Hello - I want to have a form that has different paths depending on your answer, but all link to an Airtable base. Is that possible? I think I need to use Zapier for that, is that correct? Basically, I do research - so I want the client to be able to choose the type of record they are seeking, and then it will pull up different fields depending on that answer. Once the rest of the form appears, they’ll proceed with their research request and submit it on my website. On the back end, the Airtable would have a combination of some fields that are awaiting input (e.g. their name, contact information, notes, etc.) and some fields that I already have the choices populated (repository, record type, etc.) I’m just trying to gut check that this is possible before I go creating. I would use the forms within Airtable alone for an easier solution, but it’s too complicated to include ALL the fields when some are only needed for certain types of records. Thank for any

Hi everyone, Following Situation: I have Projects, Reports, and Tasks. Projects are linked to Reports, Report are linked to tasks. Tasks are not directly linked to projects. Now in Projects, I have a Lookup field for Tasks from reports. I really need to filter this lookup field by two checkboxes in Tasks. But unfortunately I can only set filters around Reports: "Only include linked records from the reports table that meet certain conditions..."Is there any way to filter the Tasks directly? Hi all, So this automation was working and I don't seem to know what happened. Now when I test an unchanged record, everything is fine, but then when i change something, it doesn't update google and gives me the screen shot alert. I have permissions in the google calendar to change, modify, manage (I'm the owner). I tried reconnecting the accounts and it didn't help. Any thoughts?

Hi, I have a few tables for different marketing teams, and each team has their own campaigns and dates. Some campaigns have more than one date. I created a master integrated marketing plan where i pull in information from each marketing teams table. The dates end up living across multiple columns in each record, making it impossible to create a timeline view. I've tried formulas, rolling up dates, flattening, but nothing has enabled me to create a timeline view based off one date field the way airtable requires. Any suggestions or workarounds out there?

Is it possible to select a range of records in grid view using the checkboxes and apply a sort to just that range?

I deleted a couple of records from my inventory base (on purpose). Then I accidentally deleted a whole field. When I go to my Trash it says nothing has been deleted for 7 days. That’s not true. There should be two or three records AND the entire multiple-choice field in there. What do I do?

I have a Projects grid and a Tasks grid.The Projects grid has fields for Project name, start date, and end date. The Tasks grid has fields for Task name, start date, end date, and reference to the Project name.  For each Project, I would like the start date to be the earliest Task start date among all the Tasks that reference that Project.Similarly, I would like the end date of each Project to be the latest Task end date among all the Tasks that reference that Project. Thank you in advance for any help!!  

Hey All,I'm trying to get this formula to produce one of three outcomes based on a products variance % from its target FOB, but for some reason it is not producing anything. I have used this formula multiple times successfully on other tables, but for some reason it is not working for this case. At roughly 4pm EST 8/19/24 none of my users, including myself (admin) could no longer click linked records to see the detail screen for the latest (non-legacy) interfaces I have built.  The legacy interfaces still allow for linked records to be clicked into detail screens.It was working fine one minute, no changes to the interface were made, then the links simply stopped showing the flyout windows when the records were clicked.  When editing the interface and selecting the link destination it gives you the icon to test the flyout of the link and that does not work either.  Nothing at all happens when clicking the records.  No settings were updated or changed.  When I dug into it I did find that I could update my layout I was trying to click into and "Upgrade it out of legacy", however, when I attempted to do that it froze the page up and never was able to accomplish the upgrade.It feels like an update went out that accidentally caused this issu

Hello AirTable community! I am trying to create a separate table that takes just the created by name, their email, and the number of approved records they have (in this case, approved is referring to any record in the original table that receives a check mark) from the create table, and populate just those values in the notify table. The values are populated in there through an automation (if record has a check mark in the create table, put these specific values into the notify table)The issue I'm running into is that in the notify table, if a user has multiple records approved, then their name will appear multiple times. I would prefer it to be their name, their email, and then a column with a summed up numbers of how many records they've had approved ( want it to be a real time moving number). I cannot figure it out for some reason. Please help, thank you!!Current Output

Hi guys! I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or something has recently changed? Long story short, I'm not able any longer to nest the records through the interface. Currently, I'm working on the new base and I wanted to nest records to organise them in some logical order. For example, if I look at one of the bases I already created, you can see the option to nest the records. Now, I'd like repeat the same process in another base and the option to nest the records is missing?Any idea if something has changed? Thanks!

Over the last week or 2, the android airtable app has become next to unusable.If I perform any operation in the airtable app (modifying a record/creating a record etc), and then need to switch to another view or another table, I can't. I tap to change view/table and just get a loading wheel of death. The only way to open a new view/table is to restart the app. At which point, the problem repeats.We are a 3 person charity, 2 of us (full time) use Androids, and we have invested a lot of time and effort into building our airtable systems. We use it on mobile 95% of the time, and designed it to do so.Yet it's now totally unusable. My other full time worker needed to sign check hundreds of people off today at an event on airtable and could not.We asked our part timer, who uses an iPhone if she was having the same issue - it doesn't seem to be an issue for her, although she interacts with the data a lot less often.Is this happening for others?
