Hi there, Brand new to Airtable and have been messing around with it to see if it fits our needs. I’ve been impressed! One question I have yet to find the answer for is… Is there a way to process a submission fee payment as part of forms created through Airtable? As an organization, we collect a small application fee. While I assumed that Airtable’s integration with Stripe/Paypal would make this easy, I have yet to find a way to do so? Any help or potential workarounds would be appreciated.

Hi all, I have DB on airtable and softr is processing the data and displaying as needed. My next step is to push the displayed images to Pinterest, but when I try to add the URL of the product page from Soft to Pinterest I'm getting this errorURL: https://shop.engroovers.com/tribesigns-products?recordId=recr9Wkxlqh0kM7H9"No images found. Remove any tracking parameters in this URL to try again."I understand the that the record ID is coming from Airtable but is there any way I can modify it to show the image when added from URL?Kindly let me know. I have been testing Process St for documenting my tasks/processes to delegate to others. It is a great tool that lets me create the steps on a left navigation and then add text/images and videos to each step. I was curious if there might be a way I could do this in Airtable. I am stuck because I can’t include text and pictures or videos on the same field. I’ve just started diving into Airtable and have successfully setup our Jira Cloud instance and synced the data into a base. This seems relatively useful, however not being able to update fields and sync them back is quite a big drawback. Are there any workarounds to this? Is this feature anywhere on Airtable’s roadmap?

I’ve searched, googled and tried all the formulas I’ve found and nothing is working. I feel like I’ve spent more time working on these dang formulas than the table itself. Any help is greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone knows anywhere I can test a formula or understand what each means in the order it should be would be a huge help. I just don’t understand Airtables examples (its just words…no way of linking) which is where I think I am failing. I have a scheduled tab with dates (no times) for upcoming projects. I’d like to have a formula that shows if the date is today - the formula reads - DUE TODAY. if the date is within a week - Due next week If its due in 1 day - due tomorrow If its past due - Past due. I know its simple, but again - I loose it on the commas, parentheses and quotations. Maybe if i can figure this out with some help I can add some emojis. Thank you.

Is it possible to limit the filter option (tags) in one field based in the results of a filter set on another field?Example: I've created a view and shared the link. The user comes to my view and wants to filter the results displayed. Assume user wants to filter on two different fields (both of which have 10 values/tags each).User selects 1 filter out of the 10 options available in Field 1.User then goes to select a filter from Field 2. Is it possible to have the options available to select in Field 2 limited to just those that remain associated with the results of the Field 1 filter rather than showing all 10 of the Field 2 options. Let's say only 3 of the 10 Field 2 options are associated with the items in the result of the first filter. Can the filter selection view simply show those 3 or does it have to show all 10 even though 7 of them would result in an empty result set? Thanks!

Hi All,Newcomer to Air Table here.Can someone assist and let me know if I have created a base and, in that base, I have four tables.Is it possible to share just one table from that base but allow that person to be able to edit and add to that table but at the same time not be able to see or edit or add to any of the other tables in that base?Appreciate your help in advance

I know we have a "Contains" operators which works, but it would be nice to have a "Starts with" operator, for example when dealing names that contains the some or more of the same letters but doesn't start with the same letters.

I am new to Airtable. I have create a Form to capture Emergency Contact Information. When I shared the link, the end user must register to complete this form. Is there a way to have the employee complete form without having to create an account or register?Note - I am currently using the Free version of Airtable. I don't know if this make a difference.

Hi I am trying to update Airtable records using Integromat. I am getting an error: “The operation failed with an error. Insufficient permissions to create new select options” I have found out that it has to do with my multi-select option fields in Airtable (when I remove those options the record gets updated.) I would like to know if there is a workaround or some other solution, so that I don’t have to go back into the Airtable records and manually select all the options. I have over 200 records. I don’t want to have to do this for each record, that defeats the purpose of using an automation app. Is there a solution? Thank you, Mary

Hello, We are a custom shoes company and our customers can select their desired heel types. We have 13 different heel types with 13 unique codes (ex. 4544, 2017). Everytime we have an order, we are creating a record line with the necessary information, and one of the columns is HeelType column. We want to create an inventory table that we will update manually when we buy new material, but it will decrease automatically everything time relevant heel is typed in the Order Table. For example, if we bought 50 pairs of Heel 4544, we will increase the value by 50, but we want it to automatically decrease if we write an order record with Heel 4544 on the other table, so it will be 49. Same goes for the other heel types. I feel like this is so easy but I couldn’t manage. Thanks for your help in advance!

I have set up a flow in Make.com with a webook-airtable-strip-airtable to create and send invoices from stipe using the data in Airtable.It all works apart from when creating the invoice in stripe it creates an invoice for £0.00. It looses all the pricing info. And yet I can track it through the input/output.Anyone help??I will happily post all the input/output data!  

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my images. I uploaded all my images with a webp format to minimize size. I have an example where I am uploading an image that is 63kb but it is being returned as 467kb. Yes, 467kb that is insane. What can i do about this? If I can't find a way to fix this I might as well get rid of this api because that is completely unacceptable.

Does anybody know how to actually get a response from airtable support? I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and got an automated reply saying typical response times are 1-2 business days. I've since followed up and still not heard anything,Is support usually this poor?On the off chance anybody from airtable reads this, my reference number is 00714333

Is there a way to download multiple attachments at once? A group of photos has been uploaded for a project and the designer would like to download all of them at once instead of one at a time. Is this possible?

Hi there! I am looking to see if it’s possible to download a zip file of all attachments for a particular field. I did look at This Post and it does not seem to cover what I’m looking for. I don’t need to download ALL files attached to the base as the aforementioned thread is describing. I want to be able to zip and download the attachments for one field instead of having to download each one individually. I could have sworn I was able to do this at some point in the past, but can’t seem to repeat it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

#needhelp! I have a gallery view, in my records there is a field with 20+ attachements (pictures). When I share this view, and I would like people to be able to download the 20+ images from a record all at once. Just by clicking on a button. How can I do that please ? Thanks for you help.

Im over limit on a base and trying to upgrade to Business Plan. I cant get a response from support on this item. The system is only giving me annual options, not monthly, which we are currently on. Ive attached a screenshot. The system shows monthly price before entering this page, but once in, it seems its only annual options. I appreciate anyone's help on this. A little confusing and frustrating. I need to upgrade ASAP for my team but dont want to be suprised with a 5K+ bill next month.

I have a personal facebook art page where I post to many related facebook art groups, when a post is submitted to a group it goes into a moderation state, then I just wait for their admin to accept/decline the submission.I've setup a base that contains:All posts: Individual art piecesGroups: Each Facebook group I belong toIn the "All posts" table, I've added a "Roll out" column which is to show the status of whether I've posted to all groups. But I don't think this is ideal as it has no relationship to the groups.What I would love to see is some kind of progress state column that tells me how many groups there are outstanding which I have yet to or are waiting on post approval.
