Hi guys, I'm trying to connect Airtable with Make. My Make.com module is returning "Status Code Error: 403" and I can't connect up my Airtable. I initially had it working and then created some new bases, so I generated a new Personal Access Token. Not working. Have tried different permissions. Logging out, logging in (I know). Etc.  Any suggestions?

I have a table where you can chose a proposal number and in another column you can add an amount. In another table (linked to the first one) I want to be able to chose a specific proposal number and sum all the amounts related to that specific proposal number. In the second table I have a rollup but it only includes the first amount associated to the proposal number. For example if a specific proposal has 4 entries (same proposal number but 4 different amounts on 4 rows) it only includes the first amount and omits the rest. Any thoughts on why this is? Thanks!

I am migrating a base and form from SmartSheet - on that form, there is a check box for “Send me a copy of my response” and when checked, it reveals a box to input your email address. Is this possible in Airtable?

I have an existing table with 800+ records (imported from a CSV). Now, I’d like to add an image for each record (import from a folder of PNGs–with matching file names). Is there a way to do this in bulk? Example Records: Name, Type1, Type2, Image Abomasnow, Grass, Ice, [to add: abomasnow.png] Aerodactyl, Rock, Flying, [to add: aerodactyl.png] Aggron, Steel, Rock, [to add: aggron.png] etc.

I am trying to build the formula to show working and non workind days of a month in one field Rules: Field musst have 31 charachters, for 31 days of the Month “N” for non working days and “J” for days worked Example: Max worked on a project on 13th & 15th Result should be: NNNNNNNNNNNNJNJNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN i have a lookup field showing the days worked, and i know this goes something like Substitute( REPT(“N”,31), {Days worked}, “N”,“J”) but i am just stuck. thx for any help!

Hi there, when I sync’d my Airtable to my Google Drive, it automatically sync’d with My Drive. Is there a way to sync it in a Shared Drive or to a specific folder within the Shared Drive? Thanks in advance for any feedback!

We have one workspaces that our team shares, and it’s a nightmare to organize all the bases that exist in the workspace. How do people organize all the different bases in one workspace?

I am trying to simply select a record and duplicate it from a filtered view, but for some reason, AT seems to be stuck or frozen.  It is  a bit frustrating.  Anyone else experience the same issue?

Is there a way to make a photo (which I assume needs to be an "attachment" fied) clickable, where someone can click it to go to a URL? For example, I'd upload a photo of a dog and if they click it, it would go to pets.com.If not, is it possible to insert a clickable text link right underneath a photo?(The Pexels/button extension wouldn't work since I want to upload custom photos, in addition to trying to minimize expenses and complexity.)Thanks! I am in the process of building an order entry and work center scheduling system using Airtable, and I have the base functionality working well.  The basis of the data structure is that Orders are created with one or more Line Items to be produced.  Next, one or more Jobs are created and linked to each line item.  Each Job is assigned to a single Work Center and has a start and end date.I am experimenting with the various views and interface options in Airtable to find a good way to visualize the number of jobs scheduled for each work center by day (or week) for a given time frame, with the goal of identifying if any work centers are overloaded for any given day (or week).  I created a formula column in the Job table that calculates the Year and Week # for each job (ie.  2025-13   for the 13th week of 2025).  This allows me to group/sort/total chronologically by week.The best I came up with so far is a bar chart that has the week number on the Y axis and the Work Center on the X access

Hello I have a column for my item cost and a column with the sales tax I paid. I want to create a formula in the third column that calculates my cost x sales tax percentage and then add the answer to the cost to get total cost. I did Cost * {Tax %} and get an error.

Color the background of the whole card - based upon typical critieria Color various text elements (foreground/background) Multiple column display for a region (or whole card) - there is much wasted white space on the right of many cards; many fields naturally belong grouped together. lines to surround a grouped set of fields etc. (I’m sure others can add to the list) For Example: Improving every day… David

I am using the event planning template and have entered my tasks. I am trying to create an interface of the tasks but my event is not showing up in the drop down. Is there a way to fix this?  

So, I used gallery views in order to bulk upload media while creating multiple cards, super handful… But this feature seems to be gone now?! 😓 It looks like it’s updated, but once I drag files into the view, it kinda crashes…Any one going thru this? Any solution known?

I don't believe there is this functionality but can gmail SEND email to an Airtable Base?  (like forwarding an email to airtable)

I am looking for a way to upload csv files of data into different tables but have them linked. Is this something I will need to do manually, or through an automation?I have one table Companies and the other table with Employees. I need the employees linked to the companies table but I am unsure the best/easiest way to do this via csv upload.Thank you for your help!

Hello, Our office has an Intranet using Microsoft Sharepoint. I am trying to embed our Airtable database onto the Sharepoint using the native “embed” web part. We have had success using this component with data from other sites. When we attenmpted to embed the Airtable we got this message: “Embedding content from this website isn’t allowed, but your admin can change this setting. They will need to add ‘airtable dot com’ to the list of sites that are allowed” Our admin followed the instructions and added ‘airtable dot com’ but we are still getting the same error. Does anyone have any advice? Thank you!

Hello!I use a table daily to track my students' test scores for a standardized exam. The exam has three components: math, reading, and verbal.Each row is used to give details about a student's score in one specific section. For example, if Amanda sends me her test, she will actually get THREE rows in the table, like this:R1: Jane Smith | Math Section | 75 points | January 8 2024R2: Jane Smith | Reading Section | 21 points | January 8 2024R3: Jane Smith | Verbal Section | 36 points | January 8 2024The math/reading/verbal cell is a "choose one" cell. I cannot pre-fill the cell because it alternates between Math, Reading and Verbal. I wish there were a way to click a button that was like "create 3 new rows", and have them pre-filled with Math, then Reading, then Verbal in the section column. Any suggestions?

We use the page designer to generate commercial invoices. We are running into the issue where we have multple static lines of text that often have a $0.00 value. These are no longer being accepted so we need those static lines to hide when the corresponding value is $0.00.  Is this possible to do? I’ve played around but haven’t found anything yet...

Hi Community I have created my bases to keep track of our cold email campaigns. Now I have a lot of data that I would like analyzed as much as possible in an automated way. Can you suggest a workflow where I can have AI go trough the data and provide a summary of all the content of the base as well as suggestions for optimization.As an example I would need AI to analyze all 500+ replies that have been received, shortlist the personas that show the most interest, the messaging that works best, what industries are the most engaged. I have tested 2 approaches thus far:I have created a custom prompt indicating exactly what I need to happen using the AI feature of Airtable. This is the response I get  I have also tried using Data Fetcher to integrate with Open AI but it suggest messaging rather than analyzing the information 

Is there a way to see an Instagram grid/preview when using Airtable for social media content calendars? 

Given the new integrated Gmail, I’d love to see the ability for Airtable to have a similar integration with Google Chat as Slack where a bot can be added to a Char room and send messages based on Automations.
