We use AT to manage our donors. I am trying to set up a reminder as I assign tasks to my team members. How do I do that?

Hi, I invited a new user to a base, however, the emails aren't arriving nor are the confirmation emails arriving.I emailed them the link to the base which arrived, however, they need to confirm their email but that confirmation email is also not arriving. AM I THE ONLY ONE HAVING  THIS ISSUE?@dashler78 @support12 

Is it correct that it is not possible anymore to add a new field within the mobile app? Or am I doing something wrong?

Table (A) includes names of 1000s of candidates applying to our program. This includes 20 columns with all their info. The final column has the decision “Accepted” or “Rejected” I want to create a different table - let’s call it Table (B)- whereby it only includes the names of the “Accepted” candidates so that I can continue to track them on other metrics. How can I get the first (or second) column in table B to check those tagged as “accepted” in table (a) and then list selected data points (e.g. their the names) in table B? Any ideas how to do that?

I am trying to send data from Looker, emailing it to my airtable email address, and then have it create a table in Airtable. I’ve been able to do it a few times but my recent attempt gives me this error message: “Column names must be non-empty strings. Ignore this email and wait for a different one” I’ve tried to change the layout, etc. but nothing seems to work. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

Table A = projects, with a linked record of “Property” to table B Table B = property, with a collaborator field Previously had a rollup field in Table A to pull a Property based collaborator into a project, then have an adjacent field in Table A to override this rollup with a manual collaborator as needed, and then an automation to update the actual collaborator field with the final result (override, or standard assignment). Total = 3 fields and 1 automation, and no single field for easy management. Preferred setup: When property is selected for a project, automation runs to lookup the collaborator in the Table B, and assign on the single collaborator field in Table A. If the project lead needs to change this assignment, they can then just remove and reassign collaborator. Total = 1 field and 1 automation. Good afternoon. (UK)Yesterday, I happily copy/paste content from rows to the Comments when a message with an error popped up to refresh. I did, only to have to redo the unsaved Comment I was working on. This happened a few times, so I checked on AT state, and no issues were reported. I experimented with another entry as that was saved I concluded there is a limit on the number of words or characters for each comment. Is that so?  (I managed to save the comment by split the content into several separate Comments, but that's not ideal)Also is it possible to re-order the Comments or insert a new Comment in between existing Comments?   

I am on Pro plan  and share my base with one person (editor) and paying for him as well.Now I need to share another base from the same PRO workspace with the same person. Will it incur additional $240 a year or since I am already paying for this person there won’t be any additional charges?Thank you!

I'm new to Airtable and would love some help! I have a general inquiry form on my website. Once someone completes that form, I eventually need them to complete a second, more in-depth form. Is there a way to link the responses of the in-depth form to the original "general inquiry" record? Essentially, I'd love to be able to have all information related to a potential client connected. I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if I need to clarify anything.

Hi everyone - I can see that this has been asked a few times before but I can’t seem to find an answer. When accessing a shared grid view, if you apply a filter and try to print the view, the filtered fields still show. I need the person accessing the shared view to be able to apply their own filters, and then print the view based on that, but it doesn’t seem to be possible. Is there a solution to this?

I have a table that collects user reviews, and includes a multi-select field as one of the elements for their reviews I want to aggregate the data from this table to generate average ratings etc. I wan to generate an aggregated summary of the multi-select field content, so that the summary field will contain a single instance of each element in multi select fields belonging to the various reviews. I’ve tried using a Rollup field with this formula : ARRAYUNIQUE(values) but I get repeated instances of values that appear in more than one of my original reviews. What’s the right way to distill this down so I see only 1 instance of each multi-select option in my aggregated record?

Hi everyone ! When I click on 'Group by Date" it keeps grouping it in different groups because of the hours difference. Is there a way to make it as it only group the entries per date but without taking the hour in account ?Thanks !

Hi there,I am trying to setup a form on On2Air, that looks like a Dashboard and contains all the data from an Airtable table. I tried to follow online tutorials I found on YouTube, but I seem to be getting nowhere. I have a base, call it ABC, a table, call it Inventory. In the table there is a field/column for Client Name, where I now have two distinct values, call them Client A and Client B. I would like to be able to share a link of the "Dashboard" on On2Air to Client A so that only Client A can see their own data and share a link with Client B so that only Client B can see their own data. This should be displayed as a table view, so that each client can only see the data that belongs to them, but they will also need to be able to update one date field/column called Pickup and be able to submit that for that specific row.There is nothing special added to the table. It has data such as prices, dates, other costs, etc., but nothing is linked. It is simply just a plain invento

Hello!I'm trying to organize a set of tasks that start from "two weeks ahead" of an event. Using fields such as duration or date will have me pick a specific date/time for which I don't have information. I just need those set of tasks to show "this lasts 2 weeks", or "prepare 1 week in advance" and I'm not sure how could I accomplish this using a timeline (I like the visuals that offer). Any ideas are appreciated! 

Hi, I just create a table with a timeline view. In my table, I have sometimes any data and in the timeline view, I would like to hide the “empty“ mention but ONLY in the rows where there is no data. When I hide the specific field all the data are deleted. Could you please help me to tackle this issue please ?

I have a relatively small database in Notion that is formed via a sync from Zotero, using the Notero plugin.* I would like to sync this Notion Database with Airtable, however I am having a lot of trouble.I saw that Whalesync does this, but at $39/pm ($60AUD) this is well beyond my student budget. I tried Zapier, and the records didn't push to Airtable (despite it saying that the test sync worked). I would have tried troubleshooting this, but it said I had run out of tasks when I tried publishing. Whilst I had not run out of tasks, I would quickly... and upgrading would also be out of my budget. I tried Make after seeing a Reddit post about using this to sync Notion and Airtable, and it looked like this may be what I need... but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to set it up. I've repeatedly tried contacting support but they don't respond. So I am here in the hope that someone will have a suggestion beyond a manual .csv upload. The end goal is to get some collect

Hi, I try to import a google sheet and a black window pops up prompting me to sing in ( to google): In order to select an item from your online storage, please sign in. When I hit the red sign in button, to returns an error message: The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know. Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
