I need help with a date calculation. In a table I have two fields, one with a ‘start date’ and the other one with an ‘end date’. Now I need a third field that gives me all the dates that fall into this timespan including start and end date. For example my start date is May 5th and my end date is May 10th. In the range field I want to have ’ May 5th, May 6th, May 7th, May 8th, May 9th, May 10th’. Going on from there I would need to make a lookup or rollup in an other table to combine all those days from different records belonging to an item. I’m trying to achieve a rental and availability table for our equipment and need people to see at what days something is out of our storage. I wish there was a multiple date select field that would make this so much easier. I’m sure the Airtable veterans have a solution for my problem. Thank you very much for your help!!!

When I copy and paste a date and time value between 1/04/2023 16:00:00 and 2/04/2023 01:00:00 from Excel to the Airtable, it automatically moves it by one hour (i.e. 1/04/2023 16:00:00 becomes 1/04/2023 17:00:00). The values are being pasted correctly for any other value that is not between the mentioned range. The field that I am pasting is to has a 'Date' field type and there is not day light savings scheduled at my location during that time. 

Hey there. I am wanting to make a field auto-fill depending on whether another field is empty or not. E.g. If someone enters a voucher number in the ‘voucher number’ field, the field ‘cost’ is automatically $0. If the voucher number field is left blank, the ‘cost’ is $100. I’ve tried using the IF function and making it blank but it is saying invalid. Thanks!

All the records in the table are gone.Sad, it is true. But before you suggest that someone made them disappear, I notice that at the bottom of the page, the tracker marks the presence (absence) of 235 records.Are these Schroedinger's records, present and absent at the same time?Has anyone experienced the same problem? Do I turn it off and on again?Best+Dario 

When I sign in with my credentials all i get is the "You Need Access" window. I'm an Editor. I have many views. I need help to get signed back on to my active workspace. I've asked access from the Owner. If she grants me access will I lose all the views I've created???When I request to change my password, it pulls up a very simple and old and practice workspace.Please Help me ASAP. The views I've created are critical to me doing my job!

I’m not able to find an Airtable example of a simple checkbook register. Balance = Previous Balance - Debit + Credit. How would you do that in Airtable?

Dear all, I am new to Airtable and am trying to recreate a simple design I had in google sheets. In short, I have in one table: Days of the week as rows And for each day/row a column with time spend per part of my job (e.g., research, education, management); i.e., three columns. Like this: Now I would like to create a stacked barplot of these three columns. Like this: However, all documentation for both the chart-app and vega-lite app I read so far seem to assume that there is a separate grouping variable, rather than multiple columns being stacked. Hello Is it really not possible to have the weekday shown in a date field? Seems an odd omission - and the ‘friendly’ date format not that friendly. I know I can use a formula field to format it how I like but a) that’s a workaround and b) I am grouping by date and grouping by a formula field means I drag move records between groups / add new records directly to the group. I will respect AT and not post here any numbers.Look, I get it - big companies with hundreds of seats are what it's all about for any SAAS.However --- our business is in fact big enough and could easily pay that.But - we don't need 20 seats for what we need airtable right now, and the exorbitant $XYZAB min yearly cost is much more than the value we would get out of the subscription.Just because Elon Musk has the money doesn't mean he would pay thousands for a carton of eggs, right?Anyways - the RESULT and the BIG PROBLEM for Airtable is that our company cannot scale with them and because the data does not fit anymore - we will have to go to another solution.And who knows, maybe it's something amazing and we won't come back when we have the am

Hello Community,I'm needing more brain power to solve an issue filtering a table view.Background: I have field technicians submit a log from their field work.These logs are each pulled into Airtable and have a view that filters to a specific group of questions/answers so that we can use an automation based on how those questions are answered to address any issues.We recently added some new questions to one of these groups.I tried updating the filter to include these new questions, and it behaves unexpectedly.I've attached a screenshot of the filter for the table.The logic would say that if any of the 4 conditions in the condition group were not empty then the records that match would show up in the view, but that's not what happens.As it is now with those conditions set like in the screenshot, I'm missing three records.If I remove the first condition from that grouping (Did a Soiling...), then the missing rec

I use airtable to store metrics from our server systems, to log the capacity of our systems and alert us when it reaches or goes over a threshold. I want to create a dashboard that can show the current capacity and create reports for capacity planning. I tried to create one but it doesn't let me choose the resources to show, it just shows everything, I don't know how to separate the data, and there are no options.

Hi there,I attempted to use a record URL to open a record in a particular view on my mobile app, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful. Rather than opening the record in the specified view, it opened in the last viewed view in that particular table. The record URL was effective in opening the record in a particular view when accessed through a PC, but it did not have the same outcome when accessed via the mobile app.Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Hey,I'm new to Airtable and I need help with something. I have a table with Date Field hidden, but it's annoying that whenever I need to add a row the hidden field cannot be edited unless I'm either un-hide the field or expand the row and edit it there. Is there a way I can make the hidden field show when I add a new row to the table just so I can edit it when I create the new row? the Date Field is hidden due to the fact I don't want the Days to be shown so I'm using Function Field using DateTime_Format.

Has anyone ever experienced an error like this with their base? If so, how did you fix it?

A few weeks ago I was playing with views and deleted a field from a view to see if that would help me consolidate some data. I’m not sure if that is the default behaviour, but however I did it deleted the field from the whole table, which I wasn’t aware off until now (I spent 2 days on holidays and just got back to work). Table trash is empty, so is workspace. Any ideas if it’s possible to recover a deleted field and how? Theres 400+ records there and it’s unlikely I’ll be able to recover all of those :frowning:

Can someone offer to call me or walk me through what I can do. its not so much integration, its more like added buttons and making sure the data reflects on the table.  

I have a base that I use to manage our shipping materials. The "Material's On Hand" is calculated by a formula. I would like to have the option to override this formula if I enter data in a form. The override field is titled "Cycle Count Override". I am currently using the below formula but as you can see from the screenshot it is unsuccesful. IF({Cycle Count Override}, {Cycle Count Override}, {Material's Received}-{Material's used Rollup (from Outbound)})
