Hey guys, I am trying to automate my content posting through AirTable and Make and everything works fine until Instagram has to access the video file/URL from AirTable, then it fails and gives me errors. It's because my table is not publicly accessible so how can I change that so Instagram can access the Video URL without being blocked?

Hello,I am celebrating my automation is now working, however, whenever it seems that Airtable is sending me an automatic email titled, "Something went wrong with an automation...". Good morning.We are experiencing issues with email sending from automations. We have detected a change in behavior with email dispatches when several emails are entered in the "TO", "CC", "BCC" fields.When the action is triggered, it appears that Airtable sends multiple independent emails instead of a single email. For example: If "Email_1" is entered in "TO" and "Email_2" in "BCC", then "Email_1" receives the message, but "Email_2" does not receive a copy. In my account, on both the free and paid workspaces, I have the option to update a record's date field with "A specific time" -> "Actual Run Time" in an Automation.  However, in a clients account, they only see When a Record is created (or Form is submitted, or conditions are met, etc., for the trigger) and Base Structure. They do not have the option for "A specific time."Is this something that's only just now being rolled out and not every account has it yet? Like I said, I can see it in both paid and free workspaces that I have, so I don't understand why they wouldn't see the same option for their Automation to update a date field with the date/time that the automation is run. 

Hello,I'm looking for help on Airtable Automations. I'm trying to Find a record to update based on Table:Sessions field matching Table:SignUps field. Both fields are "formula" fields that make a text number because the original Sessions field is a linked record, and the original SignUps field is a Primary Key.I don't know why, but I keep getting the error message below saying, "No valid nested options". It won't let me pick *either* the text field or the original Primary Key for Finding the match, and I have no idea why.I already went through this post explaining how both of the "Find" fields have to be congruent... but as far as I can tell, mine *are* congruent, but I'm still getting the error. How

I created an automation that creates task records when a new project record is created. It finds the matching records from a "task template" table and creates new records in the "task" table. It runs fine except for records that have a user group populated in the "assignee" user field. It won't create those records. Both the "task" and "task template" tables have matching user group fields, so this isn't the problem. In the example below, the automation will create 2 records where the assignee is a single person, but won't create the 3 records where the assignee is a user group.

Hi all, So this automation was working and I don't seem to know what happened. Now when I test an unchanged record, everything is fine, but then when i change something, it doesn't update google and gives me the screen shot alert. I have permissions in the google calendar to change, modify, manage (I'm the owner). I tried reconnecting the accounts and it didn't help. Any thoughts?

Hi all, I have a long text field where I have numbered some text like below for example: Example text Example text Example text However, when sending this field in an email it always ends up looking like the below screenshot. I have tried turning ‘Enable rich text formatting’ on & off, I’ve tried adding it as a ‘list’ and ‘grid’ in the email but it always ends up like this. I just want it not to be indented at all, like I have typed the example above. I can’t figure out a way around this, does anyone have any ideas? Hi - I'm trying to create an Airtable for my team's weekly meetings. In one of the tables, we are adding action items from the meeting and designating the person working on it. However, we'd like to add an automation where these action items would then be created as tasks in Google. Is this automation possible?

I am trying to create an automation that adds a multiple select item to a field but I don’t want to replace it with what exists. For example, if “Troop” already existed in that column, I want to add “Cookie” so that the multiple select field reads “Troop” “Cookie”. Currently the automation replaces everything that exists so when I run the automation, it simply says “Cookie”. Any advice?

Hello Airtable community,In my usage of Airtable, I extremely often find myself wanting to rerun failed automations after fixing some issues in scripts, but at the moment the rerun button only offers rerunning in the previous state of the automation.And the suggestion in the support documentation doesn't apply to my case as this often happens in cases when the trigger is a webhook. And rerunning things then is quite complex and time consuming...I'm therefore wondering whether anyone had insights on some upcoming option on Airtable automations to support rerunning using the new state of the automation, if others share the same troubles, or if the Airtable  team could share their viewpoint on that feature request.Thanks!BC

I suddenly can't add multiple sync sources to my table.I'm on a business plan I have under 20 sources syncing to my table. Does anyone know what that might be the case? I can do it in other bases.I can add other sources in other bases:

I have a table in my online portal with a hidden multi-select "filters" field that is only accessible via a dropdown menu but not visible on the actual table. I want to create an automation that triggers when my existing records (or newly created ones) matches the conditions I setup."If Field1 is none of ... and Field2 has any of ... update record FilterField with 2 filter options"The problem I'm running into is that existing records aren't updated, only newly created or updated ones. Of those newly created/updated records, it overwrites existing options selected in FilterField so instead of adding a 2nd option alongside the 1st one that is already on a record, it overwrites it and only inserts the option with is listed in my automation trigger. Hello everyone,I am working on a script where I send invoice data from Airtable to the QR-Invoice API to receive a QR invoice in PDF format. I then want to store this PDF as an attachment in an Airtable table for a specific customer.My goal is to automate the entire process (sending data, receiving the QR invoice, and saving the PDF as an attachment) within a single Airtable script, without the need for another automation tool like Zapier or Integromat. The process I'm envisioning is as follows:Invoice data from Airtable: I fetch the invoice data from an Airtable table.Sending data to QR-Invoice: The data is sent to the QR-Invoice API to receive a QR invoice in PDF format.Saving and linking the PDF: Once I receive the PDF, I want to save it as an attachment in the same Airtable table for the corresponding customer.

I'm creating an online portal to display my tables to users. The online portal I'm using doesn't display linked records on the table so I've had to find a workaround by adding additional fields to display the text from the linked records. I want to be able to create/update linked records field and have it automatically create/update the single select field (which display properly in my portal and has color options).
