Hi, I am creating a life project tracker in which I have multiple layers of records so I start with “Broad areas”: Health Work Investing Within “Investing” I have 3 “Subgroups”: A. Equities B. Debt C. PE And within “Equities” I have 3 “Todos”: i. evaluate long short ii. rebalance portfolio iii. set stop loss I have a master sheet in which I have linked each broad area to its respective subgroup as a record, and they come up automatically when I add to either sheet. However, when I then link “Todo” to “Broad areas” in the same sheet, the cell doesn’t populate with the aggregated "Todo"s of all “subgroups” within a “Broad area”. I.e. in my master sheet I want to be able to see Investing in one cell → all the subgroups within investing in the adjacent cell (auto pop) → all the aggregated todos associated with ANY of the investing subgroups in the next adjacent sell How can I make them autopopulate? So I have a table (Table 1) with employee names and some details. And I want to create another table (Table 2) with one of the Fields being a name Field. And I want it to pull in the names from Table 1 into it’s name Field. If a user gets deleted in Table 1, I’ll love for their row/Records to be deleted in Table 2 as well. Is this possible? There seems to be a problem in using Lookup fields in Module settings. I had a dev base which I used in Integromat and for that the lookup field shows up as an array and I get to select an item of the array. (See Screenshot) However, I copied the dev base for production and now the same lookup field shows up differently. This causes problems in my Integromat scenario. Stuck on this critical issue in Live system! Any suggestions appreciated!

Can you use a server in Australia? Can we do commission splits? Integration with wp? Can we embed a complex form in wp websites? User access level? Can we record the deleted data entries in the filed? Can we get help to implement the database? API integration help? Support level? Custom view for a different level? Complex queries execution? Can we migrate specific data to our custom report? Uptime and deserter recovery plan? Can we do auto address verification and filled? How to communicate with customer service? Please advice

Hello, I have two fields that I want to update when one of them updates. The fields are “EN Course” and “DE Course”. When “EN Course” moves to the status of Live (drop-down select) I want DE Course to update to “Evaluate For Translation”. What is the best formula to do that? Thank you!

My complaint is similar to the one found here: Problem: Scrolling Desktop Airtable in Safari on iPad Pro not functional Ask the community On iPad Pro running Safari with Airtable Desktop, one cannot scroll the screen to see additional records or additional fields beyond the initial screen. Using any browser on iPad Pro 12.9”, the Airtable Webapp, which otherwise functions perfectly when using a mouse and keyboard, will not scroll. It’s literally my ONE bottle-neck. I can live with the wildly under-featured app since it’s at least rock-solid reliable, as long as I can occasionally access the web app for more complete functionality, accept, as it turns out, the webapp doesn’t scroll in table view using the mouse unless I select a cell and then use arrow keys to keep moving from cell to cell until the window scrolls to adapt. Not practical. I’ve tried Infinity, ClickUp, and every other platform you can imagine. Airtable wins if this one problem is fixed.

How to see when a column or data in that column was last added and apply that to many columns to see what date/time they were last used? This article does not state how to apply modified time/date to all columns in an airtable and that’s what I seek.

I have an Airtable lookup field. In my test scenario it works correctly. I’m able to get it as an array and use it in module settings. I’ve cloned this scenario and in the new scenario it shows up as a text. Any idea?

I’m making a database of shared lessons. Each contributor will help with many lessons. Each lesson might have many contributors. Lessons have topics, description, age range, format, uploads. Volunteers have name, bio, and private contact info. I currently have a Public and Private view for Volunteers. How do I let the public (not signed in) looking at a Lesson easily go to the public view of the Volunteer, and vice versa? I can do it when signed in as owner, but I want the public to do it as well. I’m willing to create a guest account if that will work. Does this require a paid plan? Our budget is small, but we can probably afford the cheapest paid plan.

I have a base in Airtable where we create products for our Amazon account but there are hundreds of records to sift through. Each product has its own unique SKU that matches the Amazon product listing. I want to be able to download a report from Amazon showing all the products that are not selling and be able to take that list of products, compare/filter them to the products in Airtable and update the status of the product record. Is there a way to do this in bulk?

At the office where i work, we use airtable for almost everything. However, the current notifications when being mentioned in a record are terrible. Is there a way i can make airtable audibly notify users when they’re mentioned in a record or someone comments on them? I asked airtable directly but they said i could use mobile notifications which doesn’t make a sound on the computer and they also mentioned turning on the chime block. Which, doesn’t have that feature, only when new records are added. Can someone help me find a way around this? Recap, I want my computer to make a loud sound when i’m mentioned in a record.

I’ve got a table of collaborators. I’ve got a table of projects. And I’ve got a table of documents. Each document is linked to a project and a collaborator. I need to know how many documents are assigned to each collaborator, broken down by project. So Collaborator 1 has 2 documents for Project A and 1 document for Project B, Collaborator 2 has 1 document for Project A and 3 documents for Project B, etc. I’m trying to figure out how to do that. Any suggestions?

Hi, I am Pro table premium with the annual plan. I would like to onboard one team to help me with my Airtable database data, but I don’t want to pay another annually; I would love to spend the other account as monthly due for only contract base. Now my question, If adding one collaboration, does that mean that I have to pay him annually as well? Or I do not understand the plan instruction yet. What would be the best solution in my case? We have set up several calendars for various streams. Now we would like to create a new ‘mothership calendar’ to be able to view all the events in the individual calendars in one place. Is there a way to do this without having to link to each event?

Here is an interesting integration I found. I use the Clipto app for some time although I am disappointed it takes them for about 2 years now to create an app for iOS. I thought the project is going to be abandoned but then suddenly they got this on offer now - a Zapier integration. https://clipto.pro/#/zapier So in this scenario you copy the text on Android device (copy menu) or computer and by doing so it would trigger a Zapier workflow, which could of course mean updating Airtable for instance. I could imagine creating a workflow that would enable me to fill in the Airtable directly by copying text while browsing a web page or looking at any document on a mobile device or computer. It could be I copy first the name, then the phone number, then email, maybe address etc… and the Zapier workflow could fill in Airtable for me. So I have a list of companies and their products. In order to let users add companies and products, I have to have a record for each. Example: Is it possible, in card view, to show only one card per company, but have all that companies products on that card? As opposed to one card for each record? (Having 10 Company A cards with one product on each card). I need random people with the link to be able to add companies and products and the above grid view is the only way I can figure out how to do it with a form. Airtable team, I’m a novice user and have benefitted GREATLY from Airtable. I am currently the only Airtable user in the company and I use it for planning tasks for production in a manufacturing facility. Nobody else sees this calendar, yet. I have reached a point that I need to be able to put the Airtable Calendar View up on display on our factory floor on a 50" 4K monitor, for the rest of the team to view. Especially for when I’m on vacation or otherwise not at the facility. However, it’s imperative that this is a “View/Search Only” access. I don’t want anyone accidentally moving anything, or having access to AirTable using my login credentials. I definitely want them to be able to scroll through the upcoming weeks, and perform searches for various criteria. I just need to be sure that there cannot be any edits made to any of the calendar entries, and no new entries added. How can I do this?

Since 3 weeks we try to connect to typeform tools & the platform is very slow or even not accessible at all. Anybody knows sth about this? Thanks
