Has anyone connected data collected from Microsoft Forms to Airtable? We want to be able to show a photo for reference along with the option and Microsoft forms allows us to do that, plus our organization all already runs on Microsoft 365. We still want the data collected in Airtable however.Thanks!

Hi there,I am trying to setup a form on On2Air, that looks like a Dashboard and contains all the data from an Airtable table. I tried to follow online tutorials I found on YouTube, but I seem to be getting nowhere. I have a base, call it ABC, a table, call it Inventory. In the table there is a field/column for Client Name, where I now have two distinct values, call them Client A and Client B. I would like to be able to share a link of the "Dashboard" on On2Air to Client A so that only Client A can see their own data and share a link with Client B so that only Client B can see their own data. This should be displayed as a table view, so that each client can only see the data that belongs to them, but they will also need to be able to update one date field/column called Pickup and be able to submit that for that specific row.There is nothing special added to the table. It has data such as prices, dates, other costs, etc., but nothing is linked. It is simply just a plain invento

Hello!I'm trying to organize a set of tasks that start from "two weeks ahead" of an event. Using fields such as duration or date will have me pick a specific date/time for which I don't have information. I just need those set of tasks to show "this lasts 2 weeks", or "prepare 1 week in advance" and I'm not sure how could I accomplish this using a timeline (I like the visuals that offer). Any ideas are appreciated! 

Hi, I just create a table with a timeline view. In my table, I have sometimes any data and in the timeline view, I would like to hide the “empty“ mention but ONLY in the rows where there is no data. When I hide the specific field all the data are deleted. Could you please help me to tackle this issue please ?

I have a relatively small database in Notion that is formed via a sync from Zotero, using the Notero plugin.* I would like to sync this Notion Database with Airtable, however I am having a lot of trouble.I saw that Whalesync does this, but at $39/pm ($60AUD) this is well beyond my student budget. I tried Zapier, and the records didn't push to Airtable (despite it saying that the test sync worked). I would have tried troubleshooting this, but it said I had run out of tasks when I tried publishing. Whilst I had not run out of tasks, I would quickly... and upgrading would also be out of my budget. I tried Make after seeing a Reddit post about using this to sync Notion and Airtable, and it looked like this may be what I need... but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to set it up. When I hit the red sign in button, to returns an error message: The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know. I want to add a new element to my multiselect field. For example, multiselect field is teams and it already has team A, team B, etc. but 'team C' is never inserted. We have a database of our donors. We assign an ID to each donation, and it is then pulled in to the donor. On this table I would like to show how many people donated in a given month. Some people donate more than once in a month because of a campaign, so it's not enough to group by donation dates. Do you have any ideas?  

Is there a way to view the weekend days together on the calendar? It seems obvious but I can’t find an option. I use Airtable for content planning by week and it’s always confusing to have Sunday tacked onto the following week. Thanks in advance!

Once a project is completed, what the best way to archive it so the information is available to reuse or reference later?

We’re using Integromat to insert rows into Airtable, and have suddenly started getting this error message as a response from Airtable without any changes on our side. “You are not permitted to perform this operation because the field or table has been configured to limit who can perform this operation”. It literally started happening half way through a scenario, so the first X rows were inserted fine, and then the rest came back with this error. There are no field specific permissions - everything is set to ‘Editors and up’. Can anyone help? Thanks

I have two tables: Employees and Licenses. I created a view, named Current Licenses, on the Licenses table.  This view ensures that only the active license for an employee is displayed.I linked the Employees table to the Licenses table, specifying the view: Unfortunately, the list of Licenses in the Employees table includes the non-currently licenses.Am I doing something wrong?

 Too bad Airtable Extensions not available on mobile apps yet. I searched just to see what comes up and here I found this post in Airtable Support Docs talking about the differences between desktop and mobile. I don't quite understand what the explanation means under "Extensions". Here is what is says about availability of Extensions for mobile with a comparison table:Use a share link for a whole base in your device's browser to view all the extensions in the base.https://support.airtable.com/docs/differences-between-the-desktop-and-mobile-versionsWhat share link?  Is it standard share link to the table?  I don't see any share links to extensions.  Does it mean I can share the extension and access the shared view on mobile browser and then run the extension from the mobile browser simply from the shared link?

I have the most updated iOS version of the app and I’m having issues with my cover photos loading for the gallery view.I see others had this issue in the beginning of May and they were told with the update it should be fixed- I downloaded the app recently and see that this is still an issue…anyone else having a problem?Upon first loading the app today, all gallery view covers were blank- I did attempt to simulate customizing the cards and changing from ‘fit’ to ‘crop’ and back and only a few loaded. Some are still blank😩   yes, I did email support but their immediate reply is to check with this awesome community in the meantime 🤣
