Hello,I'm experiencing a bug with a list-type interface that I created for one of our clients. This interface allows them to validate product deliveries. To send the necessary information to the relevant people, I set up an automation linked to a button within this interface.iPhone users are able to send the information without any issues. However, on Android, if the user is only invited to the interface and not to the base itself, the automation does not trigger. Please see the attached photo for reference.

Is there any way to set an automatic log out from Bases? If users are using a base and forget to log out even if they close airtable that persons bases are open to anyone who opens Airtable again on that machine. If there was a way to set an automatic full log out after a period of inactivity this would ensure base privacy. Alternatively could the administrator of the base have the ability to log all users out if necessary.

Hi all,I'm running into some issues and dead ends with getting a linked field to display multiple links the way I need them. Right now, I have a linked field that looks like this:You can see the newest records (the ones on 9.19.24) displayed first, tracking what I sent someone and when I sent it.When I add something new in the future, I would like it to display first (i.e. to the far left), because some of these cells have 50-60 entries.. but apparently Airtable will ONLY sort these by the date a field was created? Also, when expanding this cell, I'm also seeking a way to either 1. limit the number of linked fields that display (i.e. to 2 or 3), and/or be able to add a new linked field at the top of this list:Right now my only option is to scroll all the way to the bottom and add one there:Basically, I'm trying to find a quick way to see what I last sent someone, and when I add something new, it needs to be the first thing that appears in a linked field (so I know what to referenc

I have been tasked with automating attendance tracking provided Webex meeting attendance data (which can be downloaded as a CSV). I understand I'd need a common key in order for the data to mesh, but I am struggling to understand how to get Webex and Airtable to talk with each other and update the airtable automatically. Any advice on making Webex and Airtable talk to each other would be welcome. 

I see there is a log formula but I have some formulas using the natural log and that doesn't appear to be an option ive got even though I do have it in excel. Maybe I'm not looking the in the right place. Im wondering if there is a way that I can express LN() in airtable. Thanks for reading

We have a couple of public forms where we are collecting information from customers. (Registration for Ten Digit Long Code (10DLC) SMS/Text-Enabled Landline Telephone Numbers) Once they hit ‘Submit’ they no longer have access to the information. Often times they make mistakes or need to add updates. We would like to be able to generate a URL that we can email or text to the customer that would open the form with whatever is in that particular record (obviously protected by a GUID or something similar a-la shared google docs) Is it possible?

I used the DATETIME_DIFF({Date Due}, TODAY(), ‘days’) formula to give me the number of days until the due date, however, how do I put an IF statement in if there isn’t a start / due date?

Hello - I have a table for 'Booked Calls'. New entries come in when a call is scheduled and when the call time is passed an email goes to our client asking for feedback. Ok, here's the workflow I'm trying to create:User 1 creates a new ticket by completing a form. (Easy)Automation generates an email to User 2, notifying them of the new ticket, including a few details and a link that opens the record in another form, which includes the details from the original ticket submitted and the ability to update the status and other fields as needed, then submitting the form to update the ticket. (???)User 1 gets an automated email, notifying them of the updated ticket. (Also easy)Is it possible to generate url that will open the record in a form to be updated and submitted? If not, could I instead generate a link that opens the record in an interface that I design for that purpose? I'm trying to minimize the opportunity for either user to get confused by other records or the Airtable interface, since neither of them will be Airtable users.Any creative ideas?Thank you!!!

I’m using the from view for people to register for an upcoming round robin event! I’d like to lock submissions after we hit 12 responses. Is there a way or workaround to make this possible? If not, no worries. How can I “lock” it manually to prevent additional entries?

