I have two tables in airtable from the same project in JIRA.1 - Named: "Aurora EPICS [NL]".I made an export (.CSV) from JIRA and uploaded it in Airtable.All registers (139) and its columns (288) was uploaded: I want to update these registers from now on, adding new registers when they created in JIRA and update existent registers when they modified in JIRA. Is it possible?  How?2 - Named "Aurora EPICs - [JQL]".I used the extension "Jira Cloud" (by Airtable) and obtained the same 139 registers but with less columns, only 11.Four doubts:A - Can automatize the connection between AirTable and JIRA in the table #1.B - Can I bring more columns to the "Aurora EPICs - [JQL]" table?C - I trying to use Automations in both case. Is it possible?  If yes, how?D - I'm also trying to use Zapier. Is it a good idea?(for doubts or more details, just answer me back)Thank you all in advance.

We have a suggestion box that is sourced from a Slack workflow form. The form answers move directly from Slack into an Airtable Base to be managed. Our Slack users without Airtable accounts are unable to launch the workflow and cannot contribute. Is there any way to get the submission form to launch for Slack-only users? Or a workaround to get their responses into Airtable by first routing elsewhere?Considering Airtable allows for form submissions on its own platform for non-users, I had assumed this one way traffic into our base wouldn't be an issue and now we're in a pickle. Hello!I have created a table view based off my main table to keep track of my drivers working hours. Legislation requires me to input something for each date, so on days they are off I have to write "Off". I have it set up that they fill out a form, which fills the main table. How can I set an automation to create fields in between the dates, each time a driver fills out a new form?Any help is appreciated because I've tried so many ways and it keeps giving me errors

Hello,I want to hand executive leadership a simple tool to use as they are not familiar with Airtable like our Project Managers are. The workflow I am hoping for is a Gantt chart, that would auto filter when they select a record to look at. If I have a list of project records, each project has different teams assigned to it, often multiple teams. If someone clicks "Project A", I would want the Gantt to auto filter to only include projects that have the same teams as "Project A". Then a simple way to reset the filter to move on to "Project B", then it filters to only show projects with the same teams as "project b". The idea is to see when projects are running from start to finish, and to be able to compare a new project that uses the same teams so we can time slot the start/end of the new project better, based on team availability. Thanks!

@Bill.French @ScottWorld I have installed the maps extension and successfully set up a field with the static map API to generate a static map based on an address and populate an image of that map as an attachment in a field for each record. How do I get this to run automatically when a new record is created or a new record enters a specific view? I have tried using the script from the extension in a script automation triggered by an event (new record, record enters a view etc.) and it doesn’t like the script from the extension

How can i auto-fill a linked field?i have 2 linked tables in Airtable: CONTENT and CONTENT TYPESIn the table CONTENT i have two linked fields CONTENT TYPE and WORKFLOW In CONTENT TYPES i have the two "originals" of CONTENT TYPE and WORKFLOW If i select in the CONTENT table the linked value CONTENT TYPE and this CONTENT TYPE has a DEFAULT WORKFLOW (i.e. cell is not empty) then the WORKFLOW field in CONTENT table should auto-populate with the DEFAULT WORKFLOW value.Basically only if there is a default workflow (cell not empty) of the Workflow column in the content type table, then this value should be auto-filled on a linked field in the CONTENT table. Hope this makes sense? I know this can be done with an automation inside airtable. but how?

I am creating an automation that sends a reminder email if a task is not complete within a certain date. That being said, some users have multiple tasks to complete and receive an individual email for each record they’re attached to. Is there a way I can have a reminder email sent with multiple records condensed into one message so the owner does not receive multiple emails?

I'm having a problem getting my airtable to properly work with a dynamic page created on our website. There is an embedded form within the dynamic page, and the HTML for this is linked to a record within the aritable "Form HTML".I have been able to get this to work with the simple form html. What I am now trying to do is add on extra criteria within the HTML so that a section of the form is pre populated when loading certain pages. As soon as I add the extra code in it results in problems. I either get that the page cannot be found, or it will say this for about 10 minutes and then magically load, but it will only load on a desktop and not a mobile. Hi - I am trying to do a daily balance and bills owed table and am wanting to match expected income so that the dates match. Ideally it would also have a daily exchange rate. I am just not sure how to match and roll-up based on varrying criteria without needing a new column for each date. How do I do this? Do I need a third table?

