I am working with make + airtable but when i try to write the date + time in my airtable with the data from make the date applies correctly but not the hour. It always insert 00:00 time. What is wrong here? thanks in advance.

hello - i created a button field that triggers an email via sendgrid integration. while this functionality is possible as a creator/internal user, it is not possible (i.e., button not clickable) when a shared view is generated and viewed as a non-internal user. is there a way to allow non-internal users who view the shared view to click the button to generate the email?

I have three tables - deals, project, and a join table that connects deals and project. The deals table is connected to the project table through a linked field, creating a 1:1 relationship. I am trying to link the join table to the project table based on the linked field in the deals table. I am using the Airtable ID for the linked record from the deals table and inputting it into the "link to project" field in the join table, but I am encountering an error."Error: Field "fldxxxxxxxxx" cannot accept the provided value: invalid item in array cell: foreign record is invalid: foreignTableId is incorrect."I'm getting the correct id for projectID field as I've double checked but still it is not getting linked to the "Link to projects" field. Please do let me know if more detail is required or if anyone has any solution to this?

Hi folks. I’m trying to create a way to allow a member of our team to edit a shared view, and I’ve reached a snag. Here’s what I’ve done so far: Created a synced table in a new database using the data from the shared view Added 3 new columns in the new table for adding information to individual records Created an automation in the new table that makes a new row in a google sheet every time a particular column meets a condition All that works. And here’s where I’m snagged: Creating an automation in the original database that updates the changed record whenever a new row is added to the google sheet - BUT: When I use the Record ID from the new synced table, it doesn’t match the Record ID of the original table, so I get a “record doesn’t exist” error When I use one of the other field values from the new google sheet row to identify the record, I get an “Received invalid inputs” error

I have an automation that emails a list of people every time a record is created and within that email is a formula field that concatenates a date with several other fields but the problem is in all the emails the date and time is always 7 hours ahead. How do I make it so it sends only in pacific standard time? 

I have created automation when the condition matches  and assigned to person "A" then it should email person "A"In the same automation, I would like to add another condition whereas if assigned person is "B" then it should email person "B" only. How can I add multiple action in one automation whereas based on each action the email goes to a different person.  Please see attached screenshot.  

I am currently on the team free trial plan do I need the business plan to email non-collabaorators? I am trying to email every person I have on a table with the same email is there a way to bypass this through other services?

Hello, We have a problem with our automation (see attached). Our client works with her clients with points. We already have an automation that is working > when an entry is updated in table X, create a new enter in table Y.Now, we'd like to automatically, when an entry is updated in table X (points available), that is automatically updated in table Y (for the corresponding line). We tried to change ID, fields, everything and we always have the same error. If someone can help !Thanks 🙂

Hi! I am trying to create an attendance form that is able to create multiple records from a single form submission. What will be most convenient for our users will be a batch attendance as they login and log out at the same time.Im currently attempting this by using fillout forms. Table A (Names) has a lookup field in Table B (Clubs).  I would like a field in Table B that lists all records from Table A that  looked up that particular record (club) in Table B.   In other words, I would like a field in Table B that shows all the names for a particular club.  How do I do this?

My team has several hundred user profiles with personal information stored in a database with no API. We keep the personal info there, but we have an SFTP to upload CSVs for information regarding statuses and due dates on various per-profile tasks. Those CSVs land in Airtable, where I'm working to create interfaces that are a lot more user friendly than the database. The really unfortunate thing is, I need a way to track any status or date changes we make in Airtable in order for teammates to manually update that data in the database. At any one time, there will be three "truths": what the old upload previously said, what the teammate has changed it to, and what the new upload says. (I should note, the new upload will probably overwrite the old upload? I'm not sure, I haven't set it up yet as I'm designing the base with fake data.)I can't wrap my head around the best way to do this. I could:1. Hello,I am trying to set up an automation that sends an email when a record is updated, but only if it is updated via our Mini Extensions add on.We ask people to submit via an Airtable form with information that is TBC, and when the record is created, we can ask people to update anything via Mini Extensions so that they don't have to log in or have an Airtable account.It would be great to know when someone has updated the record through the Mini Extensions form, as currently I can only set up an automation when a record is changed at all - this would be inappropriate as we are updating the records ourselves all the time.The condition options in automations for 'send an email > when a record is updated > if conditions are met' do not have the condition I am hoping for; any advice appreciated.Cheers

Hello. I am trying to send Gmail attachments I receive automatically to an attachments column in Airtable. I finally realized that Airtable wants the URL in array form, which I can do. However, I have not figured out how to use the array functions toArray, map, or add to append the files instead of overwriting and keeping the last one. I have searched and read numerous posts in both the Make and Airtable communities. This is my most recent attempt at make.com.My ultimate goal is to allow students to email their attachments and have them appear in the portal I built with Softr.I feel like I am so close. Hi! I have a task table with a Status field and a Completed Date field. I'm trying to create an automation to update the Completed Date field when the Status changes to Done. Wondering if there is a way to add the date that the status was changed to Done in the Completed Date field. For instance, if I change the status to Done today, the date in the Completed Date field should be timestamped with today's date 5/24/23. I added screenshots of my automation flow ... as you'll see I am not sure what to use in the update fields configuration page. I read somewhere that I can use Today () but that doesn't seem right in the automation. What should I do here, and is it even possible? Thanks! 

Hey there,I have a linked records field with 4 lookup fields that look up content from another table. I created an automation to automatically put in the Teacher tame into the linked field so that it finds the matching record and populates the fields. I then get the error: Field "Teacher" cannot accept the provided value: Cannot modify a computed field. I'm not modifying the teacher field through the automation but a field called PARTNERS Lookup, which in turn should automatically populate the "Teacher" field (and a few others). I'm not sure why this isn't working. Any help would be appreciated!

Each property can have several malfunctions, each malfunction can have several professionals who handled the malfunction and several suppliers through whom we bought products to handle the malfunction. In the table of professionals there is the private bank account of each professional and the same also in the table of suppliers. Hi everyone! I'm working on a project to track and monitor my Airtable automations. I want to create a base that will automatically populate with all my existing automations and update every time an automation runs. This way, I can easily view the run history of all my automations in one place, without having to check each one individually. Is it possible to connect automations to a base and track their run count automatically? I have a base with a record for each computer (about 4,000 total) that I am responsible for managing in my large corporation, and each record has fields about the computer including its Serial Number and Hostname, among others.I am provided with a semi-regular report in the form of a CSV from the company that lists every computer that has checked in with their security monitoring program which is required to be installed every computer. The CSV has more than 30,000 records. I want to ensure the computers I am responsible for are compliant and checking in, so I import the CSV into Airtable and then search for my computers by SN and Hostname. I would like to have a notification sent when a field is changed. For example, if a field is changed to Ready for Review, I would like an email to be sent to a certain person. How do I do that or can I do it?

When a form is submitted, the information does not populate into the base right away as it always has. When I check the base the following day-- usually 24 hours later-- the information is there.We are on the Team (plus) plan, and have been for more than a year. This is the 4th or 5th time this has occurred within the past year. This impacts our workflow. Please help... what does the mean?

The objective of the code is to select the options that are in the array for a multiple select field. I don't understand why it never allows adding options even if they are exactly the same as those in the table. It is an automation script. I teaching myself automations and have a requirement I cannot figure out how to get to work. Love ideas.I need to set up a daily automation that looks at all of the records in a certain table and if any record has yesterday's date, send a single email to the recipient that includes a link to a view to look at the data. So the logic would be something like in table X, count number of records where payment date = yesterday.
