Here is what I have managed so far:• In the first table, when I confirm that the record is eligible through a single-select option, I have been able to:1. Copy it to a second table dedicated to Marketing.2. Copy it to a third table dedicated to the Backend.What I am unable to do is:1. When I activate a trigger in the Marketing table, I would like the record to update in the Backend table as well.I have tried both reproducing the tables manually and individually copying the columns and using the "link to another record" function with tables in lookup.The error I encounter is that sometimes it doesn't find the record, and other times it indicates that the input entered is not feasible.In the end, it just needs to update a single-select field, nothing complicated. 🥹

Hello friendsI have a script, that makes queries and record update,  after that I have Google Calendar Sync, Calendar Dates are dependent on Script results. I tried await keyword in front of record update statement and the timeout end of the script, but Calendar Sync executes before the script ends, how i can solve this problem, any ideas?

I have a base with Costs and I want to set up a form where our staff can select multiple records data from one base that will then create a new record in a different base. I want these new records to only show the data selected in the form. This base has unique 'cost code' fields and a corresponding 'Nett Rate' field. I want them to be able to select multiple 'cost codes' that will then create a new record with all of those selected cost codes and Nett Rate fields I then want to set up an automation that sends that record as a CSV file to an email address

Hi guys. I made a connection with Make, so I can transfer every incoming email from certain accounts to a new data row in Airtable.The problems are the attachments. I am showing you in the pictures below how I would like them to appear and how they actually appears. We need every attachment to be shown in a preview as a separate file.. Since the rude depreciation of APIs from Jotform, I have rebuilt my integration using their new system. However, it fails every time a form is submitted reporting:Unknown Field Name "fldqb0p2A79uDENvw". I have no field of that name in either Jotform or Airtable, mine are all user friendly names. So what's going on? I have raised the issue with Jotform support who say they need more detailed logs. Any ideas?

Hello,I need help setting up an automation that links records in a "dependencies" field to a predecessor/successor record (determined by order number). The goal is to automate tasks to hit contributors dashboard when its their turn to work on the project. We have a Projects, Tasks, Content Type and Templated Steps boards that ive set an extension to generate a specific task list based on the type of content. I can edit the extension code to include the dependencies field and set those are part of the template, but the problem is that many project managers use this as a starting point and edit the task list manually, adding or subtracting tasks for their specific need. If a project manager edits the task list, they have to manually manipulate the dependencies field using the gantt view, which is cumbersome and manual. id like to set a way for the field to automatically update based on the task order. So the trigger I have in place is "when record is updated"-

Saw a new ARRAYSLICE function pop up in auto-complete today that isn't in the documentation. Anyone know where it came from? I suppose it allows for a less hack-y way to access individual items in a rollup, but I'm not sure what it provides in isolation, since you would need to know the index of the item you're looking for, unless you're looking for the last item in a rollup.

Hi Experts!My goal is to create an image carousel in HTML/CSS to embed in a website in order to view the image uploaded in an attachment field for each record. Something like Airbnb image gallery. The number of photos may vary so it must be flexible.I'm currently using Softr to display my item details in Airtable but the options to show images are poor and not very UX friendly. But I can embed code. I already do that with embedded YouTube videos and google maps.Right now I'm thinking to build a html code + CSS iframe with make.com that is feeded with Airtable attachments with the iterator block, and then copy to in a rich text field for each record, but I'll need a CSS HTML5 developer.Any other ideas on how to implement this?Thanks a lot for any suggestion!

Hello, I am trying to build a query in Power Query/Power BI to load an Airtable table into the data model. I have found some working code which uses the offset parameter returned by the API to deal with the pagination. However, the offset value returned does not match the API documentation and gives an error when I try to parse it. I have a form that collects multiple garment measurements. Each measurement goes into its own field.I would like for all the measurement fields to be displayed on the form. One or more should be required, depending on the value of another field (garment type).This doesn't seem to be possible. Have I missed something?

I want to automate an email that goes to staff two weeks before their leave year renews on the anniversary of their start date each year.Is it possible to create a formula which will automatically show the next anniversary in a date format? For example: If my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 07/02/2024 then the next anniversary date should read 28/02/2024Or if my start date is 28/02/2019 and today is 01/03/2024 then the next anniversary date would read 28/02/2025I'm UK based so using DD-MM-YYYY formatting. I'm struggling to generate anything that works - any help appreciated.

Hi I am a newbie to Airtable so please bear with me.I have been using JotForm to collect timesheet data from employeesand one field contains team members i.e. could be more than one team member in a single field and appear to be space separated in Airtable - in the JotForm itself this is a multiple select for each team member present that dayHow can I view/split this to make individual timesheets for each member listed in that cell i.e. duplicate the view for each one of those team members please?  This would then enable me to share each team members timesheet with them individually?The team member field looks like this:ThanksKalpesh 

Forgive my ignorance!  I have a column called Tickets.  I ultimately want this column to tell me how many tickets to each event AND separately, the number of tickets for the attendee for each event.  At the bottom of the table, I want a total number of tickets to a venue, despite there be multiple events at the venue.Do I have to create multiple columns to get this?

Im using Parser by Zapier to receive mails and create a record with certain infos mapped to my columns. One of which is the Mail Attachment to be placed in a File Column in Airtable. Somehow the file gets renamed on the process. In my example I send "invoice-60.pdf" to the zapier parser. I have been tasked with developing a system for individuals to evaluate (with a rubric) a series of proposals related to a strategic plan coming in.Individuals are submitting ideas using a Form that feeds into an AirTable Base (Base 1). We are doing this because we also want to visualize the ideas.The idea is that once individuals submit their ideas, a group of people will be able to evaluate them using a scored rubric (Base 2). Initially, I figured I would create another Base and then Sync the Two Bases (One Way) While also adding a form that would input the scores into the New Base (Base 2). I would link them based on either the AirTable ID or the Title of the Proposal. I was then going to create a third base (Base 3) that scores and averages the results of the evaluation.The challenge I am running into is that MULTIPLE people will complete the evaluation – up to 15. Hi everyone. I have a table "receipts" that collects receipts linked to different projects. Every receipt can only be linked to one project. The Receipts table has a Number Field "Amount in Euro". Now I the Project table, I want to have a Rollup field with the sum of all Amount field. But only those who are linked with the Project im currently in. What I want to do is add the condition "Where Project is exactly current project". So for Project 1 it filters by that, for Project 2 by that one. But I can only choose one particular project. Am I missing something or is there another way to do this? Basically what im trying to do is see the Sum of all incoming and outgoing receipts for every project right within the Project. Any helps would be greatly appreciated 🙂
