Hi everyone!I'm relatively new to Airtable and currently working on a final project for a company I used to work for. I introduced them to Airtable, but they want to keep the overall cost under $35 per month.For the project, I'm trying to create a Timeline View where the first column displays all the apartments from the "Apartments" table, and the other columns represent dates. Additionally, I would like to have a list of bookings on the right-hand side that only shows bookings which haven't been fully assigned yet (those with a "Beds Remaining to Assign" field greater than zero). My goal is to be able to drag and drop these unassigned bookings onto the timeline, matching them to the appropriate apartment.I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to guide me through building this or point me in the right direction. Hey all,Looking to be able to:Upload PDF in an attachment field in Airtable.Click on a button in Airtable which:Properly tags the document with signature/initial fields in Docusign.Sends to two recipients (names and emails of which are in that record in Airtable)Once signed by all parties, the completed PDF automatically appears in an attachment field in Airtable.I want to be guided how to do it so I can learn how to do as well.Let me know if you're interested!

Hello everyone,I’m encountering a frustrating issue with Airtable on my company’s PCs, and I’m hoping someone here can help me diagnose it.Account & Plan: I'm using the same Airtable Pro account across all devices.PC 1 (Main): On my main PC, which runs Windows 11, I can upload files to Airtable without any issues. This includes all accepted file formats ranging from a few kilobytes to over 10MB.PC 2 & 3 (Company PCs): However, on two other company PCs running Windows 10, I'm experiencing constant upload errors. These PCs have Microsoft Defender turned off and no antivirus installed.Tried Solutions:I’ve tried using both the standalone Airtable app and various web browsers, but the error persists across all attempts.I’ve cleared the browser cache and checked for any Chrome extensions that might interfere, but found nothing unusual.Other Notes: The main difference I’ve noticed is the operating system—Windows 11 on the PC where it works, and Windows 10 on the ones where it doesn’t.

when adding a new record manually, I can hit enter as many times as I want to add new lines in a text field. if i go back and edit that text field, I cannot add new lines. Ctrl-Enter, Alt-Enter, Sh-enter all fail to add a new line and just complete the edit. is there a secret or is this not supported?

Since I was looking for this and couldn’t find any solution to it… I decide to create a custom script that get the user score of a field and calculates the ranking position based on this score. I´ll try to explain how it works in detail below! You gotta have a field in your table that has the user score. Create an automation to run a script everytime this field gets update. When I started the development, I set a condition for myself - the game will be played using only the built-in functionality of Airtable - data, forms, interfaces, automations, scripts. No external integrations that take the game's logic outside. Developing this game for me is primarily about exploring the limits of Airtable's capabilities.The gameplay is quite primitive for now - you can buy/sell players, conduct training, send a team to a game, match generation, stadium expansion.I am now recruiting players for the first test season.Registration requires an Airtable account (I will share interfaces). Hello Airtable Community,I've set up a table with a significant amount of information and data. In a second table, I’m pulling in information from the first using linked records/LookUp. However, I’ve noticed that the same item is being repeated within the same record in this second table.Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to prevent these duplicates and ensure that each item only appears once in a record would be greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance for your help!

Here's a quick guide on how to use a Make Webhook to trigger updates in Airtable!  Here's a link to the base where it's set up, and I've also included the JSON for the scenario at the end of this post in case anyone would like to just import the scenario directly into their Make account instead!One thing to keep in mind with this method is that it will open a new tab for the user, so it's important to close these tabs once they've been used. I've seen a rare case where webhook tabs opened on an iPad weren't closed right away. A week later, closing these tabs refreshed the page and unexpectedly triggered the webhooks again; that was...interesting to troubleshoot Here we append the webhook URL with "?record_id=" to indicate that we're passing a value named "record_id" to Make, allowing us to use it in the Make Scenario:  https://hook.us1.make.com/38jqh9w2gh123ava12y44hfp37o9c1m?record_id=" & RECORD_ID()  After this, we click the button to load up the URL once

hi, this seems to be a rather trivial matter but i haven't found anything in the community so i'd appreciate a hand immensely:i've got a list of sales records that includes among other things the revenue of a sale as well as a formula field that assigns a month-tag based on the date-field of the record. i'd now like to create a clean, automated list (in an interfaces or wherever) that shows the sum of all values in the field revenue from records tagged january in one line, february the next line and so on and so forth. i tried a workaround by creating a view in my interface that is grouped by month and hiding all irrelevant fields and collapsing all groups but it's still very bulky and i have to collapse every time. does anybody have an idea how i can go about this? i've attatched a photo of my current view and of how i'd like my list to be ideally.thanks heaps!

I have already entered the data for Plant Client 1 into Excel and imported it into Airtable. Now, I want to input new data for Plant Client 2 and Plant Client 3. How can I integrate all this data into a single database without overlapping the tables?
