I have an interface that has linked table of images.I need the user to be able to rearrange these records by hand (drag and drop) so they print nicely and the right order. This works if I do it in a view. However the user should only be in the interface. I seem to be able to find anyway to rearrange these in an interface using either a gallery or cards. Is it me who a missing a check box to allow this?

I need help creating a formula that will create a link that will show property details, access codes, checklists, photo uploads (for a cleaning business) thank you in advance!

How can I default to opening bases from the icons as it used to be instead of it opening interfaces always when clicking on an app? Very inconvenient for many of my users.

Hello, I have a primary table of records and a secondary table to request updates to the primary table. I want a column in the secondary table that lists all of the columns in the primary table that someone could select to update. Preferably, this would be a list that is linked to the actual column names in the primary table so that the list updates if I update a column name in the primary table. Is this something that AirTable can do?  TIA!

I WANT THE DETAILS OF THE SUBMITTED FORM TO APPEAR ON GOOGLE SHEETS… I KEEP ON TESTING THE AUTOMATION AND IT POPULATES IN GOOGLE SHEETS BUT WHEN I TURN IT ON TO WORK AUTOMATICALLY NOTHING HAPPENS… WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?   

I am trying to use Airtable and Softr to create a page with fund applications for individuals so that I can track which year a fund was applied for and what its status is (ongoing, granted or rejected). It is important that each fund is presented on individual lines through Softr. If you look at the picture, that is how I want it and managed to do it with Google Sheets and Softer. But I am having problems with Airtable. Does anyone have an idea how I can do it?  

Is this base design possible? See image. I need to schedule a variety of sessions categories (29) across a variety of times. Each of the session categories has a varied quantity of allocations. In the photo attached, at the top you can see the session times and the rooms. In each cell is a pull-down list of the allocation type. At the bottom left in the image, you can see the allocation type and the quantity. The table at the bottom sums up the amount of time session allocation abbreviation is entered in the top table and then allows for a horizontal sum calculation.The top table would be very easy to construct. What I’m wondering is if we can make the bottom table a visible entity on the same table? It will be important to see totals as the sessions are allocated.

Hi, my staff are grouped in 3 areas. Central, West and East. Each team has a deputy manager (DMs) and a manager (Ms). It's important that DMs and Ms can not see records of staff that are not in their area. Does airtable allow you to set up granular permissions?Also how can you stop deputy managers seeing the managers or ceo records?Thank you

Some field types including single selects, multiple selects, linked records, and collaborator fields will show “List” or “Record” instead of the values you may be used to seeing in the Airtable grid view. This is consistent with how the Airtable Web API returns information.

Hello,I need help understanding who can comment to each other in the Interface Portal feature. I set up an interface with multiple pages, each shared with different external guests who have "Editor" access to the interface, but not the underlying data. For example, page 1 is shared with all guests, page 2 with guest A, page 3 with guest B, and page 4 with guest C.Guests can only comment to me, the base creator, and when using "@" they only see themselves and me. Even if multiple guests have "Editor" access to page 1 (which all guests have access to), they cannot comment to each other. 

Let me first preface these questions with I’m a vet tech not a computer programer/data person, and I’m only doing this for my hobby. I have these two PDF files that I would like to add to my air table to help me classify my model horse show string. I would like to put conditions on the drop down list so If I select one general breed or specific breed or class only a certain list comes up,  Is this possible? Hi there,I am using webhooks to send data from our base to our application endpoint, but we've observed that if our endpoint fails to respond correctly, the webhook is retried many times.While we work on making our endpoint more resilient, the volume of retries can cause issues.Is there any setting, configuration, or recommended best practice from your end that we can use as a workaround to prevent or immediately stop a webhook from retrying upon the first failure?Our goal is to have more direct control over the retry behavior to avoid overloading our systems during an incident.Thank you for your guidance.

Hi all! Did Airtable recently push out an update or changes recently?  Many of my users appear to have lost user admin rights with no change on our end to facilitate that.

I have an AI automation step creating an summary and searching the web, but after working fine a few times i suddenly got this error: 'Automation failed: failed to access web page via internet' Does anyone know why this happens? Or what i can do to make sure it doesn’t happen?

 I have generated a form from a base that is working fine. When it’s submitted it allocates the user a member number. The Base is I denticle but depending on the agent it generates a unique number so there are 3 bases, Plus the master base (As I call it) When the form is submitted it automatically generates an email that sends the member number to the person generating the form. This works perfectly thanks to the support received in this forum.What I now need to do is generate an order form. I have done the form but can't work out the automation. Once the first form is completed and the email is sent, I need to send a Second email form unique that has the persons membership number and Name. They then have to fill out information specific to the order and make a payment. They then submit the form which I want to automatically fill in the blanks in the base. Once completed the form emails the manufacturing department the information for them to manufacture from. I need some gui

Looking for a better way to setup this interface so that it is more efficient.  I’m currently using a list view to enter information to create a project estimate. In the photo, the user enters information for each workspace they are updating.  There could be up to 15 workspaces but I don’t want to list 15 seperate sections on this view.  I would rather it be setup to where the user would enter the data for the 1st workspace and if needed have an option to add a 2nd, 3rd, and so on but not have to show all 15 empty workspaces like shown.  The 2nd part of this is when the estimate is emailed to the team, all of the workspaces are showing up as a grid whether or not information has been filled in.  Optimally, I only want workspaces to show up if data has been entered.

 Hello I struggle to configure an action button in the Record Detail view: I wish to update a check box field to ‘NO’ and then to ‘YES’  such that to trigger an automation, but that does not work. It is weird that if I configure both Updates to ‘YES’, the Button takes the ‘After.. ‘ appearance as default. What am I missing?Thanks   2 Updates Button  This is what I wish to doWeird behaviour (??)  

I’m trying to use the record review interface in one of my interfaces, but instead of loading the record details, it just shows a persistent loading spinner and nothing ever appears. I’ve tried refreshing and checking permissions. Has anyone encountered this before or found a fix?

Hello!When uploading images/attachments, the images are being put all into the same “Attachment” cell. I am trying to find a method that forces each image to get its own row in the table instead of being grouped together in a single cell.Can anyone help me out with this?Thanks,Doug.

Hi, I am using the Typeform integration and one question (single select) has 750 options. In Airtable: It is possible to massively add options to the single selection or multiple selection. Instead of paste it the 750 options one by one. thanks

The bases I create are labeled “External” (even after accepting my Organization's invite) and lack the same functionality as bases created by the Big Boss. Are there currently settings that ensure bases created by users within the organization are internal (and benefit from the functionality associated with our price plan)? Would changing my permissions level from “Creator” to “Owner” make a difference? I guess I’m confused that a user can belong to an organization, yet the bases they create do not. Put another way, in practice, every user other than the Big Boss is individually on the “free” plan and creates only stripped-down “External” bases. I'm told we're in the process of migrating from Teams to Business. Will that remedy this? It doesn't make sense to me that only one person has full functionality, regardless of number of use
