Hi all! I’m looking for an app that will allow, either via direct integration or Zapier, for the dynamic creation of a pre-filled document for e-signature. There are tons of options (too many) out there, but I’ve yet to find something which meets all of my requirements: Create a pre-filled, yet still editable, document with data from Airtable (likely triggered by Zapier) Get the URL to that document BEFORE sending it to the signer. I do not want to send the document to a signer from the app itself. Rather, I want to retain the link in Airtable, and send it off to an individual in an email, based on a separate trigger. Trigger Zapier upon receipt of the signed doc I’ve tried many apps… I had high hopes for Formstack Documents and the new block, but upon sending the created document to Formstack Sign, the document is flattened and the signer can no longer edit any fields. Hi all.So I seem to be stuck. I have a table called People. 100s of records with them all associated with a Company Name (from Company Table). Some people are designated (checkbox) as being a billing contact or primary contact for a company. All of this is great. I made a view called People By Billing view that shows me just those markedNow each year we sent out invoices. We have a table called Payments, with one record for each Company in the Company Table.  This is all good. Here is where I am frozen. What I want to do is pull those that are marked as primary or billing from People to link in the Payments. We want this because we send out emails via the SendGrid tool to those people and attach the Payment ID to it so we can process. I wrote a script that loops through a People By Billing and writes them to a linked record in Payments but it keeps overwriting the record already in the linked record, and honestly, I don’t feel like this needs to be a formula. HiI want to have a small database to control my clients pending payments, the idea is to have a a way to see wich services are paid and wich services are not paid yet.  And create a sort of query to search if for example one  particular client has bills that we need to collect, like a balance sheet of the amount that we need to bill to a particular client, and also a way to mark a bill as paid when the cliente makes the payment (for this I guess the checkbox is the best option)I don't know if the explanaition is good enough, English is not my native language but what I want in spanish is Cuentas por cobrar, wich in English I think it is translated as accounts receivableIs this possible on Airtable? Hey Airtable community - I’ve got a form we intend to use daily to catalog pictures of our daily jobs. The form I’ve made is linked to our “jobs in progress” page and the idea is then that we open the form “upload attachment”, “from camera”, and then snap a quick photo from someones, boss, employee, whoever’s phone. Then it should upload the pic and update the primary record. I’ve got it all working as intended, but the problem is the default picture size on everyones phone is 2 to 3 MB or more, and then we end up having to wait over a minute to upload different pics / angles of the job, when it should really be much faster. These pics are primarily just for liability, colour reference and potentially some social media so they don’t need to be high resolution. I was thinking maybe find a super old phone with smaller pics but seems like a wonky solution, wondering if there’s anything more elegant to speed it all up.

I have a very simple Cash Dispensement program. For every Cash or Credit Card purchase enter the Date, Vendor, Receipt Amount and distribute the expense to “thing #1”, “thing #2” and “thing #3”. A separate “Balance” column adds #1, #2 and #3 and if it’s the same as “Receipt Amount” there is a check box with a check.  Items without a check indicate a problem. I go back and correct the dollar amounts as needed.I have created an automation that updates when one of the four fields are updated. Here is the formula for the “Balance” field:{Receipt Amount} = {#1 Amount} + {#2 Amount} + {#3 Amount}. If TRUE I get a check mark, if False I get a blank in the check box.This worked perfectly when the field was first created.  As I correct the numbers the the Balance field doesn’t update.  When I erase part of the formula sometimes it corrects, sometimes NOT!My personal feeling is the action is being timed out by an Internet connection or high traffic and it’s not completing the update. HiI am using Airtable with Fillout forms for a client project based in UK.  Apologies, this question is more about Fillout.I am happy that I can get request a DPA with Airtable in relation to GDPR.Fillout say that they are GDPR Ready but then state that only Enterprise customers can have data hosted in EU.Can we achieve GDPR compliance with Fillout on one of the lesser plans, with data hosted in US?Anyone in the UK in the same position who could maybe offer their thoughts?Thanks

I may be missing it, but is it possible to modify font/size of single/multi select fields in the page designer block? I can modify everything else, but I can’t seem to make these bigger or smaller or change the type of font they use.

I am hoping to use a formula to capture clock-in time for employees. Intended functionality is that if the box is checked, log the shift start time as actual start time. If the box is unchecked, override the shift start time with actual time captured in another column. Search results said the formula to use is IF({Checked in on time?}, {Shift Start}, {Check in time if late}). The formula captures a time, but it does not match either date field.Any thoughts on why the formula is miscalculating?

