I’ve been at my company for about two years and our content team’s workflow has changed pretty drastically in that time. We decided we needed a new Airtable base and to switch to an Interface for ease of tracking projects with multiple components across multiple teams. We finally have the visibility we’ve been lacking for full team transparency. Whereas before each team has its own tab in the data layer that were linked but didn’t really talk to each other, all deliverables now live in one tab and each content piece (based on an Updates tab from the Content Calendar template) lives in a second tab and is automatically created based on content type. There is also (based on the template) a separate area for when external stakeholders request content so that we can vet it for all required information before pulling it into the team workflow. Using interfaces has also allowed us to better share calendars and status updates with external stakeholders, giving them only access to the informat

I am trying to sync the Ask/Bid prices of several cryptocurrency prices, along with their trading volumes, from different exchanges in real-time (Or at a maximum of every 2 minutes) into my Airtable via API or any possible alternate method.I have attached a screenshot of how I would like my table to look like.There will be a list of ~2000 cryptocurrencies that I need to be constantly updated. If the specific cryptocurrency is not traded on a specific exchange, it should leave the field empty.I was able to get the job done via DataFetcher, but unfortunately, it is not a cost-efficient approach.I am open to getting this done via Javascript scripting if possible.I am looking for something cost-efficient in the long run that will not require hundreds of dollars every month.If you can get this job done, please let me know.

Hey I am working as a UX researcher for a large company, i created a base for my data and i want to learn how to create dependencies that can work for me later as a filtering system in my project. I need 2-3 of an expert, both for learning and supporting this specific needs.

Hello 🙂I am creating a scenario in Make(Integromat) to resize images, and compress if they exceed 5MB in size.Bellow is the screenshot of the scenario I have created, but it is not working as expected.   I use HTTP to check the resized image size in MB  From here on, I am no longer sure what I did wrong, but Get multiple variables does not give me the resizes and compressed image. If the scenario received two images, one being resized and other compressed, I get two same compressed images.  I would really appreciate help.Thank you, Pjero 🙂

Currently, when typing an entry into a select or multiselect field, anything is accepted when user hits enter.  I.e., if the user makes a typo or uses an alt spelling for an existing entry, a new entry is created.  This creates a task of cleaning and normalizing options and data after the fact. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a “Confirm New Entry” toggle for [multi]select fields?  If set, then a user is prompted to confirm before entering a new option.

I run a custom design build remodeling company. I have created a prototype of an estimating tool in excel, but it is too limited for our needs. I am wondering if Airtable is the answer. The estimating tool will tool will require several bases that could build one on another. -Common Items -Assemblies of items into unit costing -Gathering of unit costs with take off into estimated -Ability to gather, summarize and parse the costs by building div and type. We don’t need an estimating software to run the business; we have that in CoConstuct and other industry standard applications. We just need a place to store and access our custom data for estimating. Here's something I created using automations with a script to allow me to get quick totals on any table view for specific values. I have 2 cases listed below and have found it to be a great way of collecting totals without having to create other linked records, rollups etc. Of course I have to hit the recalculate checkbox to get my total for each row, so it's not live, but I can live with that.  Also, you have to make sure your references are correctly spelled (Source Table, Source View, etc).  I hope others find it useful.