Hi Just wondering if anybody can help with a formula?I'm trying to set up a task (meeting date) that can occur on a Tuesday of say the 1st week, 2nd week, 3rd week or 4th week of the month. So lets say the due day was  Tuesday 02/10/2024 then i'd like to set up a recurring meeting date for the 1st Tuesday of the following month. If the due date was Tuesday 08/10/2024 then it would recur on the 2nd Tuesday the following month and so on.My head is baffled so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I’m new to arrays and I think I’m missing something very obvious here but I thought I’d ask and see if someone could point it out to me. I have a base which has two relevant tables, Customer and Other Party. Each Customer could be related to one or more other parties and vice versa each Other Party could be related to one or more Customers. Each table uses the email address as the primary key. I’m trying to connect the two using data fed in from a Cognito form via Integromat. After the form submit trigger, I’ve got it iterating the customers, searching for the relevant Customer Record IDs and aggregating the Record IDs into a new array so the output is Array=Collection1(ID=rec…)/Collection2(ID=rec…). It’s correctly identifying the related customers and their Airtable record IDs, but the problem comes when I try to use that information when I’m creating the records on the Other Party table. I'm putting together a website/CRM/internet stuff for a window cleaning business. I've looked at Jobber and it seems to offer everything we need but at $100+ per month it's pretty expensive. I tried kickserv which is about half the price for the features we need but my cursory exploration has not been impressive. I love Airtable and I bet the tools have already been developed to make it work. What sites like Jobber do is give an embeddable form that plugs the customer right into the database. They have another form that the worker can use to create an estimate and this of course all gets plugged right into the database. This can all go together and spit out an invoice. These are the main features I need to figure out for Airtable. Some other parts of the Jobber-type solution are things like CC processing and messaging. These are nice to have but aren't essential as long as the system can provide notifications when certain things happen. Any suggestions for tools/app

Hi,Our Airtable approach is to provide users with interfaces, nobody works in the base directly. For a Google Calendar event creation automation we now need to add users. The automation is initiated from a button, and its purpose is to create a new event for the user that clicks the button.However, I couldn't figure out a way to make new calendar connections, nor how to make the automation fully follow the "current user" approach.The questions are:(1) I could only find a way to connect new Google Calendars myself (as the admin). Since I don't have, and don't want to have, the users' Google credentials, how can I facilitate new connections? I don't want to extend user access to the base just for this. Some way of sending connection invitations by mail?(2) given I find a solution for the above, I would wish not to hard code a separate conditional logic for each user, so that the Google Calendar entry could be made for the right user. Currently, the record level revision history shows with the oldest on top. That view also puts newer comments at the end/bottom. If I want to see something recent I have to scroll all the way to the bottom. Is there any way to reverse that so that comments and revision history shows with the most recent at the top?

Hi, I’m starting with Airtable and I think it’s excellent. I try to move all my work with Googlesheet to Airtable, but there is a functionality that I can not find and that I miss. It is the Autocrat complement. With this add-on I automatically generate, with each new record, a pdf file that is also automatically sent instantly by mail to an account extracted from the registry itself. It is necessary for me in my work, and I wonder if it is possible to do this with Airtable and some additional complement, or if on the contrary I should forget about it. Thanks, and excellent work!

Hi, I am trying to find a way to find the value that is the second to the max value of multiple linked record using rollup. I can find the max value, but I am still unable to find a way to find the second to max value. So if I have, 21840, 20194, 21664, I need to be able to work with the max(21840) and the second to max(21664). I hope I have explained my situation properly and hopefully someone can help me. Could someone share the correct way to update a multiple select field using a script?I have one table where I receive data from form submissions. When a submission is received, I use data from the submission to update a multiple select field in a record in another table. We are a Civil Contracting company and just started using airtable for some simple data tracking.  What we are trying to do is build a simple "app" that can house some forms for our drivers to fill out thru out the day, ie material load info and refueling info.I have built some forms that use a sharable link, it works but is cumbersome when there are several different forms for the drivers to use.  I was hoping to figure out a way to either set permissions in airtable so the driver can only view and utilize the forms or have an "app" that hosts the forms in one spot.  These are truck drivers and not all of them are tech friendly so I need to keep it as simple as possible.Thank you in advance for any ideas on how to tackle this issue.

A few years back I set up a base for one of our clients who was new to Airtable. I invited them as a collaborator to the base to start to familiarize them with the system. Since then we have been paying for both us and them as a collaborator on the base. The time has come that we want to transfer owernship of the base to them completely so they will both be managing and paying for the base. How do I go about doing that? Do I invite them as an owner and then delete them as a collaborator? How do I remove myself as an owner for the base? How do we get them set up to be billed for the base?

Hi - I am building a base that serves as a marketing tech stack document. I am listing software titles in the first column, and then have columns for "Features in use" and "Features available but not in use" etc.  Each of those columns have multiple selection options.  My goal is to be able to create a view that will group all the software options by the individual features.  So one example use is that I want to be able to see all our software that has the Available Feature to do SMS texting in one group. Did I set this up right to do that?
