Is there a way to change the appearance of how the linked options show on a live form? During the edit mode the links show more information, which is necessary for the purposes we would like to use this for. I have tried to scour the community for anything similar, but haven’t been able to find anything that addresses this. Hi everyone, i’m trying to set my apps for sending an email after creating a new row on Airtable. Unfortunatly, doesn’t matter how many times i have tried, the mail doesn’t show the image even using markdown. I have tried this or logo512-Bartender-Social-Ricette-Cocktail-Maurizio-Polverini.png both dont work. May you help? Thank you very much

Hey, new to Airtable. Is there a way to get a clickable link from an email in a field? I have a project management template that I am using. In the project description I have several fields, using the “URL” type I paste the unique email link of the format: message:%3CCAPTktyxYeuqfNsDaLDg864AO=b4MawVwSaaBwRRgOSTuWX5fCA@mail.gmail.com%3. This tries to open Safari and it doesn’t link to the email app. Is there another way to do this? (I also tried with a “long text field”.

We have a table of jobs for volunteers to sign up for. Each row in the jobs table represent a ‘job’. One of the columns contains the volunteer’s ID who has sign up for that particular job. The problem is every volunteer creates a personal view filtered to show only their own jobs. Is it possible to create a view (or form, or ???) that automatically filters to the viewing account’s identifier? Thanks!

Hello all, I’ve got a system set up which takes flagged Outlook messages and put them in an Airtable. Works like a charm, but I’d also like to have the attachments of the message in Airtable. I just can figure out how. Does anybody have experience with this, or any suggestions on how to approach this? Currently I have Integromat check regularly for flagged messages which are put into Airtable once they are found. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Anthony

Is there a way to multi-select (other people’s) personal views as an admin for deletion? We had a lot of volunteers in our last project. Each of them created a personal view to show their tasks. Now I’m trying to clean things up a bit. Deleting 70-80 personal views one at a time via a click, pause, click, click, pause routine gets a little tedious. :slightly_smiling_face: Thanks!

Just today, after making multiple airtable bases in the past, unrelated form views are showing up when I’m viewing a base in grid view. I even ended up making a duplicate form because the form view wasn’t automatically there as it always is. After making it a second time, and it not showing up, I did a “search” and found them both. Still, multiple unrelated form views are showing up when in the grid view of this specific base. In the past, only 1 form showed up, related to a grid view, of a specific base. Thank you for any help anyone can provide on this. Did an upgrade just happen? If so, please fix this “feature”!

I am using an Airtable form for my site. But when I try to use it, I get a warning: " Warning: potentially risky form The user-created form you are attempting to access has been flagged as a potential risk. If you wish to proceed and view the form anyways, please remember to never submit your passwords through Airtable forms. Please contact abuse@airtable.com if you would like to request a review of this form." Has anyone faced this and found a way to resolve the issue?

Hello Everyone, I’m a teacher & I am tagging teaching materials with a “Multiple Select Field” type column. I forgot to add a tag and I would need to add it to many Tag cells. Is there a way to add one element (tag entry) to many cells without replacing the various other elements (tags) already existing? Any help is much appreciated!

Hi, I’m new to Airtable and already looking forward to what it can do. My use case is to flow survey responses to flow into Airtable and then graph them against the original question - straightforward enough. However, has anyone set up their questions in Airtable first and then uploaded them to an external Survey tool such as Typeform or SurveyMonkey? It seems that these products only expect the data to flow out, not in? Has anyone found a survey tool capable of receiving questions that it then sends out, and then flows back the results as per normal. Thanks for your help. David

Connected typeform to airtable through a zapier integration. Text data, single select options work and is moved. Problem is the uploaded image / attachment from typeform comes up empty in my airtable. Anybody with the same problem? Dear community, I am struggling with linked records ; I have a tab (insight) that links records to another (journey) and in the last one I would like to have to columns : one with all the records and another with the same records but limited to a specific view. While the first one runs like a charm the second one remains empty. The problem is that when in the first tab 'insights) I add the link to the other (journey) the duplicate column is not synced. I have tried to create a new one and limit to the view, duplicate the column, … nothing is working. I was expecting that when I created the second column that links to the same tab all matching record will populate the cell but it does not. Hello! I inadvertently removed information from a field… How would I be able to EDIT this to find out what was originally in there AND ADD IT BACK?

Hello, I am in the EST timezone and my boss is in the PST timezone. We are working on a shared Airtable base. Is the timezone displayed locally for each of us? For example, if she enters 6am, should I see 6am or 9am when I view the record? Thanks for any tips/guidance! Jena

Hi all! We have an onboarding checklist that we use for the IT, People, and Office teams when our company hires a new employee. This table is used to share out information like first/last name, start date, starting location, role, and more. Sometimes, the recruiters and coordinators are unaware that the start date might be a holiday. I’d love to find a way to monitor the start date field and check it against a list of company holidays (which we would like to manage and assign to locations) and alert us via Slack if a new hire is planned to start on a holiday. I’m kind of stuck, but hoping that somebody has an idea. We can also utilize Zapier, and any other tools that may be helpful for this

Hi, I just joined airtable and find it amazing ! I managed to build my product in a few days and just launched it. But I’m facing an issue : I have an automation send an email (throught gmail) to people responding to a form. As my plan is still “Pro trial” I can’t send email to people who are not collaborator, I tried to upgrade my account but it says that my account will be upgraded after the 12 days left of the “Pro trial”. Does someone know how I can unlock email in “Pro trial” or skip “Pro trial” to be on “Pro plan” from today ? More and more people are subscribing and email fails every time… :confused: Thanks ! Hi all, I would like to filter my records inside the vega-lite app to be independent from various views. Therefore I’m looking for a way to filter strings: record: “ABCD” record: “ABKF” record: “APFK” I want to visualise only records where the string starts with “AB”. As far as I read the documentation, it is possible to filter numbers and complete strings. But is it possible to truncate strings? Or maybe there is another workaround? I expect to use it inside the transform statement. Is there a way to drag and drop fields and/or records from one table to another?

Using the formula for date add as found in AT, I can get the date to SUBTRACT days but not to ADD days. I have a date column {datereqsent} and I want {duedate} to calculated to 30 days from datereqsent. I have tried changing the minus sign to a plus sign and that is not working. TIA

Hello, I need help retrieving Invoices from Airtable. I had an account and had a workspace for which I was paying. Then i deprecated the plan for the Workspace, and now I don’t have access to that workspace anymore. Which is not a problem, but I need to get the invoices for my company accounting. Also airtable doesn’t send pdf invoices by mail so i have no trace of them anymore. Please help me retrieve the invoices from December 2019 till December 2020

Anyone having any issues with loading large tables today? It was working fine for me yesterday, but today keep getting error messages to refresh anytime we open a new window. My main table in my base is approx 25k records & 300 fields. Thanks.
