I built directly in Airtable a way to let users schedule an automation run at a certain time with unlimited time options, e.g. "run a send an email automation on X day at Y time" where that datetime is infinitely dynamic (great for situations where the regular "scheduled an automation" doesn't work).Typically this use case is when you need some kind of "job queue" or "message queue" system that is handled in most traditional software development with cron jobs and message or event streaming queues like Sequin, Kafka, QStash, RabbitMQ, etc (or in the Airtable community, with Make.com automations). But I wanted to build this natively in Airtable with no dependencies on external tools to keep it really simple. Airtable's fastest "cron job" is 15 minute intervals so that doesn't work by itself. I need to pull some data from a computed field (actually a filtered lookup field) in Airtable to prefill a form in Jotform. It should be easy as Jotform have introduced the feature (bizarrely under the publish menu) but despite several ways of trying, it will not map to computed fields.My inteded workaround is to map it to a long text field which an automation would update with the value from the lookup field, triggered if the lookup field is not empty. On mapping the fields in the automation, Airtable greys out the lookup field {Instruments} reporting the same issue as occurred whilst trying to mp directly from Jotform, that the field cannot be used because it's computed.I've spent a whole week on this. I've tried converting to text, using a string, an array, and concatenating, but of course, they all need computed fields to hold and reference them.  Anyone know a workaround?

I’m looking to build out an inventory management solution within Airtable and Shopify Plus. Currently, Shopify’s inventory management lacks a few solutions that we really need solved. #1 Problem - We have multiple product listings in Shopify that sell the same product with the same SKU. Shopify makes us split our inventory into separate piles. Solution - I want to have one master SKU for one product, that we can add and subtract to. Irregardless of the multiple pages we may have built on Shopify. #2 Problem - Somewhat similar to the problem above, we sell multiples of the same product as variants (i.e. buy two get one free) with a different SKU (i.e PRODUCT_3). Again, Shopify has us split up our inventory per variant. Solutions. - I would like the master SKU stockpile to be subtracted by the amount that packaged variant has. #3 Problem - Sho

Wasn't really sure what I was trying to ask here, so hopefully someone understands what I am trying to achieve1We are building a custom CRM for a Financial Planning Business - probably 80% of the way there, just working out the last bits.Where I am getting unstuck - we have client attached to a client group (thing husband and wife) and we have their investment accounts linked to them. Some providers have a unique Client ID and then can have multiple underlying accounts linked to that Client ID.Currently we have a Client Group Table, Client table (for the individual members), Platform Client ID Table (to link the members to their unique ID with any providers), and a Platform account table (where individual accounts are linked back to the unique Client IDs).This all works great, until we have an account that is owned jointly between members, and we end up with a double up (and the value is counted twice).

Hello,A few weeks ago, I created an interface by a layout where I could display all my datasets from Table (1) as a Record List on the left side. On the right side, I could flexibly arrange the data from the table as well as insert data from another Table (2) that is linked to the records of Table (1). (See screenshot)Recently, I can no longer find this layout configuration. Either I select Record Review but then I can only insert the data from Table (1) and only the direct linkage from Table (2), and that too can only be arranged in groups.OrI select Blank Layout, and here I can only insert a Record Picker but no Record List on the left side.Was there an update to interfaces and this layout is no longer possible, or how can I now create an interface that is set up exactly like the one in the screenshot I attached? 

I'm working with Airtable and I want to populate information into the Data table and create a simple automation to it monthly.This Data table is supposed to show a monthly overview of multiple data points from the Dpto. Comercial table (Commercial table). Hi all, I wanted to share with you the new (paid) extension that I created :slightly_smiling_face: This extension will help you batch rename attachments based on the record filed values, I created it because there wasn’t a simple way to do it in Airtable already. The extension supports custom and advanced names, for example, you can automatically name the files with a “file count” of the attachment, e.g. “file_1_of_2”.
