I have an automation set up and the test is sucessful, when its running I can see in the logs that emails are sent as expected but we are not receiving any of the emails.I saw another post which referenced some bounced emails and AirTable blovking their domain as a result, this was removed and the problem was solved. Another said maybe account had not been verified, I can't see this as the issue from following the instructions too.Checked Junk, Spam etc. but no luck, happening for me and all users who are shown as being sent emails on the logs.Any help would be appreciated, as appears I can't speak to support, which is odd!

Hi everyone, please help 😣I have a table set up in a base that automatically updates (via typeform and MAKE) with job applicants name, email and scores on an MCQ that is delivered at a later stage of the application process. I have another table in the same base that lists all the applicants along with many other fields of interest, and I have created a field called 'MCQ score'.I need to find a way to have the 'MCQ score' field (in the applicants table) automatically update every time a new entry appears in 'MCQ score' field in the second table.Essentially, I need it to recognise the email address the applicants add to the MCQ questionnaire, match it up with the correct applicant (based on the matched email addresses) and then automatically enter the score into the 'MCQ score' field. Hello, I am attempting to create an automation which will take compare records from two separate pages and then input values from one page into another based. I have the system working for finding and inputting the data from one page to another, but the issue is that the source page has repeated entries for the same conditions (example: there are 3 entries for the name daniel, where the name is being used as a condition).Is there a way to have the "Find record" action remove repeated values from its list before outputting?If not, is it possible to do so with coding it?Thank you in advance.

Is it possible to embed a jotform into a website that uses url parameters from airtable? I use automations in airtable to send emails and with links to jotforms, but I want to be able to embed these forms into a webpage, but keep the url parameters from airtbale. Is this possible?

I want to use the “send an email once a record is created” automation tool, yet I want it to from an alias account connected to my g-suit account. For example- once a user is registered to my website I create a record containing all his info. then I want to automate an email welcoming him to our service, yet I want the mail to be sent from an alias account (info@…com) and not my personal address (for example- david@…com). Airtable allows me to connect my g-suite account (david@…com), but the alias account (info@…com) cannot be connected (because there is no actual account). Any suggestions on how to set an auto-reply from my alias account?

Hey y’all, Starting to dip my toes into Airtable Automations which are pretty neat, but worried about long term maintainability if I am to lean on them more heavily. Do you all know of any ways to report errors within Airtable itself? Or is it better to wrap all scripts in a try catch & report to an external error service like Sentry?

Is it possible to set a table to sync from an Excel Sheet?  I know I can import data, and I know I can setup Bases to sync, but I'm looking to set up a Table to pull data from an Excel sheet and keep up to date with those changes.

Hi all, I've been a fly on the wall in the community for a while now, today I need some help. I reviewed this post to help me with my problem, however I'm still running into issues I can't seem to get around with my current ability. An automation is failing with the following error:"field "ID" cannot accept the provided value: cannot modify a computed field" The automation is supposed to create a new record in table "grants", when the "proposal" form is filled in. However, the automation fails to create an ID in the "ID" field in the "grants" table.  What is strange about this error is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I don't know why. Looking forward to your response.

We have two bases, a UAT and a Prod base.  Changes are made to the UAT base, and once approved, we sync to the Prod base.  We notice that the records themselves sync over, but they are not in the same order.  Are we missing something or is this a limitation of sync?

Hello, has anyone experienced this issue as of now on October 6, 2023?I usually copy and paste leads from our sheets to Airtable to directly upload leads for our campaign. However, at 5am ET, I couldn't even copy and paste a single row into our database.Is there a solution for this? I noticed announcements stating that Airtable is performing database upgrades today, so I suspect that might be the reason. However, I'm not sure if this is happening only on my end.I would appreciate hearing from others as well.

Hello everyody,I have 2 tables with date column.When record is created in Table 1, I want to find all the records in Table 2 where the date is the same.For this case i need to use a condtion with dynamic date field, I found out I can do it with a string field using the gear icon and choosing 'dynamic' instead of 'static', though I couldnt find this icon when conditioning date field.Is this function unavailable, or am I missing anything? is there a different way to do so? 