I am trying to make a tutoring database and have it so when a tutor claims a students session as a record and add themselves onto the record via the fillout form it makes it so that when another student loads up the page a conditional tells them that someone has already taken the spot. The problem is this only happens if the person opens up the form page at a time after the tutor already submitted his or her form or if the person reloads the page. I was wondering if there was a way for the form to refresh instantly without the tutor having to click refresh to let them know that someone took the spot because if both tutors open the form at the same time and tutor A submits first and takes the spot. On Tutor B's end it still shows that he can still take the spot so when he submits it kicks tutor A off the spot and claims it as tutor B's.

This might have a simple answer that I'm just missing - my supervisor wants to stay logged in to her Airtable account instead of being prompted to sign in each time. I use Google Chrome and am able to stay logged in with my workspaces saved as favorites on my browser. She said she has hers saved in her favorites as well, but uses Microsoft Edge. I'm not exactly sure why mine lets me stay logged in, I've just never had any issue. Any tips on what she could try to get the same result? Thanks so much for your help!

Hello,Is it possible to update multiple records from information in one email?I know I can use the “When email received” trigger to create a record and extract the body of the email into that record. However, I sometimes receive emails with information that belongs to different records in Airtable.Initially, I receive an order confirmation. The new forms look nice, but I liked old ones better. Specifically, it was not as wide and the font size was larger (now it puts a lot of strain on my eyes). How can I use the old design in my forms? Or adjust the font size and how wide the form is?

This is kind of complicated and I’m not sure if it will be possible, but here goes. I’m trying to automate data entry for each record I create in my Project table. What I have set up now is a Long Text field called “Paste” where I paste the contents of an email, and several field agents that comb through the text of that email to fill out fields like Project Name, Project Type, Notes, etc. Each email contains the name of several people associated with the project’s production team: directors, writers, and producers. I have a separate table that is a Master Contact List of all the names that have ever been entered, and in my main Project table, I have a linked field called Production Team that links to the Master Contact List. Multiple linked records are allowed so that multiple people can be logged in that field in the Project table. Right now, I have to manually enter all the names. I would love for a field agent to be able to do this for me, but it would require several steps. First,

The Send SMS App only works when I use the primary number under the Twilio Account Info Section But I have a second mobile number in the same Twilio account under my other Active Numbers that I want to send from but When I change the number in Airtable send sms app sending fails. I tried Creating new API Credentials but that didnt work or I dont know what I am doing there - there was no option to select a particular number,  and I cant find Auth Token and SSID for the number I specifically want to send from. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.  

There has got to be an easy way to fill an Adobe PDF form with an Airtable record.It honestly sounds simple to me and I can’t find a solution (so I guess it’s not simple LOL).  I should be able to map fields from airtable to the fields on the existing pdf form and press a button to put the airtable data on the pdf form. Done. I’ve been messing with this for days now looking for a simple solution.  Fillout offers a complex solution and I’m struggling to overcome the learning curve.  Fillout forms are max two columns and it just doesn’t look good to me.  I like the way airtable forms look, the the functionality is limited.  For example why doesn’t a button exist to “SUBMIT and email a formatted copy of the data”? Currently, our staff is using an airtble form to enter data into the table.  Works fine.  But thennnn, someone has to physically enter that data from the airtable table into an existing pdf form.  Very time consuming and mistake prone.  Cut and paste or retype 50 fields.  We dea

Hello,We are a large sales organization using the Airtable Page Designer to create PDFs in order visualize data from our commission tables. We have created the PDFs in the Airtable Page Designer, but do not know how to attach them back to the individual record within the table.For example: we have commission data generated from the table for the entire sales organization. We would like the PDF that was created for Bob Smith, to automatically pull back into Bob Smith’s record. We plan on emailing all of these PDFs to each individual rep through an automation.TLDR: How do we attach the PDF to the individual rep (record) from which the information was pulled.

I have been using AT for about a year now and love how I can incorporate it to my project management and our companies overall workflow. I am now starting to get the hang of forms but am wondering if I can take it a step further. Here is what I am trying to achieve: I understand that you can embed a form onto a website to get information shot back to your AT. I am wondering if you can do the opposite and share that exact form with another individual, with pre-fille information, a pre-attached file(s) without having to share the record with the person through email. When a record if shared from the original form, the information (record) just gets emailed to the person and that does me no good because I would like to have a “single select” field where someone can approve the form that is being sent to them.
