Hi, in order to consent my bank service platform to receive api requests from airtable, I need to put on his whitelist the ip address from which API Requests comes.Reading documentation I found they should be 52.44.24.118 and 3.215.151.50but not working...Any suggestions?ThanksPeppe 

Hi everyone,I’m working on a workflow where I’d like to bring live job costing data from QuickBooks Online into Airtable, specifically linked to Projects (i.e. QBO “Customers” with IsProject=true).The goal is to have Airtable show income and costs by project, so that project profitability and job cost tracking are always up to date. Ideally this would cover both accrual (Invoices, Bills, etc.) and cash-basis (Payments, BillPayments, Expenses, Checks, etc.) transactions — pulling the amounts tied to each project’s CustomerRef and syncing them into Airtable tables for Projects and Job Cost Lines.Has anyone here implemented something like this — a live sync or near real-time integration between QuickBooks and Airtable for job costing by project?

Hi everyone,I'm looking for advice on implementing a nightly data sync workflow.My Setup:CSV file with 25,000 records that needs to sync to an Airtable table Currently using the Sync API, which has a 10,000 record limit Need to perform a complete refresh (delete all + re-sync) every nightThe Challenge: Since my dataset is 2.5x larger than the sync limit, I need to send the data in 3 batches. However, I'm struggling to find the right approach to:Clear the entire table before syncing Successfully sync all 25,000 records in multiple batchesWhat I've Tried:Various sync configuration settings Setting up a webhook-triggered automation to delete all records before syncing Different batching strategiesMy Question: Has anyone successfully implemented a nightly sync workflow for CSV data that exceeds the 10,000 record sync limit? Dear Airtable community I need your help, please. We’re currently using Pipedrive (PD) to track our customers throughout the sales process and I’d really like to automate adding information to Airtable (AT). Does anyone know if there is a way that, when an orders is WON on PD that this customer record can automatically be created in AT? We have broadly similar fields, but from looking at Zapier, I can only see this linked to all activity updates/ creation of records, but not specifically something that ‘runs’ when an order is WON. Really hope you can help…! If I’m missing something that would help answer the question, do please ask and hopefully this is something that I can get up and running. Thanks in advance, Mark

Hi, I am pretty new to this and not a developer. We are using Airtable for our product database for our Shopify store, and have Airpower as the sync between them. This works pretty good, but there is one major thing we need that Airpower does not support.We need the number of "committed" inventory of the products to sync from Shopify into Airtable in real-time. Right now, the Airpower Inventory sync only brings the "available" number through, but both are required for us, and we need the data to by syncing constantly so it's up to date.Is this something we could use a webhook for? Or is there a simpler process?

Is there a way to use Airtable sync to conditionally sync data from one base to another? I need to only sync specific records and not all of the records in table.If it is not possible using Airtable sync, is there any other way of accomplishing this?

When creating a PRD or similar and I want to copy a User into the file so they are aware of the update I have always used the @ sign and selected the email from the dropdown list. When I then come out of this the email has automatically been sent. Do I also need to set up an automation? I have not done this previously as it is not always to the same person / group. 

Am I overcomplicating this?I have an automation to create a time stamp in a Date Completed field when a Status single-select field is changed to Done. The Date Completed field is populated with the full date and time, but I need to utilize this information in a Reporting interface for my management so I’d like to be able to have them select the month from a Dropdown Filter. To that end, I’ve created Month Completed field that uses a simple formula to just show the 3-letter code for the month, based on the Date Completed field.The issue I’m having now is that I’m not able to use that 3-letter code (because it’s a formula field?) as a filter on the Dashboard.I could create another automation that’ll convert the formula field into plain text or even a single-select field, but I feel like I’ve now created a whole bunch of steps to do something that might be accomplished in a simpler method. Note that the Month Completed info isn’t being used anywhere else. I have a few collaborators that have editor access, but keep getting an error message stating “You are not permitted to perform this operation” when trying to submit a form that creates a record. They can update records without any issue, but I can’t seem to get it so they can create new records.   This is through a form in an interface, but I can’t find anything that would prevent them from submitting the form. There are no restrictions within the form itself that I see. I’ve checked that they have Editor access to the specific interface, there is nothing on the interface page with the form that would allow me to make any restrictions, and I’ve confirmed the table where the record is being create allows for collaborators with editor access to create new records.  I then created it as a separate form, not within the interface and the only way we could get it to work was to open the access to anyone, which we don’t want.  Can someone point me to what I’m missing or should be doing diffe

I have an Airtable base that includes a Form View in a particular Table. I would like to be able to create a new Record in that Table and fill in some, but not all, of the fields for that Record. I’d like for the remaining fields for that record to be filled in by someone else. Can I send a URL that is unique to that record for that person to go to and fill in the remaining fields?

