Hello,We use airtable to manage a database of audio assets and often use the preview function to listen to the songs. The previews regularly freeze like it's a buffering issue and we need to refresh the page or skip the audio a little to get it to work again. It used to be now and again, but now it happens every single time we try to play a song. It affects multiple users across multiple fibre optic wifi connections and has been ongoing for years. We tried all the usual stuff like different browsers, clearing the cache etc. but nothing seems to make a difference. It feels a bit random and buggy. It happens in table views, record views, list views and where we mostly use it... interfaces. It has also happened on hundreds if not thousands of files from various professional sources.  We can still preview everything eventually but it just slows down our workflow dramatically. So I'm trying to import images in an attachment field.  I tried connected my Dropbox account but unfortunately it's not showing all the folders in my Dropbox account.  It's only showing the first folder.  Is there something I'm missing with permissions maybe? 

Hello All!New to Airtable but loving it so far!I created a CRM for my company, and also created several interfaces for employees to use the CRM. Everyone uses the interfaces on the Airtable mobile app on their iphone.One of the interfaces is a Referral Log, that allows users to add client referrals, comment, and keep track of them. Every employee has full access to this Referral Log interface, and can edit, create, etc.I have built everything to be seamless, and it is perfect so far - save for one issue:When a user comments on a Referral, or uses the @ symbol to add someone to the thread - they receive a notification that someone commented or mentioned them. This notification exists in the "notifications" menu in the apps base menus. However when you click into the notification a message appears "This page is not supported on mobile. Go to Desktop view." - the annoying part is you can easily just go to the record you were mentioned in and view the

Me and my team is often using Airtable on our phones. One of my colleagues is editor in two bases. However the app only allows her to filter on her phone in one base and not the other. They're both personal grid view.Is says this when she tries to filter in the base she can't filter:"UNSUPPORTED FILTERSThis view's filters cannot be displayed in the iOS app yet. Please use airtable.com in a desktop browser to display and edit it."Does anyone know why that is?

Hi,Looking at getting a Microsoft Surface with an ARM chip - does anyone know whether the windows app works on these devices?  I understand some of the Windows apps that are designed for Intel processors do not work on these, or are at least slow.Thanks, 

Hi.  For the past 1 - 3 days, I've been experiencing immense slowdowns using the web UI interface of Airtable, when loading tables, changing formulas, doing any updates whatsoever.  This used to work pretty fast up till now. As far as I know, nothing drastic has changed from my base size, or design.The Web UI takes ages to load irrespective of table size, I have tables of less than 200 records which take a very long time, and also others of 10,000 records. Tools integrating with Airtable, like Make and some other tools, still work pretty fast and get good response rates.I have no idea where to start to troubleshoot such performance issues, or how to go about this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with counting linked records in Airtable, and I’d love your help! I’ve created two tables for managing group interviews:1. “Entrevues Dispo” (Interview Slots) – Tracks the availability of each interview slot.2. “Entrevues Inscriptions” (Interview Registrations) – Stores candidate registrations linked to the available slots. In the Entrevues Dispo table, I have a linked field called “Entrevues confirmées” (Confirmed Interviews), which pulls all the candidates linked to a specific interview slot. The relationship works, and I can see the correct linked records. The Problem: I’m trying to calculate the number of candidates per slot using COUNTA({Entrevues confirmées}). When creating filters for views, I often have to select a lot of options from a multiselect field. Once i've selected more than a couple, it becomes difficult to see all my selections. It would be great if the filter view area could be enlarged to full screen or expand to display all the available options. 

Emails sent via automations replace underscores with nothing, thereby corrupting the URLs, and other values, that contain underscores. I've read the many posts about this and still can't figure out the syntax to use to make this happen.Here's an example screenshot:What syntax would I use to ensure the Asset Location (URL) field values will retain any underscores?I've tried single-quotes with parentheses, and/or brackets but am not having success.Thoughts?   

I have read previous posts on this topic (syncing with Google Sheets) but a lot of these posts are from 2019, 2020 or even earlier. I would like to sync up my Google Sheets data with Airtable so my tables in Airtable update as Google Sheets updates. I am unable to use zzzBot because of privacy restrictions (?) and a lot of changes have been made to different integrations. Does anyone know whether it is possible to sync Google Sheets data with Airtable?

