Hi there,I have a registration form. A single respondent will enter the the following data: name_1, email_1, an ID code, name_2, email_2, name_3, email_3.Instead of this being stored as a single row. I need this to be stored as multiple rows.row 1: name_1, email_1, and ID code, name_2, email_2row 2:  name_1, email_1, and ID code, name_3, email_3How can I get this done? 

Good afternoon,I am attempting to create an automation that sends an email to my team with details about some work items.We use an Interface view to organize those records, and I need to generate links to each record so that when a team member clicks it, it opens in the Interface view, not in the Data view. The default is a view that doesn't show all the data we need (instead of the view from which the automated email came from), which is annoying in the first place. I'm trying to solve that via the interface. I know how to generate a link to a record in the Data view, by just using the record ID. Hello - full disclosure, I've only just started to get into scripting in Airtable, so bare with me as I'm still learning!My actual goal with this script is actually quite complex, I'm probably only about half way through. But instead of trying to summarize the entire thing, I'm just going to hone in on where I'm stuck specifically... which is how to properly utilize the Filter function with arrays.So I have a button trigger in a table "TV Finishing" that I want to execute a script. The script copies a name and an alphanumeric code (ISCI code) from the record, and pastes it as a new record in the table "AutoHelper". This I have working just fine.But then I want the script to count how many existing records in "AutoHelper" already have the same ISCI Code, and to paste the number (plus 1) into a number field of the newly created record... and this is where I'm stuck.I've added my existing script below with the error code I'm getting when I try to use que

I'm trying to sync an excel online file (that's a .url file) to airtable and airtable won't recognize it. Can anyone help? If this doesn't work I'll have to figure out how to go map fields from oracle to airtable but would be far easier to just use the excel online file that is already mapped correctly and pull that into airtable and have it automatically update from there. There's no editing we'll need to do from airtable to excel online, just one way sync to airtable. Thanks for your help!

I use Airtable for timesheet purposes.  The employee completes a form in Airtable, and then that causes a row to be created in my Timesheets table.  Then the payroll staff go in and click an "Update Row" button on the row to enter the date paid. My primary field was a concatenated field of Last Name, First Name, Date Worked when I realized that a person can have 2 rows for the same date which apparently broke my automation.  I have been researching this all day and I do not know how to fix it.  Someone pretty please help! Hi @dashler78 experts,I have an interface which has a dropdown and a button. When a user chooses a value from the dropdown and clicks on the button, an automation script runs doing the following1. It saves the value chosen in the dropdown.2. Updates 'Created By' as 'Automations'.I want the script to even update another field say 'User' with the user object (of the person who actually clicked the button).Is there a way to input the actual user object using automation script?I saw that I am able to get 'email id' , 'id' - which is usrXXXXXXXXXX and name. However what I actually want in the field is the complete user object which is similar to how 'Created By' and 'Modified By' fields look. Hello everyone, I am having some issues working on a script that I made using Copilot. Here's the reason why I am making it: I have a base which is composed of two tables: Table A and B. I am doing this because, in my company, we review conversations from customer service in order to improve it. Basically, Table A is composed of a form, and we get to see the results to the different questions and one big score (which is a formula field). I made Table B, so a second team can work on conversations which have a QA Score below 80. To do this, I need to create an automation which is composed of 3 steps: 1. When a record is updated in Table A (the QA score appears after grading the conversation)2. Hello! I am running into an issue automating an email notification when the date column is changed from one date to another. I have the automation set up so that when the date column is changed and the status is 'Sent', the email is triggered. The issue is that the email is getting sent every time the date is changed (including when the date is entered initially).The only workaround I've figured out so far is to set it up so that the record must match Status = Sent and Date is changed and we enter the date column second, but that leaves room for user error. Is there a way to ensure that that the email is sent only when the date column is updated from not empty?

Hi!I have the tables "units" "location," and "event."Events have a lookup field to location, and a location has multiple units. What I want to acheive is to create an automation so that when a record is created in event, a new event for evry unit in that location.I started, but seem to be stuck onTo give an example:Units are lightbulbs, locations are buildings and events are service missions. A user can change one or all lightbulbs in a location via a form as part of a service misson. If the user changes all lightbulbs in a location I want to create a new record for each of the lightbulbs in that location.The point is that it's important to track when the lightbulb last had maintenance.

