Hello,I'm working on an automation that, when triggered by a new record being created, runs a script. The script should take that record, parse a comma-delimited list, then create new records in a separate table. The new records are include the unique names, the count of each unique name, and a link back to the original record. I mostly have this sorted now thanks to some awesome older forum posts, but I'm having trouble understanding how to write new records.The error I'm getting is on the last line of code where the records are being created: Error: Field "fldjndAnd48IHziyd" cannot accept the provided value.I believe the issue is with how I'm assigning the records. Hi again,I'm facing an issue in base designing and I can't find the answer myself or in this forum, so I'm trying here,I have this field in the table named "Actions", linked to another table named "Inventory", every time I add an action, I can choose to add every item I have in my "Inventory" table.I want to keep my inventory up to date, so every time I add a row in the "Action" table, I want to -1 of the specific item in my Inventory section.Can you help me find a way to do it? Hi There,Seeking some help writing a formula to show the minimum of two date fields in a specified format. Basically,I have a field that lists days of the week with no reference to date. I have tasks that need to be done on a particular day. Would like to another field to automatically update itself with date of the current week for that given day.  Is this possible?  Thanks

Hi, I would like to print an airtable view and exclude certain columns from being printed. If I use the “hide”-function, I don’t see the columns in the table anymore, but they appear when I print them. Is there a way to exclude certain columns from getting printed?

Hi everyone,In an interface form, I have this field that is linked to another source.When clinking the "+ Add record", my end user will have the possibility to link a record from another table.Unfortunately, when I click on the "+ Add record" button, a new form open, with nothing but just the autonumber of the record, and no other details.As you can see on the picture above, just the autonumber, which is somewhat really tricky to know which record to select...Details for the form's parameters here :Can someone please explain how to show all the details from the other table on that form?Thank you a lot,Elie

I have a lot of different clients who are using internal data entry with customized forms through the interface designer.It's such a waste of space now.  And I'm stuck looking like it's external form when I just want a clean internal entry form for my clients for whatever they want to do.PLEASE bring back the internal form maker so I can position and resize the entry fields for internal forms.

Hi all,I have an automaton where at X time, once a week, records are scanned for any projects that are within the next coming week, the status is to be changed to "Upcoming". I am recieving an error message on the update record part. Hi all,I want to build a base for tracking the onboarding and ongoing training of employees at our company. We have a list of “SOPs” standards and guides. I’ll just call them SOPs here. There are actually several lists (one for engineering, one for accounting, one for HR stuff, etc). These lists currently reside in a series of google sheets that have columns to describe what the SOP is for, who “owns” it, what the status of it is and its priority for training purposes and a link to it (in google drive). Then there is a master list that links out to the other lists. The challenge is that I want to track how well each employee on the team knows a particular standard, and if it is a priority for them to learn it. And it doesn’t make sense to do that in the spreadsheet format. I want to transition this to an Airtable base that relates a table with our employees (a row/record for each employee) to a table with the SOPs. So for each employee there would be a few fields that define:

Hi,I have a field which is multiple select in the airtable, and for one record there are 119 selections to be made. Is there a way to load them in go, than adding every single option under multiple select for that particular record. thanks

My plan says that I am over the limit on a base. When I go to my account page it says “All of your bases are within the record and attachment limits for your current plan (annual Pro)”. I am needing this fixed so that I can add new records. Specifically, I am trying to push new records from Activecampaigns to Airtable via Zapier. I realized that when the base was not updating with new contacts that there was a notification about a limit excess. Does anyone know how to fix this error? This is causing a big issue with my business.

I'm trying to connect Power Automate with Airtable using this connector: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/airtable/. I am able to connect when using the API Key. However, when I try to use a personal access token, I get an error. I've tried the full PAT (82 characters) and the PAT key after the token ID. What am I doing wrong? 

Hello all!I don't believe this is possible with how automations work with Airtable as I know them, as they seem to be restricted to only automating one table and that one table's records. Regardless, I'm hopeful there's an extension or something that can get around this, as this seems like something that would be extremely useful to most people. I'm going to lay out an example for what I'm trying to do/the parameters around it, rather than trying to explain it with a block of paragraphs.An existing table's records is a list of projects. These projects are labeled as either approved/denied/pending/submitted in this table, and each of the project records were spawned from a submitted form. I have a formula that I'm attempting to show "Sold" if tickets to an event have been sold, but if the tickets have not been sold, to display the number of days until the event. I already have another formula that will give me the number of days until the event.Generally, the formula below is working - except for one scenario, when a ticket was sold for $0.00. You may wonder why a ticket would be sold as zero, but that indicates to us that the ticket was given away - as compared to just not used.I've tried to use the presence of a value (my best working version below), and I've also tried to use the =BLANK variable, because if there is no sale at all then the cell has nothing in it, but Airtable seems to treat a value of $0.00 the same as BLANK.So then I tried a variation of this formula with >=0 but then ALL values were returned as true - even values where there's nothing in the cell.Here's what I have for a formula currently:IF({Event Sale

Hello! I have created an order management app through Airtable that tracks our open orders through their entire process. We import to Airtable through a Zapier Zap from an Excel file that was exported out of our POS system. We have a master key that comes out of our POS system and it is unique to each item in every single open order (each row is an item, not an order). Once the item status has been set to "Complete" I have it set up in Airtable to move to a "Completed Items" Kanban view. We need a way for Airtable, Zapier, whichever to recognize when the item has been invoiced (paid for, left the building). When an order is invoiced it will not show up in our "Open Customer Orders" Excel export from the POS system any longer. (Makes sense, of course.) There will be no master key to map to.

Hey guys,I am looking for a way to add records form a linked field using a form.Heres what I what I have right now:GFX Request Form to create a new dated request in the Requests table, I have a linked field to "Individual GFX"  to track the individual GFX for each request. Obviously on the interface forms that linked field shows up as a dropdown to choose existing records of individual GFX, I need to be able to make new records. I've seen some posts about this pointing to outside forms and I'd like to avoid using that unless you have a reliable secure form site.Let me know if there's some scripting or automation you know of to do this. OR! Is this something that can be implemented in the future oh airtable overlords?
