Hello everyone, I started a new job at a company where I’m trying to structure how Airtable is used.We have a view that’s publicly accessible, but we don’t know which account it’s tied to. We want to delete it, but without knowing the account, it’s impossible.Do you have a way to help? Thank you for your help.Maxime

Hey everyoneBeen looking at the new Proofing tools that had been added a few months back. Its a decent start and I have been considering this as part of our workflows.We typically work with a number of partners that submit updated images to us for review. The idea is we have a task with an image field that is formatted for Versioning.When our partner has a new version of the image that they can submit that into the image field so the internal team can review and give feedback. This seems a little backwards for how the workflow was designed. I think the intent was that the partner would create this in their AirTable, we would be commentors on the images and they would update the images. Is that correct? Thats not great for us since we have dozens of partners and need to have those assets flowing into us to centralize the review process.To make this work for us, I would need to have an Editor license for each partner that would be submitting image versions.

Hello!I’m looking at building a forecasting tool for a seasonal sales business and I’m not sure the best way to set up the base table My dream is a Forecast App/Page (currently happy with out Softr interface) that; #1. has a list of all products, with 2024 sales, 2025 sales, and then an editable field for 2026 Forecasted Sales#2 can be expanded upon to see a listing of customers and their purchases of said product (ideally with quantities and gross margin)#3. The forecasting and customer sales data is only visible to the relevant salesperson (sales code) My question is; what is the best way to set up the database. Currently I have different tables for Salesperson, Customer, Items, 2024 Sales, 2025 Sales (this is over 6000 entries), and then a forecast table that summarizes total item sales per sales code for 2024 and 2025 and has that 2026 Forecasted Sales column. Am I on the right track, it seems like I’m

Hello!I'm having issues with Airtable's default GMT timezone. I have a Date field (which I do not want to have time displayed for) as well as a formula field using the DATEADD formula to calculate the next time a task is due, based on frequency. In the formula field, I can specify timezone. In the Date field, I can't - without adding the time. Because of that, it's calculating incorrectly - everything is off by a day. Only when I add a time do the dates show up correctly. Is there any way to fix this? Do I need to add something to my DATEADD formula? Thank you!   

Hi,I created an email automation, successfully ran tests and they all worked. I even saw the test emails on my sent folder items. However, when I published by toggling the "on" bar, the automation emails were not sent. I even created an update record to verify that emails have been sent, I performed a test to confirm the triggers were correct. It worked! the email test was seen in my sent folder of my email box, the update record trigger for that one I tested worked but the mass email automation has not been sent. What am I doing wrong or perhaps how long does it take for the email automation runs to work successfully? 

Hi everyone,I’m on an Enterprise Scale Airtable account and running into a consistent issue in Interface Designer when trying to build a simple cascading filter workflow.My goal:Users should select a Production first, then see only the Generators linked to that Production in a Record Picker (for a Daily Log interface).The problem: When I add a Record Picker and try to create a condition like Where Production Name is [Value], the Static / Dynamic toggle never appears. I can’t link the Record Picker to a Filter or any other element dynamically. When I add a List, the right panel only shows “+ Create new field”, not “+ Add element”, so I can’t embed a button or any other input inside list items. When I add a 

I'm trying to set up an automated email to email our clients with a feedback form (not an Airtable form, we use a different platform). The feedback form needs to be tailored to each individual, so I've added a field for the link for each record. In the automated email, I'm using the "choose data from" tool to insert the form url from the record. However, when I generate the preview, there is nothing left. I've attached screen shots of the draft email vs the preview. How do I make the link appear in the email??