Hi!Just wondering if there is another way to use "does not contain" condition in automations.For example.. I have one field (named Country) with all countries. And then I have three different emails.If the person is from Slovenia, they get email in slovene (condition: if the country contains: "Slovenia")if the person is from Croatia, they get in croatian (condition: if the country contains: "Croatia")if the person is from anywhere else (conditions: if the country does not contain: "Croatia", AND  if the country does not contain: "Slovenia")So in the last example I have to use two different conditions.. is there a way to use both countries in only one condition?Thanks!

Okay so I am fairly new to automations with Airtable. I am needing to create emails that are triggered by a certain time for reminder notices and I need/want there to be an actual attachment within the email of the PDF Notice. I will even settle for an image of the notice within the body. I cannot seem to figure this out. Is there a way to do this? The picture shows where I get lost as to what it wants so maybe someone can make it make sense.

Hey gangs - curious if anyone has come across this situation and found a solution. I'm working with a table that will contain all of the contacts for a business. These contacts have relationships to each other. We want to keep track of the people and who their clients are AND do the reverse - keep track of who represents the clients, which we've created two separate linked fields within the table (Clients field & Representatives field). What I want to do is set up an automation that automatically updates these linked fields when one is updated for the related records. Here is an example:Sally is a individual and Chuck represents her. When I add Chuck to the Representatives field for Sally's record, I want the automation to add Sally to the Clients field for Chuck's record so they stay up to date. I want to eliminate the need to update both records when a change needs to be made.Would love any help!

I have an automation that sends an email out after a form is submitted. It was working fine when I created it. I turned it off a few days ago to do some testing. When I tried to turn it back on today it wont go on. I keep getting a red triangle with a ! in it next to the automation name.I tried to recreate the automation which did not work either. I then took away the email step and I was able to turn on the automation. With it turned on I added the email step back and now the automation will not let me update. I click update and within 5 seconds the bar asking me to update is back.

I have an automation set up to send personalized emails to a set of records with a When a record matches conditions trigger. One of the conditions is that the value in the Email Date field is today. This automation has run reliably in the past, but now it's showing an alert symbol in the Automations sidebar and it immediately turns off when I turn it on.All tests were successful. Any ideas?

I have multiple automations available on multiple bases however when I create a new one or turn off an existing automation (running properly) and then turn it back on, it turns off itself automatically. It shows an alert sign

My script was working and then it wasn't after I increased my records from 50 to 100. With 100 records the script was being terminated after 30 seconds. 30 real time seconds is an eternity for computers. I will paste my simple script below and appreciate if you can provide some insight on why the script runs so slowly.First some background. The following action is Find Records there are conditions in the action and the found records are output as a list of records that past the conditions. Next was the Repetable action that can take the list of records as input and inside I added the Update Record action. Hello,So the use case here is that we have a store with 50,000 products and we will start building additional stores. So I want to have a main product table where all the products are. This one is already done in Excel. Then I want to add checkboxes for B2B, IT, DE, and FR (Italy, Germany, France).  So when I click on the checkbox on the main list it should appear in the additional list. So when I click on b2b it should appear on b2b with all relevant data. In b2b I have additional fields where for b2b pricing for A, B, and C that I calculate with certain formulas based on Acquisition pricing.  Up to this point, it was easy. I already did this with automation. But where the problem comes is how the hell do I delete the record after? So I have it in b2b now. But let's say I don't want to sell it in b2b and I remove the checkbox. The records need to be deleted from b2b. I was thinking that the checkbox should be a relationship field

Hi,I send automated emails to my referral sources updating the status of their referrals.  I would like to keep the color formatting and in particular the graphic from the progress bar that shows up in airtable.  However, when the automation runs, it only shows the progress in a numerical value.  Is there a way to bring the progress bar to life in the automation?  DW
