TL;DR: what's the difference between 'contains' and 'has any of'?I'm setting up some automations with a 'when a record matches conditions' trigger.When I set my 'find records' trigger to the condition 'has any of' the dynamic value I want to use, I get 'invalid value: when a record matches conditions cannot be converted to an array of string'.When I set the condition to 'contains', it works perfectly.What is the difference between 'has any of' and 'contains'? In natural language the two are synonymous (to my sense of the language, anyway), but I assume there's some important distinction in the underlying code that I do

I'm intending to create a simple AirTable script to record duration of a single status field. In my use case I'm tracking a large number of issues where the status frequently goes back and forth between the multiple status',For example there are multiple status':  open, in-progress, and resolved status. A normal workflow would be non-linear, so a record could go from open to in-progress, back to open, then to resolved then back to open, and then finally to resolved again.open > in-progress > open > resolved > open > resolved.I'd like to track the duration that each record is in each status as well as the cumulative time each record is in each status. This way I could say this record was open for a period of 3 days, in progress for 1 day and it was  in a resolved status two days. In the first table I have several records with a status field and a time modified field as well as other important data fields to help

Hi to all! I am having a problem using Automatization for updating numbers in one table, when some conditions are matching in the other one.In table Bills I need to have an updated (lesser) amount of each bill, when in the table RatenPayment a part of that bill is payed. The Trigger is working (consist of the elements if date of the payment is not empty, and when the amount of the partial payment is given).However, the Action in the Automatization keep showing me error (but it seamd to be such a 'peace of cake')....Thank for ANY kind of a help, I am struggling with it more then a half day..

Hello, looking for help on how to trigger the update of formula field when a record reaches a condition. My example is the following: I have a "Birth Date" field which contains the birthdate as Date. I have a formula field which calculates the current year "Anniversary Date": DATETIME_PARSE(YEAR(NOW())&"-"&DATETIME_FORMAT({Birth Date},'MM-DD')).How can I trigger the update of this "Anniversary Date" when the record reaches the day after the anniversary? 

Hi,I have a base called "Tasks" where each record has an Assignee.I created a new base called "Timesheet" to enter the time spent on each Task with a form or interface.When a new Timesheet record is associated with a Task record, I would like the Timesheet table to add automatically the Assignee for the Task related to that Time entry.I'm trying to get this done by having an Automation that looks for Timesheet records which have an Associated Task not empty, then finding the corresponding Task in the Task base, and finally adding the same Assignee to that Timesheet record.Ho

Hello!My current data base and forms are connected to Blackbaud and E-tapestry. I'm not fully ready to commit to downloading everything into airtable, but wanted to know if you have seen a successful integration with these systems?For context:I'm creating a speakers Bureau and want my updated information to go into E-tapestry. I would also be pulling reports from e-tapestry to integrate into airtable. The forms on E-tapestry are outdated and clunky, I would much rather use airtable for this.I'm also to look automations where a speaker enters information and we send a thank you email. That is also clunky with e-tapestry. But I still need the data to sync between the two for now. thanks! -Rachel 

Basically we have two workspaces. One is for project management. The other is for accounting. Once the project has been completed, we change it's status to "ready for accounting" which then automatically syncs with the accounting workspace. So no new records are being created in the accounting workspace.We then generate a "price code" based on the company name and the product. The price code reference a price list which is a different table in the accounting workspace. I have nearly all the mechanics of this worked out, but currently have to manually copy/paste from "price code" column to "price" column (see screenshots). I'd like to automate this, but I've had trouble with the tutorials I've seen, and I also don't know what an appropriate trigger would be.Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello. I have a Status field which is “Multiple Select”. I am trying to build an automation that automatically adds “new” to the Status field when a new record is created. However, the Status field may start empty or it may start filled with other options from the “Multiple Select”. I can make an automation that works when the field starts empty (just assign “new”), but this will erase any other options if the field starts filled. If the field starts filled, I can assign “new”,{Status}, but this gives an error when Status starts empty ({Status},“new” also does not work). The error is ‘Failed to construct the value for “Fields”.’ So I cannot account for both at the same time. However, my table will have both cases for new records. Am I missing something about how to concatenate the already selected options with my new option? The work around I have found is to use an additional formula field that either fills “new” or concatenates "new, " to a non-empty field. However I

Hello,I am unable to set up the trigger for an outlook email received. It looks like the api is not able to get access to the "folders" data.The error message returned is : "Unsupported input expression key" (see screenshot below).Does this has to be solved in outlook or in airtable? Thanks for your help !

