How do you insert a zip code in a record when the zip code begins with “0”? In excel, I would place an “’” ahead of the 0 and it would remain. Thanks for the help.

Hi, my team and I are using the Web Clipper app to add relevant news articles to a News table which uses a linked record field to connect articles to our clients & prospects. Our total list of clients & prospects is currently ~10k so I limited our linked record to a view of our most recent contacts (~250). Unfortunately, the limited linked record selection doesn’t follow through to our Web Clipper and instead of 250, we have to select from a list of 10k when clipping articles which causes the extension to crash… Do you all know of a workaround or if this on the app’s roadmap? Thank you!

I have used Airtable for 1 year dropping Dropbox files into many Bases. For the last week, when I go into the Attachment Field and click on Dropbox, only a few folders pop up and then as you scroll, it stops after a few folders and an orange bar pops up saying “Error requesting Cloud.” I have tried on other bases and have tried to check all accounts, but no such luck. Suggestions?

Hi, I run an e-commerce website I built in Webflow and already collect both orders and users data in Airtable using Integromat. I am new to Airtable but already in love with the product. I would like to use Airtable and the data I have put into it to enhance my business emailing strategy. For now, I use the standard Webflow ecommerce emails to send orders notifications to my customers and don’t have yet a proper email marketing solution. The idea is to pair Airtable with an email service (like SendGrid for instance) using Integromat to trigger all kind of emails, from order notifications, to marketing emails, to product feedback emails, etc. I would like to use Airtable as a supercharged leads database (with more data than just contact details) to send emails using pre-built templates that would be filled by data picked in Airtable. Hi all, let me try to explain what I am looking for and hopefully someone can follow and assist. I have a shared view link and wish to embed that into a web page. I want to filter the embedded view based on user input and not have to create multiple view links. More detail: User submits a form (think of the user “logging in”) Based on their input, the shared view link embedded on the web page is filtered (lets say by state) Cogntio Forms and other apps permit embedded items to be filled based on URL parameters. I have a couple of questions about billing which are making my head hurt when I try look up the answers in the support documentation. Maybe you can help? I have 2 business. One of which I run with a business partner who has his own “Pro Level” Airtable workspace that he shares with me. He gets charged for me being a Pro level collaborator and then I reimburse him that cost. My 2nd business I run on my own but I also want Pro level features on those bases. However, I don’t necessarily want to have to keep them in the shared workspace with my partner from the other business but I would get charged an additional fee for having Pro on 2 workspaces, correct? It seems weird that I would get charged for a 2nd Pro workspace when really all I’m trying to do is keep certain bases private and keep them visually organized. I’m not understanding the logic behind the billing of Airtable at all and I really have tried. I’ve never encountered any other company that has such a convoluted billing system

Hello all, I’m a total newbie and looking for a solution for tracking the progress of our swim school’s students. We have 10 levels, each with about 10 skills that students work on concurrently throughout the term. I need to be able to link a given student to one of our 10 levels, and to the teacher giving that student their lessons. Ideally, only the teacher of that student should be able to make changes to the student progress. They would do this by changing the % grade for each skill in the student’s level. So, I guess I upload the 10 levels, and the 10 skills per level. I upload a list of students showing what level they are working on, and who is their teacher. Is there a way to: a) keep track of past progress - ie, not just show that a student is now on 88%, but that last week he was on 74%, 66% the week before, etc? b) automate a change to a student being graded on a higher level, once a set percentage has been reached by the student in all the skills in that level? c) automate

Hello! I have a table (Table 1) that came as part of the template for my base. I duplicated that table (Table 2) and am now using that. Whenever I return to Airtable for the day, it opens with Table 1, and I’d like it to open to Table 2 so I don’t accidentally start working on Table 2. Does that make sense? Is there a way to make Table 2 primary? Thanks!

I want to return all unique values from that column into a new column in a different table within the same base. Ideally, I’d like the column in the new table to be the Name column. I am working on creating a scoring app that allows multiple teams to participate at the same time and have several attempts at each challenge. How can I get a team’s different score submissions entered into their respective row? Scores would be entered at different times throughout the day through a form. Hey everyone, I am trying to add our product managers into Airtable and they would like to have a project schedule with the Gantt chart that also has dependents on the previous steps. My issue is they want to change the duration column from 10 to 8 for instance and the dates would automatically change. I’m assuming the start date is set but the end date is what needs to be updated. Any tips on how to make this happen?

When I do Group by field X from A to Z, there is one record at the top that is not in alphabetical order based on that field, then the rest are fine. Any ideas why this is happening or how to fix? Thanks!

I have an Airtable set up that lists jobs and job links to external sites. The table is embedded on my website, and when I do an inspect and click on the button link - I see the class field clearly and the value data-button-field-button=“true”, but I’m at a loss on how to track that button click.
