Hi! I’m not sure if this is possible and if so, how. But is it possible on Airtable to use a script so that when a record status changes, to get a popup to appear that contains information relative to that record and a confirmation button that will allow the base user to launch an action through that button (via webhook for instance) ? Thanks 

Good day!I have an issue with an automation that SHOULD populate a table from the above data. The records that don't have the little green star should still be used for the automation to populate this table:The first table has 6 records that aren't being populated and should, into the second image.The image doesn't show the trigger being on, but I checked one later for the test, and it still is giving the invalid input. Not sure what is incorrect. Any pointers?   

I have an Automation that is triggered by the appearance (in a new form-generated record in Table-A, {T.A-Rec.1} ) as having a non-empty value in a field {T.A- Field.1’}.  This {T.A- Field.1} is a link to a record in Table-B.Record {T.A-Rec.1} ALSO has a link field {T.A-Field.2} containing a link, {Ref.C.Link}, to a record in Table C.I wish to update a record in Table C, the record referenced by {Ref.C.Link}.  The field in the referenced Table-C record that I want to update is {T.C-Field.3}, also a link field to Table-B.  The value that I want to put into the {T.C-Field.3} in the referenced Table-C record is that of {T.A- Field.1’}, the link to that same record in Table-B.In my Automation so far, I seem to get the trigger to work OK.   But when I try to configure an 'Update Record' Action to update the {T.C-Field.

How do I automatically mirror data from one table to another in the same baseIn excel it's an = formula Essentially I have 1 table where I am asking managers to add their Initiatives and I want everything added to that table to automatically be copied over to another table in the same base where I will run calculations and extra stuff that I do not want my managers to be confused by.

I would like to have a number field that increments by one whenever the “most recent sale” date field is edited so we can sort products by the number of sales. How do I make an automation that does cellA+1 when another cellB is updated? edit: If anyone knows of a way to do this without a third field, I’d be obliged.

Hello! I have set up an automation that post events that are scheudled on the days they happen. The automation is working well except for the time always posting in UTC despite the data being formated for EDT across all users for this particular table. I have added photos of the date set up in the table, the automation, and the post. Would anyone have advice on how to have it post in the correct timezone? Thank you!

Hi there,I am relatively new to Airtable.  I enjoy this platform very much and trying to learn more to allow for more automation.  I am hoping someone could assist me in trying to do the following:I have made a view of our enrollments that need to be audited.  I am then setting up an automation to send an email at a particular time of the month for our audit team to pick up this data to audit.  I have tried two different ways but not doing really what I am looking for it to do.First, I created the view in my workspace and then tried setting up an automation to send to our audit team at a certain day and time.  However, it won't let me choose this particular view to send.Secondly, I synced my view to the training teams table and then set up an automation to send the email when a record is added to the view.  This works but it is only an email.  So they have to log into Airtable to view the data.  I was hoping to atta

I have a checkbox field which is not filled by default. I created this automation : When record matches this criteria = Checkbox is filled Then I want to update the record’s field “votes” by adding 1 But as it’s a integer field I can only “Add a number” :confused: Can you advice me on what should I do please ? Hi- So I know just enough to be dangerous. To myself. So thanks for any help you can provide.I am trying to time stamp records when the Status changes to Pending. I figured out the formula, but as soon as the Status changes from Pending to Published (the next step in the process), the time stamp goes away. I am trying to keep track of when writers submit their articles (marked Pending).Is there any way to keep that time stamp - even when the Status gets changed from Pending to Published? Is there a better/smarter way to accomplish this?Thanks for any help you can provide.

On the Pro Plan.I am using a simple automation to send emails to static addresses.  The process is functioning well and emails are successfully sent to any address correctly entered into the To: field of the automation.  However, there is one exception.  The process will not send to one specific email address (sales@xxxxx.com).  No email is ever received.  It does not go to the Junk box: Airtable automation history says the message was sent.  This is particularly odd because this is the email address used as the login for the whole account!  It is happening in several different automations.  In the attached screenshot the email to diane@xxxx.com was received.  There is no sign of the one going to sales@xxxx.com.  The

I have an updates table with two forms.  One form is for instructors to upload their lesson plan to the main program table.  The other form is for program managers to make changes to records in that same main table.I have two different forms, with separate pre-fill form urls.  Screenshots are below.Whenever an instructor uses their upload form to submit the lesson plan, the link for program managers breaks.  Why is this happening?Thanks in advance.

I am receiving an error when testing a twitter automation. Trigger: record is created Action 1: find a record with conditions (character count=good, status =approved) Action 2: post tweet of only that record Error on action 2 test that twitter is missing the status parameter. I got a twitter automation to work the other day using similar steps, except that it was tweeting ALL records instead of just the most recent one. I would like to automate posts to Twitter so that they send out both when “Ready to Publish” (status field) and at a specific date and time (date field with time). I note that in the triggers, it allows for date but the most specific it gets is “today” and does not include the specific time. Will it still post at the correct time if the automation is running or is this not possible in Airtable yet?

Hello! Since Airtable has discontinued their native Twitter integration, I have been wrestling with trying to get a script to work within my automation that directly works with the V2 API from Twitter to post tweets within their limited free tier. Most examples on how to approach it with javascript seems to involved a couple of dependencies we can't use within the Scripting action, so I am curious if anyone has found a way to write a script that will work with the latest spec of the Twitter API V2?

I need the date to be captured when certain statuses get selected via automation. This will help me how long the particular record is been sitting on that status
