Hello,I have seen a few different solutions for questions related to my issue, but nothing seems to work still. I am going to hopefully explain this in the most concise, but detailed way possible.Overview:We have 2 tables that I am trying to make communicate. 1 table is an intake form with a production calendar view. The other table is an overall production calendar with many different views for different key stakeholders. We have an automation set up so whenever a client submits a request, it also get sent over to our overall production calendar.Problem:The problem is that the launch dates for these clients often changes and in return we need our overall production calendar to update whenever our intake manager moves the date on the intake calendar.Our current process:Someone submits a form.It is automatically added to the intake calendar.We have an automation set up to push this to our production calendar.Our intake manager will then move the date on the intake calendar to align with

I'm new to airtable and need help..so i have a recipe table which have these columns:Recipes Table:- "Resep Bahan 1/2 jadi", checkbox column, user will check this box if the recipe is for sub-ingredient that made from other ingredients.- "Nama Resep", this is the name of the recipe- "bahan", this is ingredient name- "jumlah", this is the number of ingredient used- "unit final", this is the unit (i.e.: kg, litre, etc.)so every line (every row) is a single entry. for recipe that need more than 1 ingredients then will have multiple rows/lines with same name of the recipe (same "Nama Resep") for every ingredient ("bahan" and "jumlah").for example:Recipe A (sub ingredients) need 3 kg of "Bahan" B + 5 kg of "Bahan" C, so will have 2 rows ("v" is ticked checkbox for "Resep Bahan 1/2 jadi"):v | A | B | 3 | kgv | A | C | 5 | kgThen I already have Inventory Table which consists of below column:- "Tanggal" : Date- "Nama Bahan" : Ingredient names- "Dari Lokasi

Here is the situation and thanks for all help in advance.I have a grid view where the primary filter is to only show records where a date field is empty.  This could be as many as 50 records at any one time.I'd like to add today's date to all records in the found set (empty dates) in fell swoop.  Of course, if I add the date to the field, it drops off the found set. This means I have to select todays date in 50 records with the awkward disappearing record.So an automation that will update the date field in all records in the found set might work.  I played around with an automation to do this, but couldn't figure out how to do it.I am open to alternative ideas.  Essentially, I have a set of 50 records that have an empty date and I want them to disappear from the list when a date is put in the empty date field.  But I'd like to automate it somehow.Hope that makes sense.  I have two attachments. How do i create a field or metric that shows the time it took to complete a project. for example, tracking the difference from the start date to the date when the project was marked as complete or from in progress to complete. I want to ignore all the other statuses e.g. not started, blocked etc.Is this possible? Reason i ask is to track this in a dashboard for average project completion time.

I am building for the following scenario and need help to understand a few things1. I have a master table that has the main data (Name, Email id, etc) 2. There is another table with a field (Name) that is linked to the name field in the master table.3. I designed an interface to delete a record from the master table. 4. Now when I see the linked field in the second table, it has disappeared as it should be. However, the entire record does not get deleted. 5. So currently I have added a check column in the second table to check if the Name field is present or missing and am running an automation through Make to delete the entire record for the second table.I wanted to know if this is possible through airtable automation itself instead of creating an automation through another tool. Also if this is possible to run the automation through an interface. Thanks

Have a deal with a company to lower their costs on segments and get a cut per segment. The commission is based on costs cut which vary by segment. As I’m working through them one by one, the commission start dates are different per account.How can I set up a system that will take a commission start date and make a new record for every month from start date up until current month.Would like for this to work retroactively, meaning if the date was April 2024 it should automatically create records from April up until today, and a new record per segment for every future month automatically.

So my goal is to automate image enhancing via form submission.When my table receives the form submission, most of the time, it will receive multiple images ("rawFiles").Once it receives the data, it will send a webhook to Make.com where it all goes through the automation.My issue is "rawFiles" only receives data as a string and not as an array. I have an Airtable automation that uses the AI module to summarize text fields for each record in a view. A repeating group iterates through that list. In Make, those newly updated records are processed through a Word template to output a report. I'd like to figure out a way to trigger them with one button press.There are three ways I'm aware of for triggering Make, but I can't figure out how to make any of them to work.Webhook doesn't work (I think) because I need it to happen sequentially, with the Airtable automation running first.Record update: my original plan was to update the status of a report record that Make was watching after the Airtable automation looped through the whole list, but it doesn't look like you can add another action after a repeating group. So I also tried a script within the group that would count the loop iterations and compare to the list length, and at the end of the last iteration, would update the record. I know this issue has been discussed before, but there doesn’t seem to have ever been a solution discovered, so I’m bringing it up again in case anyone’s found an answer in the last 1.5 years. The problem: occasionally/often, when an attachment is uploaded to Airtable via a Make.com automation, Airtable will immediately delete the file after upload. In the record history, it will say that the user who created the record also deleted it, but that’s not the case. Here’s a Loom video illustrating. Important notes: I’m using the Share Link Google Drive module to get the share link. The automation itself doesn’t seem to be the issue. Airtable will occasionally keep the attachments, but less often than it seems to delete them. The files being uploaded are all “accepted” file formats, like jpg, pdf, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

I am working on a form that has conditions. For example, if a person is filling out the form and they have 3 options1. Enhancement Request2. Update3. Depending on the data inputting into the form, I want to redirect to a specific link. I have three links, depending on the form data I want to be redirected to one of those links. window.location.href = URL and location.href = URL do not work.

I would like to have Airtable email each respondent after a form is submitted showing the form questions and the respondent’s answers. I see how to send a pre-formatted email but not how to include data from the Airtable record and how to create a Google doc which would be fine if I could then get Airtable to email the doc.

I see I can set up an automated email response like “thanks for filling out the form” but ca I set it up to include their responses so they have a copy of what their answers were?

When using a simple Send Email Automation action, it is very easy to insert of "List of Records" and select which fields to show. I have this setup for an automation that is sending a confirmation email when a form is submitted, and I want them to receive a confirmation email with their form submission details integrated into the message. Once those forms are submitted, various other actions are done to a status field to indicate the applications path through our processes. For those applications that are still pending an approval from an outside client, their status is "Still Pending". I would like to create an automation that on a certain date/deadline resends the original message that is sent to the approver. I have built a second automation to trigger on that date, and "Find Records" that are "Still Pending". Hi,I'm looking at abstractifying our e-mail contents to streamline the process. E-mail content is now stored in the automations itself, but I'd like to move it to a dedicated table. Our automations use a fair bit of dynamic content, such as <first name> in the opening line, derived from various "Find Records" steps.I tried to construct the desired e-mail content with a "List of <first name>" token and just copy/paste it to a Long Text field with formatting turned on. Airtable changed the variable to @Unknown and threw an error "Invalid data - you have to refresh the page", and didn't store anything of the pasted text.Is there way to build the whole e-mail content including variables into a template stored in a table?Rgds,Björn

Hi,In our CRM we started with building stuff for a workflow for one customer area, say "nature". Knowing from the beginning there'd later be a need for other areas too, I put a categorising "tag" in place. So we have the leads and some other key data labelled with tags like "nature", "sports", "food" and "music".There are a lot of email automation built in for this workflow. The other areas will largely have the process steps and hence hopefully very close to the same workflow.Starting looking at adding the other three areas to yet only simple email confirmations and reminders (there are more complex automations also) I got a bit stuck. I guess I could build Conditional Logic steps for each of the cases. However, as I now understand it, this would require to also hard code Find Records steps for each case.As there may need to be some updates and other actions too, I'm afraid I'll run out of steps at some point. It also bothers me to hard code all the cases, since there may be more area