Hi all! I have a problem that I feel should have an obvious solution: I’d like to set up an Automation that normalizes a string value after input by base collaborators. However, the Automation appears to run too early, catching only parts of the input string. (This behavior is not consistent, though: From time to time the Automation will catch the whole string.) I selected When record updated as trigger and configured it to watch only for changes in a specific field (in my case: Keyword). Example from the screenshot: The entered text is “Aldi Angebote”, but the Automations appears to run already after the first letters are typed in, so only “Ald” is used as Automation input. What’s the best way to solve this problem? Is there a better trigger for this use case that I am missing?

I have an Airtable that is populated from Jotform submissions. The Jotform has a configurable list that for someone to fill in their schedule for the week. The configurable list can’t be split in Jotform so I’m trying to split information in Airtable. I want all of the days of the week listed in the configurable list cell to be extracted in a Days Open column but can only figure out how to extract the first instance using regexextract.  For example the configurable list will come in as:Day Open: Monday, Opening Date: 2025-06-16, Closing Date: 2025-10-27, Start Time: 09:00 AM, End Time: 02:00 PMDay Open: Saturday, Opening Date: 2025-08-09, Closing Date: 2025-08-30, Start Time: 10:00 AM, End Time: 04:00 PM and I want Monday, Saturday to show up in the days they are open. 

Hi everyone! 😄I’m trying to create a script for Airtable Automation that limits the number of records a user can create per page in Softr + Airtable. The idea is: Table: Projects Field that identifies the logged-in user: Criado por Field that identifies the originating page: Página Acesso Limit of records per user per page: defined in the script (e.g., 3) Desired behavior: if the user tries to create more than the limit, the extra record should be automatically deleted. So far, I’ve tried using Find records + Delete record in the automation, but it didn’t work as expected. I’m looking for a ready-to-use script or example that does the following: Count how many records already exist in the Projects table for the same Criado por and Página Acesso. If the count exceeds the defined limit, delete the newly created record. Does anyone have a script that works in this scenario or can share an example adapted to this table and these fields?Thanks! 🙏

ObjectiveI would like to automatically import files (PDF or other formats) into Airtable, from either: a local directory, or a Google Drive folder. ContextI currently have a CSV file containing the drawing numbers.However, since it’s not possible to include file attachments directly in a CSV, the corresponding files (PDF drawings, images, etc.) are stored separately in a folder.RequirementI would like each file to be automatically matched with the correct record in Airtable, based on the drawing number, in order to consolidate all data and files into a single, centralized table. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi.We are using Airtable to display data about our system landscape. We want to share this data with our organization, and have therefore crated links and added these to our internal CMS system.If the link is shared to somebody outside our organization, the information should not be available. We tired to handle this with the “Access restricted to our email domain”, but found out that it requires that the use is an airtable user. If we don’t make any restrictions that link can be accessed by anyone how has it.In the perfect solution, we would like that only our Active directory users have access to the shared link. Is there any way to solve this?Thanks in advance.

HiI want to be able to generate a barcode/QR code upon approval of incoming goods.Once generated, each packet that has been approved (receipted) from incoming goods needs to be able to be printed in bulk along with the details of each packet.The packet tag will then need to be viewed within Softr interface when scanned via the users mobile camera.Anyone have experience with making this work with Softr as front end (for taking the camera scan) with AT as backend? I have a base that I’ve published as a library, let’s call it Part Numbers. It only has two fields - a Part Number and a description. I have 2 or 3 other bases that are pulling in this library as a table, and they’re linking records to it.I now need to make some updates to the Part Numbers base - some individual #s may be deleted, or descriptions might be changed, etc. If I upload a new CSV to the main library base and overwrite everything that’s there, but many of the #s never change at all, will the linked records in other bases stay linked?

Hi everyone, I have been troubleshooting this for hours. This is an automation that used to work and suddenly it no longer does. I have an automation, triggered by a button, It’s a simple form submission and the button triggers the creation of various new records in different tables. Many of these records are linked. The Links are written by the automation. All of this works great. But for the last of the records, that is supposed to be created, it does not. The records IS created, however the linked records are not connected. I am linking to records that were created in earlier steps. And linking these records in the earlier steps was no problem. I do not get error messages or anything. The link simply does not get written. Any thoughts?

Hi Airtable builders!Thanks to SyncBase (my Airtable - Shopify integration), you can now create new Shopify Products and Variants directly from Airtable. How does it work?Once you installed the app (can be found on the Shopify App Store), select “Products & Variants” as data you want to sync.  The app will create for you new synced-tabs into a new base (or an existing one if you’d prefer). In the Products tab you will be able to create new records (blank or with already prefilled data). Each new record creation will trigger a product creation in Shopify (draft status, no stress :D). => And of course, you will then be able to edit all this Product data from Airtable too.  Happy to get your feedback and to help if needed :)
