Hello, I am trying to print a multiple record list from Page Design. I have tried this before and everything was OK. I haven’t changed anything recently but now I cannot see and print the whole pages. There is a two pages list and I can only see and print the first page. The second one is empty and so the list is not full. Please, can you help?

Hello, I am importing multiple values from zapier that are separated by a comma. I would like for them to be imported as an entire column as oppose to multiple values separated by a comma in a single cell. As seen in the image

Dear Airtbale Community, I own an E-Commerce store which makes personalized jewelry for pet owners. I use Airtbale for managing my orders. We used to upload a JPG file for each customization, but we changed some stuff in the backend of our system, so we have to use .DXF for fulfilling our orders. The issue I am having right now is that Aritbale automatically converts DXF to a TXT file and the file is unusable after upload. Is there a way to not convert the file and upload the file as is? Hello guys, is it possible to create a field where I have a drop down (multiple select) list where I can also set the number of items, without creating another table to do that? Something like having [chair, table, pen] as choices and the possibility to add the number of the items, (chair, 3), (table, 1) etc. Thanks for helping! Hi, I just faced the problem quite a few times. I made my form and put all the necessary questionnaires for my users’ interview and when I reopen the form it seemed a few of the questions are missing from the main form. I was wondering what a misbehave it is and facing it quite a few times make me crazy about it. Would be appreciated if you look at it asap and solve it for convenience. Hey folks, I have a need to be able to programmatically see the change history of an airtable base. We use airtable as an internal app for configuring our product for customers and I want to be able to see how our customer facing team changed the “draft” configuration before and after specific requirements gathering interactions with the customer, in order to understand what information we’re actually getting from that interaction. Imagineering a solution, if I could use the API to query specific snapshots that airtable takes automatically already (we’re on a Pro plan) that would be a solution, but it looks like that’s not an option. Short of setting up a regular job to use the API to essentially take my own snapshots to delta, are there any out of the box solutions to this problem?

Hi, We are currently using the Jira Cloud app to sync our jira tickets with Airtable. We have a few custom fields that will be important for pulling over from jira–i.e. Customer and Sprint. Is there a way to add additional fields into the Jira Cloud App sync?

Does anyone know what determines the order of records structured as milestones in the GANTT view? Right now, if two milestones have the same due date, one seems to arbitrarily stack on top of the other in the GANTT view. Does anyone know what dictates this order? Is it not possible to sort records in the GANTT view? Also - does critical path not highlight when GANTT views are organized with grouping? I can’t seem to get it to work when I group by project category and then by project.

Hi, I’m a new user and starting with the Free plan - I suspect I will need to upgrade to Plus or Pro. Some help on these basic Q’s would be greatly appreciated and which plan I need to achieve these. How are the records per base calculated? Is it the number of lines per table or per base? I need to ‘search’ across all tables on a base, not just the current table - which plan will solve this? Eg. if a client calls and I don’t know which session they belong to (or which table they’re on) I can search via their mobile number across all tables. Printing: Can I select individual lines or columns to print or do I need to hide the columns not required first and then unhide after printing? Thanks for the help, Suzie

Hi guys! I’m quite new to airtable and have no experience in writing strings. I have read the syntax page, but could not find out what i should do to get the desired outcome. I have a column with the name “Referral URL” In this column, urls will be entered trough zapier when a user submits his/her credentials. Something like this: “www.test123.nl/test-ebook-landingspage/?ref=xd3r4n” I have another column next to the “Referral URL” column which is called “Referral Code”. What i would like to do is, eliminate everything before “=” and place only the “xd3r4n” in the cells of the “Referral Code” > This should be automated en run everytime someones signs up Is there someone who has experience with this? Looking forward hearing from you guys!

I would like to share my base with others but several of the fields have the ability to be filtered. I would like for the people I am sharing the base with to be to filter the fields but not be able to change any of the information in the fields. Any suggestions on what options I need to select to accomplish this or is this possible to do?

My company helps provide aid to individuals in very life-threatening situations in other countries. Their personal identities and whereabouts are closely guarded for their safety. Each person is a record in our base. We would like to map out individuals by city in the Map App in order to help with basic logistical planning. My only question is: Does using the Map App (Google Geocoding API) enable Google access to any information in the Base/Table/View outside of the 2 columns (location-text column and Geocoding Cache column) required to set the Map App up??? I’m creating a community-facing form where folks can click a button to open a client’s webpage - IF the client has a webpage. However, if they DON’T have a webpage, I’d love the button to not appear. As it is, it’s disabled, but is there a way to make the button disappear if conditions aren’t met? From the screenshot: The first entry lacks a checkbox or website. As such, I’d like that button to be invisible, as opposed to merely greyed out. The second entry has a true checkbox and a website, and the appearance of the button is fine. Any ideas?

Hello, I have a calendar view of a database coloring the records “the same as” and then checked a single-select field called category in the database. The coloring works perfect but I would like to know if it is possible to add a calendar color key on top or the side so you can at a glance check what the colors correspond to which type of entry in the category field. I’m having a problem using fetch with the scripting app. My code looks like this: records.forEach(async (record) => { try { // works until here const response = await fetch(...) // never gets here either } catch (err) { // never gets here either } } ) It seems like there’s something going on with fetch that breaks further execution and I’m unable to debug it.

We use forms for a maintenance checklist. Works perfectly. But now we have to put a extra checkpoint appear on the same checklist every 2 weeks. Is that possible on the same checklist? I cannot do it through the conditions. Has anyone have an idea for this?

I have two tables, a “Properties” table which contains all the properties, their type, configuration, and amenities, and a “Members” table which contains the member fields their desired property configuration, desired property type, and the amenities they need. I’m trying to create a new field on the Members table which has a list of properties(from the Properties table) matching the member’s needs. I’m pretty new to Airtable and I’m not sure how to achieve this. Any amount of help is highly appreciated. Tysm in advance.
