made the user add their email in the form (not ideal) and I don't want this.

Hi Everyone. I 'm having trouble with an Automation (Scheduled Time, Find Records, Create Records) that will find all the records in a group (e.g. Group is “Week 36”), copy those records and create them into the next week’s Group. This in theory is simple and I can get it to almost work. It can find all the records I want it to. But… When it creates the records into the next week group it adds them all to a single record. Even if that linked record field is set to off for “allow linking to multiple records”. I just need it to add a distinct record for each copied record in that new week, not jam them all into one record.

I'm evaluating Airtable and so far think it seems very well made. But I'm having trouble determining if I can do what I want to do. I feel like it is a fairly straightforward need but can't find the path. One note, I don't write any sort of code so it would need to be some sort of built in feature/process. I know I can do this by creating a alternate view, but I want to control access to the Volunteers base such that not all users who can see/edit the Members base can also see the Volunteers info.So, I want to have one base called "All Club Members" that everyone can view/edit, with basic member info, and another called "Volunteers" with only a few users able to view/edit, where there would be deeper member info. In the All Members base I want a checkmark field such that if it is checked their record is automatically synced to the Volunteer base. Once synced to the Volunteers base, I'd want that record to have more columns than it had in the All Members base so I could add th

Hi All! I have an automation set up so that when conditions are met (i.e I select a certain label from a single select menu), the an email is sent out the the attendees that were assigned to that meeting.The problem is that it is only grabbing the first email in the email field and not sending to all the attendees.