I have a table with 2 forms.  I set up an automation that is based on 1 of the forms but it's pulling records submitted from both forms.  Anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

I'm trying to create an automation to update a record. I want to change the status of all tasks associated with a sprint to have an "archived" when that sprint is "done".The trigger is based a table called "Sprints Lists" with a condition of "Status: Done".And as an Action I want to edit the "Status" field from a different table called "Tasks Lists" so that the new value of Status is "Archived".I've tested the trigger successfully. However, when I click on the "+" button to select the corresponding Record ID from the "Tasks Lists" table, it only shows the fields from the "Sprint Lists" table used in the trigger. 

HiI have Table 1 with two columns (A and B).On my Table 2, I want to ask airtable to take the Table 2 column A and "read" or match any words to Table 1 Column B and automatically tell me where the matches are instead of linking then having to manually check where the matches are.Is that possible?

Hi everyone,I am following along a tutorial and creating a CRM where I can send stripe invoices from: Send stripe invoices from Airtable | AATT#17 (30:00)I am in the process of catching a webhook from the 'send invoice' button in the 'invoices table'. In the subsequent step 'Find Record in Airtable' - I've set the search value to be the Record ID found in the webhook request.Lastly, I am attempting to create the invoice item in Stripe.I am running into an issue at the end however: 

I have an automation which sends a slack message at a scheduled time with a list of tasks due that week, sent in formatted single messages for display purposes.It's a repeating action which runs through a list found, but it never runs in chronological due date order and I need the list to appear in chronological order. Airtable has on their guide that it can't guarantee the order of the run and you should consider other options. What would these options be? Help would be much appreciated, thank you!

Hello,We are the company La Nouvelle École, We use Airtable and our old plan was limited to 5,000 automations.As we were going to exceed the limit, we moved to the next plan by buying the next higher offer on March 20th. The next plan was 50,000 automations.And the problem is that the total automation bar remained on the old model.So this problems has stopped our automation system. Someone knows to fix this problems ? 

I want to have an automation that when I click a certain table tab, it switches to a certain dashboard... can I do this ?The reason is in Dashboard 1 I have a map API showing locations based on addresses in that particular table.I want to be able to click on table #2 tab and see the map on dashboard 2 which will show locations based on that particular set of addresses      UNDERSTAND ??   can I do this ??

Hi,I've been trying to modify the Airtable script (Create records from multiple select) pasted below into an automation as an action. I was thinking removing the input commands and replacing the table/field location to my specific fields would work but having more trouble than I thought. Any one able to help me out? So, with my limited scripting and Java skills I've been trying to set up a script that will call a webhook so I can later trigger something there. I managed to set up the basic ping but I came across the ideal of sending some record ID's I need which can save me a step later on.My error is surrounding inputConfig and how to parse it into the JSON body (I guess?)The error most likely lies in line 4 and 5, hopefully it's understandable what I'm trying to get done. Hello everyone, I have: a webhook sending a user RecordID. a linked record field containing multiple users How can I remove just that one user from the linked record field? So far I’ve managed to add a single user, or to replace them all with one user… I would appreciate some help! Thank you

I am trying to send an update email in the automation section with the sum totals of each field like they are displayed in the grid view. However, when the emails are sent the sum row is removed. Does anyone know how to maintain them within the email automation structure?

Hello,I have a very basic automation and I can't figure out why it doesn't seem to be working.... when the amount paid is equal or greater to $300, I want to have a check box or single select text that says they are paid in full.I have a screen shot of the test I ran in the automation where it looks like the 'yes' single select text is added.  but when I go to my base, it's not there.  I've watched over an hour of help videos and tried multiple things.  I'm a newbie, I would appreciate the help!