My goal is to create a single automation, that checks multiple separate fields and if they contain values, process separate actions.For example, if a new record is created and there are values in the field weight, then update the weight field of the linked record. If a new record is created and there are values in the location field, then update the location field of the linked record.Now the statements follow an IF -> ELIF (Otherwise if) logic, therefore if a new record is created and both fields (Weight and location) are not empty, only the first condition is fulfilled and the automation stops. I have built an automation and it works very well. When I open a new row in the "Projects" table, it automatically adds the necessary tasks in the "Tasks" table. It also fills in the default values. Great. Unfortunately, I cannot insert a default value from the "Projects" table as a lookup. I can select it, but nothing happens. Does anyone have a tip?When I do the preview, the value appears, but only the one already created. In my case "test".Or is this only possible via the "Create child linked records" script?    

Hi there,I have this automation I have built and it looks right to me and passes the test. The test data populates in the destination table. But when I manually enter data into the source table nothing happens.Here is the automation: This is the destination table. The Article Number "F25NSECVR" was populated when I ran the test.This is the source table. I manually entered "F25TEST" and nothing happened.   

I have this actionable message automation that doesn't seem to work.  I can see it failed and the recipient was not filled out. A typical non-actionable Slack automation seems to work fine and I can see a recipient.Is there something I am missing?  

Hi guys!On one table I'm looking at Set Up Account details, and on the other I'm looking at Account Performance. The first pulls data from Typeform, the second from our internal system. To be able to tell how well the account is doing, I need the context of what stage of 'set up' the account is in, so I need the Status to dynamically update Performance, when it's changed in Set Up. I've tried to do a Linked Field, but it doesn't seem to be accurate, and now it's not working at all. I'm not sure whether that's the best solution? So I tried to automate it. The trigger stage is successful (attached), but then the Update Records stage fails with 'Received Invalid Inputs'. I'm matching the records based on our internal ID number that we update the fields with (ave_id). Any help or ideas gratefully received! Thank you. 

I am simply trying to connect to the information from one table to another table automatically using automation. Every time I try it it comes up with errors. I have tried using the record id formula to connect them (they dont match between tables). I have used the primary id (email) and it wont work. I have tried the Link to Another Record field. Even in the error I am seeing both emails, so it seems like it should work. What am I doing wrong?

Hello! I am creating a field for event attendees. I have each attendee's name, the events they attended, and the dates of the events they attended separated into 3 columns. I would like to make a fourth column that retrieves the most recent date each attendee came to an event. In this scenario, I want to make a fourth column that will automatically register that 1/8/24 is the most recent date and it will return that. Please let me know if you can help. 

i am attempting to use the attached code within an airtable automations run script tied to a "When Record Enters View" trigger. I have almost zero background in JS, and I just can't get this thing to work. Do any of you have any suggestions as to how I can fix these issues?

Hello, We use Airtable at our company for our Purchase Order store and use formulas for expected payment date to calculate when we expect to get paid. We are now looking at advancing certain aspects of our database, such as, we want an automated email sent the same time each month, so the trigger we have chose is 'At scheduled time'Now i would like it then to find the records in one of my views, it does this but only lists 10 records, when we are looking at much more than this. We would then like the the records found be attached to an email that is sent to a memeber of our team. I hope this make senses, any tips would be of great help. 

I have a problem with a script that worked and all of a sudden, stopped to work:"App Name" is a linked record field. "Add App On Sign Up" is another linked record field. If I have a custom script as an action in an automation, is there anyway to have a catch or else statement that would create a failed automation notification like there is for the built in actions?Meaning, how can I set up a notification system if a custom script fails?

I have table A and table B.When a record in table A is created, I have an automation that creates the same record in table B. However, the primary column in table B stays blank. How can I fill the primary column in table B with the primary column value of table A? 

Hi everyone!I'm building appointment base for volleyball and two different objects. I want to set available appointments in one field but I don't want to add them manually because there is a lot of them. Is there any change that I can add them with automation?
