How many new records can airtable handle at once.Submissions from Gravity Forms to Airtable

HII've got my slack automation working really well for notification, but the link to access the record goes to the last VIEW in the Table I use or the person used in Airtable I can't seem to get it to go to a specific view that has only specific fields showing for that record.How can I make this work so the reviewer doesn't have to go through all the fields that are not relevant to their task.

In an email automation, I am trying to populate the "From" and "reply to" fields from a user card (see attached screenshot). However, when I preview the message, both fields are blank even though the field has a user card that is associated with both a name and an email. Is it possible to populate the "from" and "reply to" fields in this way?

Hello - Is it possible to add a signature card image (see attached) from my computer to an email in an automation? 

I am trying to create an automated email with inserted % fields. However the percentage is not showing up correctly.For example, the % for the record is 55.50% and it is showing as 0.55% in the email.I've attached screenshots of the Automation Email, Email Preview and the actual Record. Thanks!

Hello, I'm trying to create a new record in my base every time a new row is added to a google sheet. However, when I try to configure the Automation I don't have the option to select the fields I want to add (Title, Brand, Supplier, Cost) but instead it shows me "Product" and "Detail" that are in the headers in first row of the google sheet.Any way to solve for this?Thanks! ProductDetails TitleBrandSupplierCostPantsXTBD$4.00

Hey Y'all!I'm struggling to figure out how to do the following and would love some help!I've built a base that tracks registered and onboarded people in a "People" table. "Registered" and "Onboarded" are options in a single select field. The end result of what I'm trying to build is a simple graph that has day on the X axis and a record count on the Y axis. I want to have daily snapshots of total number of registered and onboarded people as my Y Axis. I want to automate this somehow. I think I should make a new table with dates as the primary field and then one field that is the total registered people for the day and another field that is total onboarded people for the day.But how can I automate this so I don't have to check and update daily?I figured automation would work, but the options are so limited with a time as a trigger.I'm thinking I might need a script that runs daily?Can someone help me out here? T

I have a time tracker table and a time tracker rollup table.I have a Formula in the Time Tracker Table which Concatenate({Department},"-",{Week #},"-",{Employee}).So the output becomes: Logistics-35-John DoeIn this Time Tracker table, I have a Duration time based on a (Start Date/Time) and (End Date/Time). I have two automations.- 1. When a new record is created take Formula Column and enter the output into the Linked Column cell.- 2. When a record is edited take Formula Column and enter the output into the Linked Column cell.The process that occured, was that an employee uses a form and enters their department, time, and start/end time. When the record is created the formula then creates the data entry (e.g.: Logistics-35-John Doe). The automation would then take the formula and enter it into the linked cell. The linked cell would then populate the linked cell which was a single row (Logistics-35-John Doe)

Hello. I have data that is in 2 separate sheets on my Airtable and the common reference is the vendor ID.I want to link the column Vendor ID on the Data Page to get information available on the Cost Center Information page when I click on the Vendor ID in the Data Page.On the Cost Center Information page there are multiple cost centers for a single vendor ID in many cases.I tried to link the Vendor ID column to Cost Center Information page but it is only picking up the first line having a cost center.Can I get some help on how I can do this?

I set up an actionable message so that when copy needs to be reviewed my client can either approve or reject the design. But when they go to submit their answer, Airtable requires them to log in to AT to answer. My client has no use for AT it is purely my workflow system.Id there a way to get around this issue or does AT need to make an update?

I am running an automation that:reads a set of logics from a tablefor each logic (repeat for each > logics list) executes a script that does some calculationsI want to add a trigger that in the final "repeat for each" loop, a script updates a record in a table so that I know that the whole automation has been executed and can trigger the next one. I can write a script and input the length of the logics list but I am not sure how I can keep track of the current loop number (through a counter or variable?).

Hello! I'm trying to create a button in a table that when I press it, moves the whole record to another table within the same base and, AFTER THAT, deletes the record from the original base. I'm using an API Token. Also, both tables have exactly the same columns, in the same order.However, I'm stuck with how to retrieve the record ID of the row where the button pressed is.Could someone help out with the script? What can cause an Automation to trigger that is not shown in the revision history,  the automation does not use a view, just watches 3 fields that as far as I can see are not changing.Any pointers on what to look for appreciated.Note that the revision history on the left is for the record that triggered the Automation on the right.Paul  

I have a new automation that is supposed to send an email every week to show the status of each persons projects. In my test "run as configured" the emails send successfully with no issues. But in practice when they try to fire at the scheduled time it fails with the error message "The email was rejected by the mail provider". We have several Airtable automations running daily and Gmail doesn't "reject" any of those. I cant understand whats different about this one or why it works in the test run but not in reality.

So, I have created a booking system exactly like this How to make a simple booking system with Airtable! - YouTube , but I want to make an automation whenever the form is submitted, it will create a new event on Outlook. The problem is, the video doesn't show how can I automatically get the meeting end date & time, so I have a trouble at the automation configuration, since I have tried many several ways like doing formula to add on the date but it keeps giving me error, I have done various things as well but the automation does not show the meeting end date and time, instead they give me the options for length, value or record ID which does not make sense at all.Any idea on how I can approach this to work? I need it asap... if it's possible 😞 

Hi, My script below functions to auto generate meeting time slot dates for my team. However, the time generated does not reflect the time zone I hoped for, i.e., Australia/Perth, UTC+8. Hi,I need some help auto creating weekly calendar entries a few weeks in advance.Currently my automation is set to create 8 calendar entries every Sunday, which shows on a Calendar view for one of my tables. For instance, if my automation ran on 9/3, it would create 8 entries on 9/3.Ideally, what I would like for my automation to do is to create the calendar entries 2-4 weeks in advance so if my automation ran on 9/3, it would create the entries for 9/10 and 9/17. Thanks in advance for any help!

HelloI have an automation in grid mode (so I can select records). I want to create a Google Sheet of those records.How do I Find Records based on those selected? The google sheets bit I can do.

TLDR: I'm trying to mark employees as "OOO" if they are OOO for 3 or more days of the week (vs if they are only OOO for 1-2 days of the week they still show up as available). I have a system set up where I have created an "open space" record for every week and previously I had it set up so if the employee was OOO for any part of the week (even if it was just one day) the open space record will show up in red as "unavailable". But I want to adjust that to only showing up as unavailable if they are gone for more than 3 days of the week.I have created fields in my table that shows all the days of each record,  so for the Open Space records it lists out all 5 days of the week vs for any OOO records it lists out all of the OOO days.I'm looking for a formula that compares the two. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. When I use the script I have written on the scripting extension I get the desired output, however when I put that same script into an automation, the output is all wrong.Is there something I am missing?