Hello, I have run into a issue where a date field with time is adding an extra day to a timeline view. Here’s what I’m working with:Using a timeline for Resource Management Utilization Applied Summarize Utilization Using Available Hours Using Account for Time off  The Start and End Date fields on the Timeline Date Fields and the Time Off Date Fields include time. What I’m seeing:When an End Date on Time Off is set to any other time then 12:00am it marks the following day as also being Time Off (OOO).   I’ve tired every setting we have on the timeline view to fix this and nothing works. Hi! I'm new at this. I want to send a scheduled email to a subgroup of contacts and pull in specific Airtable data into the body of the email and pull in the email addresses from the database. I'm using the gmail integration.In the "To" field I'm using the + to pull in email addresses from the base structure and the test keeps failing. It says "Invalid email address in the "to" field: fldU4hKNRZaMDR6U3".  The other fields in the body of the email that I'm pulling in from the base structure say FIELD ID instead of what the actual field name is and so I think those are also not working properly. I feel like I must be doing something incorrectly. PLEASE HELP. Is the email address in the To field what will act as my key to pull in all the other relevant data? I'm not clear if I need to set up a lookup/key mechanism here since the trigger is a specific time and not meeting a condition. To get to the subset of companies I plan to add a condition.

I have an automation that reminds me to complete a task once every month, however, I realized what I actually need is a reminder specifically on the second Wednesday of every month. I have a layout in Interface with 13 different fields.  After publishing and tabbing through the fields it doesn’t follow the expected path.  How can you change the tab order of the fields?

Hello, I have created a custom Airtable extension. But accidentally  I deleted the extension connection from the Airtable base. So how can I run this extension on an Airtable base? Here is only a single option to add a new extension. There is no option to run the previous extension.However, if I try to run by localhost:9000 it shows an error{ "error": "FORBIDDEN", "message": "blockId mismatch. Make sure you are entering development for the correct block." }

When I first started working on this automation script, Airtable presented a list of records to choose as the input for running tests. That was all fine.Later on, I deleted that record, and now the script is failing because the record doesn’t exist. But I don’t see any UI for changing or selecting a new record to use for the test input.Is that not possible?  

Hi! I am using Airtable to create an inventory of items in a museum of education related items. The vast majority of the items in our collection only have a year attributed to the item (i.e. class of '89, picture taken 1976, Spring 1935, etc). I am wanting to create a timeline view to show a history of certain schools, subjects, and other grouping criteria. Is there a way to have just a year (YYYY) be read as a date for timeline and gantt purposes? 

I have the following use case: I have images saved as attachments within a table. I need to automatically upload any newly created images via API (not Make or Zapier due to volume) to an 'Input' bucket on S3. From here the images are manipulated by another API and saved to an output folder. When a file is uploaded to the output folder we would send this back to airtable.Can someone give me some general direction in writing a script to enable this? I understand I will need a presigned URL from AWS which is well documented, but I'm struggling on how I might do this using Airtables API. Any help very much appreciated!Many thanksEdward

Hi everyone 👋I’m importing data into Airtable, and one of the fields arrives as a JSON array that looks like this:[ { "key": "Label", "value": "Sample A" }, { "key": "Code", "value": "0716" }, { "key": "Category", "value": "Lotus" }]Instead of showing the raw JSON, I’d like the field to display something more readable, for example:Label: Sample ACode: 0716Category: LotusI tried changing the field type and using simple formulas, but it still shows the full JSON array.Has anyone done this before?Is there a formula, script, or automation that can parse this JSON?Any suggestions would be really helpful, thank you! 

This might be a bit difficult, because it involves both Typeform and Zapier as well as Airtable. I’m having two issues but both are overlapping. In my Typeform I have some questions that are multiple choice with the option for multiple or single select. One of the questions asks about which states the person is involved with and has them all listed out. One person might just choose one state and the next might choose five. When I plug this data into Zapier, it comes across as one lump instead of individual selections so it doesn’t match up with the multiple select field in Airtable unless the person just selects one. Does anyone know how to fix this? In my Typeform, I have a question similar to the one above that lets the person choose what field they are in. Some people select only one, but several select more than one. This works with a linked field in Airtable. I create a Make.com automation that sends out a transactional email to the customer when a new record is created in my enrollments table.  The last step in the automation is to update the Enrollment record so show that the Confirmation Email was sent out by updating the record with today’s date.It’s a rather basic setup, but every time I test it out I am getting a “404 Not Found” error when Make tries to update the record.I have checked the Input / Output in the error, but I’m not finding anything useful.  The OAuth connection is working fine to pull the records, and the Base / Table / Field names are all pulled from the dropdowns.  I also checked the Base ID, Table ID, and Field ID from the output bundle, and they are correct.Airtable Update node 404 Error