Should there be a few second pause between multiple triggers? I have 100 records. Every record has a checkbox for approving. Once I check the checkbox an email automation runs. I have an habit of approving multiple records at the same time. Because of that I am not receiving the email. How much pause should be there between 2 triggers in different records?

Hi there, I have a database of social media campaigns with start dates and end dates. I’d like to have both dates add a year when the end date is older than yesterday (so once the campaign ends, it’s automatically set up to happen next year). Ideally, I’d like it to happen once per month, but it can be any trigger. I should add that I’m on the free tier of Airtable I’ve tried a few things, but I can’t seem to get the formula DATEADD({Start Date}, 1, 'years') to work with the automation. Any suggestions?

Hello,I am creating a base for performance reviews. Individuals receive Case Review scores (based on a form submission) in one table and then those scores are tabulated in a second Cumulative Scores table. My tables are linked. When I initially created my rollup fields in the Cumulative Scores table, I was able to pull the info from the Case Reviews table and populate my rollup without issue. Now when new forms are submitted, those rollup fields are not updating. I have tried adding lookup fields and automations, but I can't see to get it functioning. Can anybody help me resolve this issue?       

Hello, I have a 'Client' table linking to another table that holds information about Event Labor. From the Event Labor table, I am trying to send an automated email to the client (email address linked from its own table.) When creating the action, the 'Email (from Client table)' is an option, and then I have the choice Linked Record ID or Value. I assumed to use Value but neither choice is working. Hi there ! I used to have automations running with an outlook connected email being a shared mail box. These kind of mail box doesn't have an outlook account (no password).Since a year now, my automations are no longer working, I have to change every account connected with an exchange account with log in + password. So I tricked here and put a standard email address as connected account (mine) and use the option "send as" and there I put the shared mail box I work with.... still, I have an error message in all my automations saying I don't have the right to send on behalf of...but checking the exchange tenant, I do have these rights....can somebody help ??? How can we used shared mail boxes to send email automation from airtable ???

I'm looking for a bit of assistance. I've created an automation that sends a message to a specific MS Teams channel when a record enters a view.However - the message is sent from myself, which means that when the automation triggers, I don't actually get any notification on my PC or my phone (since technically it's "me" who's sending the message).Is there any way to bypass this so that I actually receive a notification? I could use Zapier, but I'd like to avoid that if possible.

Hi everyone,I would like to create 1 automation that starts when a record is created in airtable and that creates an event on google calendar. I used the "when recordmatches conditions" trigger specifying the conditions to make it activate (for example the date field must not be empty). I then inserted my Dynamic "Date" field as "Start date" and "End date", which is made up of both the date and the time. The problem is that when I go to create a record and choose the date, the time is automatically filled in, the automation starts and creates the event at the wrong time. Does anyone know how I could solve it?any help is precious!

Please forgive this long post, but if you have the patience to read through it, I know there is a super smart person out there who has a creative solution. My boss wants to share an org chart link with other people in the company without them having to login to AT. I know how to do that. I also know that I can find the URL to the org chart so it can be shareable. I have learned I can also share the base publicly with a passcode - so far all is good. However, as you know, you can click off the link and view the entire base contents which is what we do not want.We cannot afford the Softr Business plan each month (non profit - even with their 30% discount) so we have to manually find a creative solution.We thought we could sync a limited view to another base and create the org chart there but with one way sync, it doesnt allow the links and the org chart cannot be created as such.Here is where automation co

I have a table in airtable with a field called 'Logos' which is of type: Attachment. I am using Make integromat to pull the logo urls which get populated in the Mailchimp Create Campaign module (that uses HTML layout). When I see the campaign being created , I see the logos but after a few hours I see that the same campaign does not show the images. Is there a reason for this? I am looking to update multiple linked records w/ the current time/date in one table when a button is clicked in another table.Here is a screenshot (shows checkbox, but a button would be my preference).I tried creating an automation but if I understand correctly it is not possible to run an automation on multiple records. So I believe I may need a script.I know enough to be I can make small edits to a script but if someone could help get me started and confirm if this is possible it would be a big help.Any and all guidance welcome and appreciated.
