I am trying to send emails using the Gmail automation. The field I am using to route to the "To" field in the automation is an email field. The problem is, some of the emails were inputted with a space before or after them, which I suspect is preventing deliverability.I tried using a formula field to trim the email field, but I route the formula field to the "To" field in the Gmail automation, it shows up blank as though there is no text in the formula field.What is the best way to eliminate spaces in a field you intend to use in the Gmail automation's "To" field?

I have made a stock taking system in airtable. And I have a whole list of items with current stock values. I would like to the end of every financial quarter take a snap shop of the current stock value. Is this possible?I've tried to play around with scheduled time trigger and the repeating group action, but I don't seem to be able to find a way to tally this up. Is there a good way to do this?

Hello,My team and I have many due dates scattered around as we are show managers.I recently built in a formula based off of weeks out from show time that the item needs to be completed, and how long it takes to complete it to in order to find out when we need to start the task.I'm currently trying to send a weekly Monday email at 8am that sends to each assignee informing them on the upcoming start task dates coming up within the next week but have run into an array of issues and I don't know which angle to take it on.Is it possible to automate this or is this too many fields? This is Conditional Logic that is very simple, one of the conditions is the "has any of" and that is selected from the single select field as  "CTC" and then it just fails and shows the result from that field as [object Object}. What is causing this? See attached screen shot.

Hello,So I am trying to make a column where if a user updates their date of birth it will change their date of birth in a different table. The issue I am running into is that when I change the date of birth for any user it just changes the date of birth of the first person's date of birth in the second table.How do I make it so that if a user puts in their date of birth it will change onto the other table on the line specific to where their name is?

Hello. I am encountering a small problem with a Make.com scenario Goal: Scrape info from an API and update a table inside of Air Table API is running smoothly, all data is being pulled. Currently, the scinerio is only running and creating 20 records total inside of air table. I have a paid subscription and am running into this problem It should run continuously. Anyone have any info about this?

I am using Make to lift the images from airtable and replace the placeholders in Google Slides template. I am able to pull in all the text information but have hit a roadblock with the image embedding part.Here is the issue:* I have a Google Slides presentation with placeholders for images.* My Integromat scenario successfully retrieves image URLs from an Airtable base.* The URLs are accessible and lead to a download option for a `.png` image when opened in a browser.* However, these images are not being uploaded or embedded into the Google Slides presentation.Sharing a screenshot of my Make scenario.This is the template

To make it as easy as possible for the reader, I basically joined one big text field based on the data input, for example "order will be placed on 28-12-2023 for 02-01-2024". Hi all, I love the AT community and can often find solutions within articles but can't seem to find anything that helps solve my current situation:I have a multiple-user assignee column and often people from lots of different teams get pulled into one task. We also have a multi-select team column showing which teams are directly involved with the task. I currently have automations set up to add the relevant team into the team column when any of the team members are added to the assignee field. But as conditional automations only run until one condition is satisfied and then stop without making updates for any other satisfied conditions, I have had to create a new automation for each team, to ensure it updates for every assignee. I am currently trying to write a script to combine all of these automations; I have coded the part to input the table and source (assignee) and destination (team) fields, but am stuck as to how to define each team and the relevant team mem

Hello, I created 2 automations in Airtable: 1- to calculate the distance between two points using the Haversine formula and: 2- for reverse geocoding to convert latitude and longitude into an address. Unfortunately, I'm getting an unexpected result when I execute a new data record; it updates results with numerous rows! Does anyone know how to control this?

I would like to know when a repeating group in Automations is finished. I try to use a number field and update it incrementally but the formula does not seem to work in Automation. Is there any other way?

hi all, i have a parent table that is copying data to a child table on a condition. I've written the script and I can handle all the data types except I'm having trouble with the linked field. I have a User table linked to both tables. I keep getting this error: id has incorrect objectId prefix "sel", expecting one of ["rec"]the linked field I'm copying returns this object:{id: "seleCE7wF1kaofYBd", name: "Lucas", color: "cyanLight2"}but the actual record id of "Lucas" on the user table returns "rec6TmmKCTEiSp3BA".How can I fix this? 

Fetch request is built like this, including these headers: But it returns a CORS error — the webhook isn’t returning Access Control Allow Headers… Oddly enough I can get it to work from Postman: And if I follow the proxy outlined here it works as well. Is there a way to make the webhook return that header? Or another solution? Thanks!

Hello! I'm trying to use automations to link a comma-separated string of names to a separate table.I have to pass the name from Table A, to a column titled "Parse Match" (because names in A do not match record titles in B) in Table B, then link them back in Table A.This was easy to do via automations for the "Lead Sponsor" column, because there's only one name to link.But I'm stuck figuring out how to link a string of comma-separated last names in table A, column "Co-Sponsors" to the "Parse Match" column in Table B, then back to Table A.Any suggestions? If this requires a script to separate the comma-separated values per record, that's beyond my abilities right now… 😛Table ATable B

Hey there Y'all - I am trying to have Airtable automatically duplicate a record in the SAME table when the status of another record is "approved". The duplicate record would have all the same information except the status would be set to "editing" and the type would be set to"IG Reel". How can I make this happen automatically? THANKS

Hi there 🙂  Im have what is seems to me fairly complicated automation which I did not manage to complete, and would appreciate your suggestions.I have three tables, all linking to each other; Database, Price, and Partners.Database table can be linked to multiple Price and Partners records, but Price and Partner can be linked to only one Database record.I want to create an automation that duplicates all records from Price table linking to Database table, and then link the duplicated records to Partners table. The result will be having Database and Partners table linking to identical, but not the same records in Price table.The automation trigger is single select field in Partners table, set to Create.Thank you 🙂

I am using the airtable gmail integration to send emails. When I send emails, I noticed that no profile image appears for the recipient, even though I have set a profile image in airtable and gmail. How do I add a sender profile image to go with my emails. See below:Thanks, 

Hi fellow Airtable community,I'm having some trouble with an "Airtable > Send Email" automation, specifically in displaying the right time in the dynamic fields populated via the email. I'm using Airtable's brand version of the software and I'm using the new grid of records function (see photos attached). Basically, what I want to be displayed in the data is what is actually in the view (however, the time displayed in the email is about 5 hours off, contrary to the data that is in the view). My guess is because, this is a time zone thing but I don't know how to fix this in the "grid of records" function being used. As this is a dynamic field within airtable's software, I don't know if I can even troubleshoot this issue. Hello!I have a client that needs to take a list of passwords and assign the next one off the list to each new record as it is added to Airtable via Zapier. Each new record would get the next password from the list (well, column, really).New User 1 | Password 1New User 2 | Password 2New User 3 | Password 3If I'm not mistaken, I cannot simply prefill that column in my table, leaving the other columns blank, because new records would just be created as a new row below the final password row, ignoring that the other columns are blank. Is what I'm trying to accomplish possible?