I am new to the free version of Airtable which I am using to keep track of my craft stamps. I have at the moment around 500 items which have sentiments listed. When I try to find a particular sentiment I search for eg has any of, but it gives me "enter comparison value" and all the sentiments I have created. What I want is just a search box so I can just type just one word eg happy, so all those sentiments are found. What have I done wrong please and how can I rectify it.

Hello, I am trying to get this to work but all I get so far is a massive headache haha 🙂Context : organizing automatic reminders to clients we're meeting at a trade show. On the day of the meeting, I want to send a reminder to the invitee at 8:00 local time (and of course this local time changes depending on where the trade show is) to tell them they have a meeting with us that day.I have two tables.> One for trade shows with Trade Show Name (linked to the other table) and various fields, one being a number field providing the hours difference as well as a time zone field 'Europe/Paris' for instance, this being the time zone where the trade show takes place. > One for meetings with plenty of fields, including one that comes from our booking tool (Calendly) and where I've set up a webhook and the meeting time always comes as UTC. I have there also a lookup field repatriating the hours difference as well as the timezone field.

Hi,I'm looking to secure that some fields are filled out before a user can check a "Save" checkbox on an interface page, since there is no actual "Submit" button we can use. I have gathered from previous answers that there are no native ways to do this in Airtable.To be sure I'm asking again if somebody has come up with something for this?Alternatively, has anybody had any experience with the new DataGuard extension? They claim to be able to do this, but the public info is relatively brief and I would appreciate hearing of any real life experiences. I am trying to find a better way of building out our schedule across the entire portfolio.Current setup:Projects tableTask TableFinancials TableCurrently the schedule only assumes the task lead times to do a workback for planning along with a workforward schedule that adjusts forecasted delivery based on actual stage gate progress.Separately we manage finances and track costs and approvals, along with payments, however all of these are linked to the projects. When we hit our budget for the month in our portfolio spend, we end up delaying tasks and pausing development.So what i would like to do is have the workback schedule anticipate the weekly budget and increase LT for the workback so that we can ensure we are starting projects early enough to schedule in their payments.Is there a way to structure this with automations and formulas to avoid having to do this manually for 1000's of projects? 

Hi Everyone, I’m getting a few enquiries about clients wanting to move from HubSpot to a Airtable based CRM. It looks like HubSpot allows the export of the Contacts, Accounts, Deals and probably other related activities but I wondered if anyone has been through the pain of doing this and associating the records back in Airtable. Any advice, tips, lookouts is greatly appreciated. Jason

Hey guys, I need your help!I have 3 tables -1. Projects2. Items3. TasksIn general - each project has linked items and each item has linked tasks.Because that was the goal, the only place where a specific employee is associated is at the tasks stage.Because each task is linked to an item and each item is linked to a project, I knew that if I associated an employee with a specific task, he would also be associated with the appropriate item and task.The problem - the client now says that he does not want each item to have a task.Now, this creates a problem for me because in such a situation I do not have a task to link to this item and then the employee "does not know" that he is associated with this item because there is no task under it.How do I overcome this?Did I build the entire system incorrectly?Do I need to create an "employee" field that we will have to enter at each stage? Task, item and project?

Details below;1) Buyers need to make single or multi item enquiries to their delivery location.2) Sellers need to be able to make one or more quotes against selected enquiry items.3) Upon approval from both sides the status moves to ordered. 4) Currently I have the inquiry items table linked to a parent table which holds the buyers details. Likewise with the quote items linked to parent table.5) The sellers needs to view the inquiries and choose the selected products to quote price and quantities against. I have a base with two tables: Employees and Projects.Employees has a primary field of Employee ID and Project IDs.Projects has a primary field of Project ID, Project Manager(s), and Status.In the Employees table I want the field "Project IDs" to be automatically populated with the corresponding Project ID from the Projects table when the Employee ID matches any names in the Project Manager(s) and when Status is not "Completed".Sounds like it should be simple. It's because my table is not publicly accessible so how can I change that so Instagram can access the Video URL without being blocked?

Hi, how are you?I have one table of leads that has the date each lead entered the system.Another table of advertising expenses where I pull yesterday's advertising expenses every day.At the end, I want to make a total of how much a lead costs me each day.I thought about adding a column in the advertising expenses table where I would pull the total of each day's leads and then divide the expense by the number of leads.But - I can't figure out how to do it correctly without running a lot of internal automation.Could it be that I'm missing something?
