I am hoping to use Airtable Forms to manage applications for a grant, but I am running into issues in finding the best way to export the results so I can review each application/record individually. Clearly exporting to .csv is not the best way to do this. Further, the grant requires an attachment upload. For a simpler grant, I used page designer to print to PDF each record, and pulled in the required fields in order to evaluate. The application data takes up one page, so I just print the pages I need. This is becoming harder as more applications are received, however, because the print options are only “print current record” or “print records in a specific view” (i.e. my entire grid/all results). What I need is to only export/print certain records that have not been reviewed yet. For the more complicated grant, I want to export each record including the attachment. Not export the entire grid to CSV then download each attachment. Is this going to be possible? Each appl

Hello! This week my colleagues and I noticed that the format of our email notifications from Airtable has changed. We used to received email notifications saying the person's name "via Airtable." Now it appears as their email address. The new format makes it just a little harder to keep track of who is sending us notifications. We'd like to revert back to the old display with the name but can't figure out how or why it changed. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi ,I'm based out of india and using Visa Card to upgrade from Free to Team License. I tried few times but I'm getting below error everytime "We were unable to upgrade you at this time. Please refresh the page and try again.".   I tried to refresh and re-do this transaction with other visa card, but that is also not working. Any help on how to get out of this problem would be great?

I’m trying to convert an Access database we use to track event and participant data to Airtable so that we can get away from Access and all of its downsides. What we have has always seemed pretty simple and straightforward, but I’m really struggling to create a similar situation in Airtable that isn’t so time consuming. What I have is two tables connected by a join table: Events is where I create records for each new event we host, with a unique number as the identifier, as it’s possible to have multiple events on the same day. Participants is where I create records for each new attendee who participates, and the unique identifier is their username. We have new events about every week, and new attendees is unpredictable. Hi Community, I would like to know if a status change in a chart can trigger an email automation flow in another program like Klaviyo? Basically, if we generate leads from a fair and add them to our airtable and move their status to “email recipient”, can a specific email flow “fair visitors” be started? Hello! When I share my forms link, even though nothing is checked to restrict access, it is requiring everyone to sign-in to Airtable? I use to be able to send the forms link and it sent the form, now it is requiring folks to sign-in. Any fix for this?

Hi, I needed help with airtable, specifically on the fields of our content calendar. We have this added field that says “Updated Verbiage” and this is where we usually attach the Updated Document. We were able to use that before but recently and these past few weeks, we had a hard time using it because the field is not working. We cannot click the field and add the updated document. Has anyone experienced the same dilemma and how were you able to fixed it? 

I understand there is an Admin panel available on the Business and Enterprise plans that looks like a one-stop-shop for organizing user settings/permissions, but that this is not available on the Teams plan. Isn’t there a way on the Teams plan to see all users in one place to see what they have permission to and at what level with the ability to edit the settings right there? Currently it seems like a disorganized mess as I have to go to each element to see who has what and frankly that’s not very clear. An Admin panel seems like database 101 and should be available to all paid plans. Am I missing the boat here? Hi, I have a question about some app architecture that I wonder if anyone might have suggestions or opinions about? The short version is: is it better to pull AT data into an outside app, or to instead try and build plugins / overlays within AT (somehow?) ?  Longer version: I am an engineer (not the software kind) and architect (also not the software kind). I LOVE AirTable. We use it religiously in our firm and it works GREAT for managing building data (pumps, fans, windows, glass, materials, rooms, ventilation flow-rates, etc, etc...)., We have built all sorts of tools to pull AT data down into our local Building Information Models (BIM) as we work. I’ve been working on a client-facing app for BIM data display, and so far what I have is a basic React App which pulls in a project’s AT data and displays it in tables for the client. I’m trying to embed a calendar view, but the data view isn’t matching the embed view:Data view (the one I want): Embedded view (no bueno): Normally I’d just set the view in the embedded version, but this will be on a TV with a refresh/animation every half an hour, so that’s not really feasible. Airtable seems to be suffering a major outage. None of the tables load, and shows an error that starts with “pgl…..”, asking to Refresh the page. But Refresh takes a long time, and the same result.

Hello there,a script that is running as part of an automation is failing occasionally because it is exceeding the 30 seconds limit. This is out of my control because it is calling an external API which sometimes takes a bit longer due to high load (OpenAI API).
