Trying to download a grid in csv to import data (contact list) for Outlook app for Apple. I use CSV with UTF-8 but when I get to outlook it always give me error code. Losing patience here !

Greetings All, I am interested in using Airtable for project management. I would like to get the structure of the project plan(s) organized properly so that I do not find out later that I put a lot of work into it and got it wrong. Ultimately, I would like to have one high level Gannt chart that shows the timelines for multiple projects. Beyond that, I would like to customize each project differently. For our Core System Project for we would have a list of features for each aspect of the development project as well as a list of tasks and mockups. We will have integrations to other systems that I would like to define as sub-projects of main development project. Beyond that and at the same level as our Core System Project, we would like include other projects such as Marketing, Social Media Engagement, Training Programs, Supplier Onboarding, Country Rollout Plan, etc. These other projects would have tasks

I know this question has been asked before but can you change the colour of text in a text box? We have developed a workspace tracking our clients, however we would like to highlight text using a different colour to draw someone’s attention to that particular concern. OK, I can add a colour tab to that record but someone still possibly has to read through a mountain of data to find the particular issue that was causing concern. Having the ability to highlight or change the colour of the text would be really useful!

DATETIME_FORMAT({Local Time(In Your Time)}, ‘MMMM’ Is the one field for a formula I have, and the source field, {Local Time} is the culprit because I don’t always have date in the field until I actually place a date in there, so of course, I’m getting #ERROR! for EVERY formula field that uses this source date field. I know I can nest an IF formula, but when I tried, based on another community suggestion(not my question), I got an error, so obviously, I need help with the formula LOL Suggestions? I have some other formulas, but I figured I’d start with the easier one first. Thanks!

Our website developer has alerted us to the fact that the Airtable form embedded on our Contact page is taking very long to load and that the Contact page has a very high bounce rate, unsurprisingly. How do I deal with getting specifically qualified Aritable help, but not risking someone walking away with the backbone of my business? One of the major drains on my own time is managing a few email databases in Airtable. But the contents of these databases are like the keys to my kingdom. I have some upworkers scraping email addresses full time, but I’m slow to update the databases, or even taking time to cull bounced emails, because it’s so time consuming / requires focus I don’t have right now. I know this is a random question, but I’m hopeful that someone here has had experience and can make some suggestions!! :slightly_smiling_face:

I would like to give clients a link to edit the stacks in a kanban view. If I am paying to have just one collaborator, am I able to discontinue collaborator A and authorize collaborator B. I am an artist and would like to give a gallery the possibility of moving a piece from “Undecided” to either “Considering” or “FinalChoice”. The link would go to one gallery at a time and then be discontinued after the choices were made, thus making my single collaborator available for another gallery. Is this legit? If so, is it as simple as dropping one and adding another. Thanks for any advise you can give, J

Is it possible to add clickable attachment in Page Builder? Attachment is added on the dbase.

Is there any way I can have Page Designer output directly to an Attachment Field? I have a list of employees and I’m using Page Designer to create a visual schedule for each employee. If I could automatically save the schedule from Page Designer to the employee’s attachment field, I could use Send Grid to email their schedule. I hope that makes sense. I want to be able to send HTML emails to my contacts in Airtable. I’ve used the SendGrid app, but it only sends text emails. I’ve tried Zapier to integrate Airtable with Mailjet. The problem is it needs a “trigger,” and I want to sent out general emails (newsletters) without a trigger, just whenever I need to send them. Any suggestions? Is this something that a knowledgeable API person would be able to configure? I’m willing to pay someone to do it. Thank you.

For a small retail business I am looking to keep track of orders made by clients in person. It is only meant for me to see what the client has ordered so I can place the order with my supplier later. We do not use a form or catalogue as we constantly offer many different and new products with changing prices. Ideally I can simply write down multiple items per client with a simple product description, the price, and the quantity, as well as a total. Is this possible without having to create a record to link to for each separate item? Thanks.

I am using DATETIME_PARSE, but it has problems with some months in spanish, as you can see in the screenshot. I am trying to convert those months, but I cant get the way. Any ideas ??

Hello, I am trying to streamline a warehouse inventory count process with location sensitive inventory. In that process I want to be able to have several teams be able to record data of the physical count via form to be recorded in Table A. As there many teams, there will be several instances of the same product being recorded, sometimes even by different teams. I will also have a Table B from which I will have my “expected” counts generated by CSV from 3rd party inventory software. Each product will only have 1 instance in this table. The step I am having a hard time figuring out is getting, essentially a pivot table from Table A that would feed the data from each team into the “Reconcilliation” table so that each time a product is counted in Table A, it updates the total count for that team, for that product in the “Reconcilliation” rather than making a new record for each instance. for example, say I count 10 eggs in Table A. -1 egg is co

How can I enter data for records that are linked by a join table? Details: I understand Airtable is kind of lousy at tagging. To whom it concerns: I’m having some issues with the layout of the org chart. When I view it in grid it’s perfect, but because this is based on direct reports, and the president doesn’t have a direct report, he isn’t showing up on the chart. When I use gallery view instead, he is there, but the format is all funky and has spaced team members from specific teams across the chart. Can anyone help me? Signed- the desperate admin assistant

I found a couple of scripts for embedding video in emails - can that work in airtable emails?

Hello - I have done a bit of searching but not quite found what I am looking for. I have a view which is filtered, grouped and embedded as an iframe. If I do some further filtering on the iframe side, then export as csv, I just get the whole original view and not my newly filtered view. Is this by design? or a bug? Is there a workaround? Hi there, sorry, my first language is not english but I’ll try to explain what I would like to achive. I’m thinking about a airtable form which I will provide to our customers on our website. It is on a non-public area so only our clients can access the form (which is important). The process should look like something like: person comes to our order form and puts in his/her unique user id which I send them prior and fills in all the needed information. Then what should happen is: unique id will be identified in airtable and as a result we can sent our stuff (which is a PDF) via automation to several email adresses which where defined when we created the unique user id. This would make sense for you? Where should I look for more information. Every help is more than welcome. Cheers, Sven

Integration w Clients G-Drove Folder holding photos Not working My client set up and gave me access to their Airtable account. They also set up and shared a folder on their Google Drive account with my Google Drive accoun to hold photos to be posted in an Airtable base for editing and discussion. I linked the client’s shared G-Drive folder from my own account. However I can’t seem to upload the photos into a table I’ve set up in the company’s base. Have read the Community Posts and Help articles but can’t figure this out. Grateful for your help on what to do. RS
