Hi All,I have one table containing Timesheets and have then created multiple Views of this i.e. one for each employee - how can I extract or export the sum of 1 column from each View please.This is so that I can create a summary of Time to Pay for each Employee.ThanksKalps 

Hello Community,I have to change Workspace Collaborators in the Organization, to Base Collaborators. Anyone knows if by doing this it triggers any billable change? Will Airtable charge us again now that they are Base Collabs? Thanks!

Hi all,I have previously used an integration between JotForm and Airtable to populate Airtable with submissions from a JotForm form. The integration was working fine as of last night; however, this morning, I made an edit to the JotForm form and now Airtable is not populating with any new submissions. I tried creating a brand new form and reintegrating the two platforms with a brand new table to see if the issue was specifically with my previous form or table, but the new form submissions aren't showing up in the new table submissions, either.Any guidance here would be appreciated! I have a base for many social accounts. I created a column in the base for emails. Records will have multiple email addresses (that I want to put inside the field for a record thats being created) for the main email providers - Google, Yahoo, Outlook, Webmail. Is there a way have many fields inside the cell labeled with the email providers (label1: Google label2: Yahoo, etc.) that I can input the email address for the record? The only way I see how to do this is to use the long text field type and just type everything in it. Please see snaapshot.

I’m trying to create a SWITCH formula checking for specific text within a field. For instance, if there is a field with a bunch of random numbers and then a name, I want to check for the name in that field, not match the entirety of the text in the field.

When I don’t truncate fields in a grid in an Email Digest, the column widths are randomly set, often times wasting a ton of space: Everything auto-fits if I “Truncate text,” but I still want my last column to show all the information — any way to have the auto-fit of truncated but wrap text for rich text fields?

How can I ascertain how large (MB) my base is? Grazie!

i'm wanting to get employee data from Workday such as when a new hire happens, employee terms, or just an update to employee record. I'm using the HR workday connector from Workday and I believe that I configured the connector correctly, but i'm still getting a 500 error. Are there any suggestions to get my connection working?

Hello, we duplicated one table from a base to a new base and a field that originally contained images got converted into a text field that contains the file name of the pictures and a URL. Is there a way to do duplicate the table without this happening? 

Hello,There's a user in my client's workspace who has already been invited as an interface collaborator with Editor permissions for some interfaces I created. The problem is, the user is not being able to create a record in one of those interfaces that already has the Editor permissions. When the user tries to create a record this message appears: "You are not permitted to perform this operation". Could you help me solve this problem please? The weird thing is, a few days ago the user was able to create records and didn't have this problem. I don't understand what happened because I didn't make changes to the user permissions.  I already made sure the user has Editor Permissions to that interface, and that table has the permissions that Editors and up can create records. 

Do you accept VISA (which is technically not a cc) or only Mastercard and other pure credit cards?

I can see that in the FREE plan, I can add up to 5 editors for free.But the TEAM plan does not allow me to add 5 editors for free, although this TEAM plan should include the features of the FREE plan.

Airtable has this really handy trick for instantly reformatting phone numbers into (###) ###-####.I need the same treatment for email addresses that are entered throughout the Airtable base to force them into lowercase. It's getting clunky to include reformatting language in automation.I'm not great at creating scripts. Is that the solution?

Hello,I am using airtable for a two step form process.The first table is called "Event Request". When you submit the Event Request Form it makes a record in that table and assigns it a "Request ID" number via an auto-number field. Once that form is approved, via some script and automation, the user receives a prefilled "Event Information Form" from an Event Information Table to add details.When the user submits the Event Information Form, I capture the Request ID from the initial request in the Event Information table too.What I would like to do is have a "Form Received" field in the Event Request Table that can say "yes" if there is a matching Request ID in both the Event Information and Event Requests table. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks! 

Hi guys, we’ve been using web builder Softr and integrated some Airtable databases which can be accessed via URL web browser. Softr offers the functionality that we can build up a pre-defined filtering with URL for our entries. (their example: https://ninfa906.softr.app/list?filter-by-Position=Engineer) We tried to set this up based on our Airtable database data but failed (already tried a lot of other structures, case sensitive etc.). They recommend this structure: ?filter-by-fieldName=fieldValue In our case this would mean (main URL is: KidsCircle-Kurse & Workshops): https://www.kidscircle.io/kurse/list?filter-by-Coach=BRUNO (fieldName is Coach, fieldValue is BRUNO) Already tried to get help from their support but so far they have no clue. Is there maybe any Airtable specific thing (field type or similar) which could lead to this failure? Would be great if anybody could help. Thanks in advance and have a nice day, Sabine

When I embed an Airtable grid into Squarespace and peek at the mobile view, it doesn't display the card layout as it should. It displays a sliver of the standard desktop grid layout. Is this a Squarespace-only anomaly? Any workarounds>

Suppose I have multiple products (Cola, Root Beer, and Diet Cola) that come in different sizes (6-pack and 2-liter). I currently have an interface set up where I can fill out a sales order where product and size are selected separately via single-selection. The problem is that each possible combination has an arbitrary price not based on any mathematical formula. I would like to reference the price based on these two selections, but I can't see any way to do that.I'm totally comfortable making a new table with a separate record for each possible combination (so six, in the current example). I just need a way to reference those records based on my two single-selects.

Hello:I am trying to create a RollUp for A Scoring Process we are undergoing related to our Strategic Plan. I have managed to get everything else to work; however, I am running into a challenge doing a RollUp for two questions.One is a Simple Yes/No Question. I want to get the total number of Yes/No Votes.The second is a Yes/No/Maybe question. Likewise, I would like to get the total number of Yes/No/Maybe votes.I have tried creating conditional formatting that counts IF FIELD=YES, but that is not giving me the total number of 'Yes' when I roll up. I recognize I will probably need five new columns - but I cannot figure out how to get them to populate with the required information.Thanks for any help. 

Hi, im using softr form to upload people images to airtable and then print it to an dynamic list in sofrt, but if they attach multiple images, softr just shows the first, how can i split this multiple attachments to different records?If you have some advise or another solution i hear you.Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I’m working on a TV series, and looking for some online database solution for a really easy(-looking) task: I have to follow the realationships between the characters of the TV show during the script writing (friends/enemies/…etc - it can also be a simple list). So it means I make a list with the names of the characters I guess, and then I need to duplicate this list and somehow make a third list that contains the connections between them (it’s like a two dimensional graph). And then the second question: if the database is finished, how can I easily make the entries (we are talking about hundreds of character names). For example, I have two names in the list: “Joe” and “Bob”. I want to change their relationship into “friends”. I guess I will need some kind of combined searching form that looks for the two names and make me able the change the third data between them. Do you think I can do this in Airtable?
