My client just spent 5 minutes raving about how a small fix genuinely improved the quality of life for their staff. So thought to share.They run a medical services biz. For managing charts, appointments, etc., they use "Jane," which is super HIPAA compliant (so no API, of course). For the extra workflows Jane can't do, they export PHI-stripped data to Airtable weekly and also use Asana for patient-specific tasks.The problem? Practitioners in Jane needing to see Asana tasks for a patient had this annoying little dance: copy PatientUID from Jane URL, tab over to Asana, paste, search, pray. Took barely a minute, sure, but multiply that by X times a day... and it becomes a real point of friction in their workflow!So, I figured there had to be a no-code way. We have a lot of information to view when we click on a record to view its details. I find myself scrolling up and down a lot looking for the exact group I need. It would be very helpful if there was a way to easily jump to a group in the interface. Or at the very least, make the groups collapsible so they’re easier to view and expand.What do you think? Would you find this helpful?

Hello, I am a dog trainer who does  in home private sessions (sold in packages of 3,5, 7 and 9 sessions).I am looking for a way to keep track of where I am with each client (how many lessons have they used/ how many lessons are left?). I also need a way to keep track if I have sent a follow up email after each sessions. I got the idea of Airtable after ChatGPT gave me an example of this base, but alas, the AI cannot create said base. I also need a real person I can tweak things with. I tried to do it myself, I get frustrated not being familiar with AirTable.  I will provide more specifics, but this is pretty much it.

Hey all,Looking for an expert-level Airtable freelancer to work with on an ongoing basis, who has at least 5-10 hours/week available.I set up our ERP for manufacturing on Airtable (we are in alcohol/spirits/ready to drink), and it works really well.  Does lot tracking, bill of materials with revisions, batch manufacturing, production manufacturing, shipping/receiving, etc.  I'm looking for help in two areas:Automating workflows.  So when we receive an order, it automatically generates a PDF and sends it to the customer's email address - that type of thing.  I use Documint to automatically generate lot tags when we inbound items, and that has worked well, but I'm to anything (including Make to other things) for PDF generation ... has been a pain point.  Would love to have a template set up to auto-generate PDFs at various steps of the process that just looks clean and works.Interface setup.  Creating interfa

I’ve been at my company for about two years and our content team’s workflow has changed pretty drastically in that time. We decided we needed a new Airtable base and to switch to an Interface for ease of tracking projects with multiple components across multiple teams. We finally have the visibility we’ve been lacking for full team transparency. Whereas before each team has its own tab in the data layer that were linked but didn’t really talk to each other, all deliverables now live in one tab and each content piece (based on an Updates tab from the Content Calendar template) lives in a second tab and is automatically created based on content type. There is also (based on the template) a separate area for when external stakeholders request content so that we can vet it for all required information before pulling it into the team workflow. Using interfaces has also allowed us to better share calendars and status updates with external stakeholders,

I am trying to sync the Ask/Bid prices of several cryptocurrency prices, along with their trading volumes, from different exchanges in real-time (Or at a maximum of every 2 minutes) into my Airtable via API or any possible alternate method.I have attached a screenshot of how I would like my table to look like.There will be a list of ~2000 cryptocurrencies that I need to be constantly updated. If the specific cryptocurrency is not traded on a specific exchange, it should leave the field empty.I was able to get the job done via DataFetcher, but unfortunately, it is not a cost-efficient approach.I am open to getting this done via Javascript scripting if possible.I am looking for something cost-efficient in the long run that will not require hundreds of dollars every month.If you can get this job done, please let me know.

Hello 🙂I am creating a scenario in Make(Integromat) to resize images, and compress if they exceed 5MB in size.Bellow is the screenshot of the scenario I have created, but it is not working as expected.   I use HTTP to check the resized image size in MB  From here on, I am no longer sure what I did wrong, but Get multiple variables does not give me the resizes and compressed image. If the scenario received two images, one being resized and other compressed, I get two same compressed images.

Currently, when typing an entry into a select or multiselect field, anything is accepted when user hits enter.  I.e., if the user makes a typo or uses an alt spelling for an existing entry, a new entry is created.  This creates a task of cleaning and normalizing options and data after the fact. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a “Confirm New Entry” toggle for [multi]select fields?  If set, then a user is prompted to confirm before entering a new option.
