Scheduled trigger not working as expected 

OK someone please help! About 2 months ago the automation I had set up from Airtable to Google sheets simply stopped working. I have reconnected everything but get the follwing error message.Error message "This automation is no longer authorized to use the configured Google Sheets account. Please select a new Google Sheets account for this step. Please select a new Google Sheets account for this step."I have a similar automation working fine. Why not this one?

Hey all,I would like to update the access for some base collaborators who currently have full access to base & Interface to Interface-only access (these users were already shared as collaborators before it was possible to share an Interface without giving access to the base).In this case, does anyone know if I have to entirely delete these users from the base and then re-share them as Interface-only contributors (with the 'Allow access to data in the base' unchecked upon share)?Thanks in advance!

I have a use case for airtable product and want to see if its possible already or if its planned or suggested. Or maybe its outside of the scope of what airtables invisions to do with its product.In a nutshell it would make airtable act like a platform, where relatively complex soft and apps are developed and sold out as a product on its own to other businesses and customers. Use case description:1. I create a workflow with automations, syncs and all that airtable has to offer in one workspace, with multiple bases synced between them in one workspace. So it becomse like a app or a soft in itself.2. Then this workspace is like the "Admin or Blueprint Workspace", that can be replicated multiple times (100ds, and 1000ds of times), that creates "child workspaces" of this workspace.3. Hi There!I am trying to build a resource allocation base for one of my teams. The ask is that a task may have multiple collaborators with varying % daily time required AND availability. How do I account for this in the template?I could theoretically do this on the project level BUT that does not take % daily time required into account. Any thoughts?

I want to sync my Airtable View with Google Sheets. Is there any option without using third party tools? I tried automation but it is creating a new row even when the entry is updated instead of updating the entry in Google Sheets. I extensively use Airtable for my work but Airtable has limitations in data visualization. For data visualization, I also tried the data studio connector, but unfortunately it is failing frequently. Hi, Is there a way to connect airtable to google sheets such that it syncs completely? So every time any change is made to my airtable the corresponding google sheets file will also be updated? Thanks, Chris

I need to rig up a button that can export a row of data and download it as en Excel file to a local computer.I assume I'll be able to use Make and Webhook for this. However, the Excel file should have a certain layout. Fx an image placed in a certain place as an image, and certain fields should be placed in different places in the Excel file. So a bit like the page designer, but instead of a printout or .pdf it should be an Excel file.Is this at all possible, and/or has anyone experience with something similar?

Is there a way to export an interface, configured as a "List" view to an excel file?  I understand this gets complicated as many users have groups set within their list view.  I'd imagine that this would work though, if groups are placed into different tabs/pages on the excel file.   Unfortunately, "Print this Page" isn't a great solution to export data.  Additionally, i've noticed that it formats very strange and is rendered useless.  I'd like to also note, that the interface is the only employee facing option.  Employees don't have access to the base.  Only the interface.  Thanks!

I'm working on a small Airtable automation to track monthly utility expenses by pulling data from a regional electricity provider’s site — the fesco online bill system. The challenge is that the site often loads slowly or becomes unresponsive, especially in the evenings.Has anyone dealt with similar issues when pulling data from sites that don’t have public APIs and aren't always stable?  Hi guys,Our company is looking to provide tools to our clients and own their data, so that we can analyse it and see what marketing outreach methods work in the market. We currently give our clients a gsheet to track their outreach data, such as sales calls booked, scripts, follow ups, niche.1 client = 1 gsheet with multiple tabs(every client has their private gsheet, but we store it on our gdrive. Now, I know that Airtable could be way more powerful, but wondering what could be the way to go about it? Would it even work? What other alternatives would there be for us?

I am trying to run a script through a button triggered automation, but I am running into an error for exceeding the time limit of 30 seconds for execution. Is there a way that I can get around this so I can run the script?I have heard that people have been running the scripts in batches, however, I am not too sure how people are doing this as I cannot find an tutorials on how to work it into the automation. Any ideas?

Hello Community,since this morning our teammembers, who only have access to our interfaces, are not able to run Airtable automations through buttons anymore. The buttons are greyed out and they get a warning saying "Not connected to an automation".However, when logged in through our administrator account (with full data access) the buttons and Airtable automations work as intended.We did not make any changes to the interface, database structure or fields, automations, or the users permissions and capabilities. No changes to anything recently. Overnight things just stopped working.Yesterday everything was working fine, today no automation can be triggered through a button unless it is the administrator account with full access to the data. What happened? What could that be?We need URGENT help here. 🙄

I’m trying to identify where a record has an expiration date and send an email identifying that record.I can automate an email that recognizes the expired date but can’t find a way to attach/send the identity of that record. I have a log (record from a table) and the entries have a field “expiration date”.  My automation finds that record and sends an email that a record has expired.  I need a way for it to not only do that but identify what record that expired (separate field).  Is there a way to do that? 

Hi All – I have a large base which essentially functions as a CRM.  The first field in the base is “partner name” and the subsequent fields are information about the partner - location, bio, Linkedin profile, etc.  We use the base to track engagement and other touchpoints with the partners.  I want to build an end-user interface while allows my executive director to input the name of an individual from the base and then have it return a few specified fields.  For example, the ED has an end-user interface and is instructed to input a partner name.  After inputting the name, the interface returns Linkedin profile, bio, and last-emailed (all fields that we collect and keep up-to-date).  I know it’s possible to just make my ED an editor and give access to the entire base but we have 50+ fields and I want an more user-friendly experience.  Privacy is not the concern here, rather my ED doesn’t need to see all the fields and details in the base.  Is this kind of build possible with

What happened to the Pretty Print link?  It no longer works, but there are so many references to it for formulas.

I notice that while i have a confirmation enabled on the computer for the delete button on an expanded record in the interface, I do not have to confirm to delete from mobile which has been risky for my team as we use our mobile devices frequently in the field and its easy to accidentally hit that big red button. There is also no way to undo on mobile if you miss the brief "undo" float message. Am I missing something? It would also be nice to have a delete confirmation feature when add/delete records in line is enabled for calendar, list, kanban views, etc. on an interface. I want my team to be able to click the calendar to easily add tasks to a certain date without filling out a form for each but I don't want them to accidentally delete records either.

I am trying to set up specific filters after a user clicks a button to visit an interface page. It seems that there is no native way to do this given the options airtable gives you,. It also seems like there is no way to add url parameters to an http address  but I thought it might be possible to just do this using url parameters and a http page.Maybe there is a way to do this with a script? I’d have to figure out what the parameter values for the filter are, and then also have some way to redirect to a new page which might not be possible in the airtable scripting environment. 

I'm trying to use a web app deployed via Google Apps Script inside Airtable Extensions and Automations by selecting "Run a script." However, I'm encountering the following error:Response status was 302 'Moved Temporarily' but redirect mode was set to 'error'Despite this error, the action triggered by the request is actually executed successfully.I tested the same request using Thunderclient and did not encounter the error — everything worked as expected.Searching the community, I found a workaround suggesting the creation of a webhook to handle the requests. I implemented this through Zapier, and using the webhook, the requests now run successfully within Airtable (both in Extensions and Automations).However, this setup isn't ideal for me because it adds an unnecessary (and paid) middle step just to retrieve a simple success response from my Apps Script API.My questions: Is there a way to configure Airtable to
