Hi Everyone, I have a base with 3 different tabs. Fist Tab is a Project General where I'm adding new projects. The second Tab is for a specific task (Scanning) and we are creating rows by floors, and it is linked with a specific project. The third tab is for the last task (Modeling), it needs to be tracked by floor as well. I would like to have an automation when a new floor is created in the Scanning tab, create a new record in the modeling tab with the same name, and if it is possible with the same project already linked. Could someone help me with that? Thanks!!!

Hello, I run a small business that produces a variety of hemp-based products in south India. We buy the seeds from the Himalayas and press hemp seed oil which also gives us the flour. With these two raw materials we currently produce up to 14 food and body-care products. These products are distributed locally and throughout India, retail and wholesale, brick and mortar stores and e-commere. I need a system that can help us keep track of all the orders, sales, stores, customers, stock, packaging, etc… For example a delivery is made to a local shop of 3 x oil, 5 x pasta, 8 x soap. I’d like that information to be recorded including the date. An automatic tally would give us the total sales of each outlet for each month. The 3 x oil, 5 x pasta, 8 x soap would also automatically be deducted from our stock total and potentially the packaging stock. I am trying out Norton Secure VPN. I encountered two problems. Neither of these occurred with my previous VPN (NordVPN). I have a table with a single field that is “single line text.” The table is sorted on that field and “keep sorted” is selected. When I added a new entry, it was not sorted into place, but rather stayed as the final entry in the table. When I tried to input a new entry in a more complex table via a form, a blank entry was added, without all the information that I entered on the form. Has anybody else experienced these problems, possibly with a different VPN? Thanks, Hershel

I am using ArrayUnique(values) as in a rollup field and then referencing this in a make.com scenario to output to a Word document. This works, but the output is a bit unfriendly.Products Acer_Vero B7_B227Q,Acer_Vero B7_B277,Acer_Vero B7_B247Y  I have tried changing the formula in the rollup field to something like ARRAYUNIQUE(values)&" - " but it has no effect.Is there a way to format the output to make it a little more readable - the ideal would be separate lines. EDIT: I have found how to add spaces etc usingARRAYJOIN(ARRAYUNIQUE(values), ', ')but is there any chance of adding a newline character (13) ?

For context, monitoring product listings on Amazon.I have 4 tables:Brands, with a lookup field to ASINs, from CatalogCatalog (containing ASINs), with a lookup field to OffersOffers, showing every offer on each ASIN, where each offer has a Seller ID, a lookup from Storefront Profiles.Storefront Profiles: Contains Seller ID.I'm trying to count, at Brand-level, the number of unique sellers associated with their ASINs. I've tried all sorts of counts and lookups, but can't get the right number. Either counting, duplicates, spaces.So far I have:In Catalog: A linked record to Offers, showing all offers per ASIN, with a lookup to show the active sellers.In Brand: A linked record to Catalog, showing all ASINs per brand, with lookups to show the offers and active sellers.Brand - 'Active sellers' - shows unduplicated sellers. Greetings devs! First post here after doing a bit of googling to no avail… I’m looking for an example of how to upload a zip archive to an attachment field. In the documentation there is mention of attachment objects but no mention of how to create one pro-grammatically. Any sample code or general guidance would be helpful regardless of language although Python would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Jean

I am trying to write a formula field that will summarize the responses of three separate single select fields (Prototype 1 Cost Status, Prototype 2 Cost Status, and Prototype 3 Costing Status) so my costing team can have an idea of what proportion of the current prototype stage is "Meeting Target" or "Not Meeting Target". Is it clear to anyone if a team of 7 for example, can pool all of their Airtable AI credits together and use them even if it is just one user who is pressing "Generate" each time? I have read all of the documentation + reached out to Support and they have not yet answered this seemingly easy question.My guess would be that you could but want to make sure before we put into production.  

Hi,I have a formula that currently works 90% of the time which finds the number of days between a date range for a given month. The issue is, when the end date, ends in the month I am looking for, example below Oct the formula is correct (row 1, 3 and 4 in the image below). However, when the end date includes BUT does not end in the given month (example: row 2 or 5 in the image below) I get 30 days. I want it to show as 31 days because the date range is inclusive of Oct 2024. Hey guys,I am trying to calculate out hours for our personnel worked on projects each day. We only have the start and end dates of projects, we were not tracking hours individually so this'll be a rough estimate at the end of the day. Here what I'm working with:Project Tracker table: This is the hub for all the project information including the start date and end date for each project. It links to the personnel table through a crew linked field.Personnel table: Contains all the information about a person.What I'm looking for:I need to calculate from a persons allotted 8 hours how many hours were worked on each project for each day. These hours will be split evenly to total 8 hours. The final numbers would show us:- Person total hours per project- Project Total hours from all personnelHere's a visual of what I'm thinking (not how it would look in airtable) Hopefully this makes sense. Hi everyone,I'm pretty basic with Airtable, but have been using it for years.I have created this base with an interface that explores the New Zealand Maths curriculum. I now have a resources page, which is fed by a form so that teachers can submit resources to support areas of the curriculum. What I am wanting is a way to show specific resources based on the current record that they are looking at on the MATHS interface page, ie, filter the resources page to match what the current user is looking at.Can I add a button to do this, or include the filtered resources in the actual math record? I don't want to individually have to do this for each record, some way of doing it globally/dynamic would be great.

I have an automation email that I am trying to include a personalised fallout form link inside the html of the email. The other html features like the header image as well as the dynamic link to pull in first name works. this is the code for the personalised link. Access Your AccountPlease don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or need assistance.  <a href=" invoice link "> December Invoice </a>(see attached image of true setup)  Invoice Link works as expected when I click it from the table. What happens when I send a preview of this is that is links back to the airtable base. Invoice Link is a formula, so I thought that was the issue, and duplicated it into a single line text filed and got the same result. Any hints on how to correct this?Eric 

I've shared a Read-Only link to an interface with a coworker but when he tries to access the interface he gets a message that says "Unable to request access to interface". He tried deleting his account and recreating it, but he's still getting the same message. I can't see any reason why he wouldn't have access. I even got an email about the $10 credit I received when he joined. Why can't he access the interface? I'm on the Team plan, in case that matters. I've got roughly 18 collaborators, most of whom are read-only. Thanks,Kelsey

I learned that we can do employee surveys by creating a form view. We’ve got a number of questions added to the forms, but there are other questions I’m considering. I don’t yet want to put them in the form. Is there a way for me to add a sort of note-to-self in a form view to remind that, “hey, here are a couple of additional questions you might want to consider?” If I was looking at a grid view, I’d just type those in a cell.

Hello everyone,I have a complex use case that I would like to implement in Airtable.I have a table “Projects” where projects can be created via a form. Among other things, the form must specify how the project affects our strategic goals. So we have 6 fields with strategic objectives where the user can rate 1-10. “Strategic Objective A”, ‘Strategic Objective B’ etc.Now these strategic objectives can change from year to year. However, I would like to know for each project on the basis of which objectives we defined the prioritization at the start of the project.I would therefore create another table where the objectives are recorded annually and the prioritization of the objectives is recorded in another field.Now I would like my interface (project overview) to display the objectives/priorities for each project that were defined at the start of the project, even if our general strategic objectives have changed in the meantime. How would you set up the base and create the  link
