Hello, I am looking for a free form software that will integrate with Airtable that I can put on my website. Many of the form softwares that I found either cost money or have branding on them. Does anyone know of a software that is free without branding? Thanks!

I am building an archive of the activities of my amateur theatre company. The main table is productions - for each production I have a number of fields that relate to people - Author(s)/Director(s)/Cast/Crew. These are linked to tables so that I can see all directors and what they have directed, all authors and what they have written etc. Now, in this group, someone might write one production, direct a different one, act in another and be backstage crew in another. I would love to be able to have a People table where it shows that Joe Bloggs as an actor in XXX, crew in YYY - so you get an overview of everything Joe has done across all productions. I’m new to airtable and trying to figure out if it will be a suitable tool and I could really use some input from people who know more than I do… I’m trying to build a stakeholder register that has a RACI breakout for each stakeholder BUT it gets a bit complicated because: Each stakeholder may be a part of multiple projects Each stakeholder may have different RACI assignments for each project Each project can have different stakeholders I also want to use an exported .csv to include details about each stakeholder for easy reference, and use a lookup so that I only have to enter the stakeholders name and their details autopopulate (this part I do have working). In terms of reporting, I need to be able to see at a glance: Which stakeholders are involved in each project, and their RACI assignments for that project All projects that each stakeholder is involved in (since many are inv

I have an Admin Base that has all of our user data. We have three different types of user data stored in our Admin Base. I love the Sales CRM Base Template from Airtable and am trying to figure out how to sync the data from my Admin Base into my Sales CRM Base Template. Does anyone have suggestions or ideas on how to do this? All of the fields in the Sales CRM Template are hard coded, so they have to be input directly. I’ve started creating synced tables and mimicking the formatting of the template, but now I’m just recreating the template with my synced data tables. This feels inefficient and like poor design on my part (or worst case scenario, a limited template capability). I thought about downloading my Airtable data into Excel, reformatting it to fit the Sales CRM Base, and then reupload it there, but that sounds awful and it wouldn’t sync in the future. Hi! Thanks for your help. I’m creating a database with multiple select and single select columns. I want the “answers” / “tags” (aka what people can select) to be generated when my team fills in a form for this database. As an example, I want the form users to be able to enter 5 keywords for a particular person’s interest, and have these keywords automatically become the options for new form users to select from in addition to new form users being able to enter new keywords (adding to the growing list). Or, I want them to be able to enter an organization’s name on the form (free writing it) and have that name automatically become part of a single select column for organizations on the back end. Is this possible? If so, how do I make this happen?

Here’s some preliminary information to help you understand what I’m trying to achieve… I have 3 tables within one base: Inventory (primary field: Product_ID) Packs (primary field:Pack_ID) Sales Orders (primary field: OrderNo) The “Packs” table holds packs that are made of one or more products from the Inventory table. The Inventory table holds the individual products used to make packs. I’d like to count the total quantity per item in the inventory table that has been sold, in other words the qty “out” from the inventory. Sales orders are registered in its table and each sale is done by pack.

Hi all, I need to find a simple solution for working with 2 columns with Single select. For example: Column 1 - there are two options - car or house Column 2 - there are four options - fast, slow, small, big If I choose the car in column 1 - It should be only 2 choices in column 2 - slow, fast. Hello, I am looking for a way to display my airtable data in a graph. I know that I can use a block, however, I am looking to take the chart and post it on my website. I can use an iFrame, or something similar, I just want to be able to show the graph somewhere outside of Airtable. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I have a table - ‘Main table’ - where new initiatives are created and Jira tickets are generated through an automation when I click the button ‘Create Jira ticket’. The Jira issue key is then returned and populates the column ‘JIRA code’ as part of the automation. I want to automatically pull in the statuses of those tickets from Jira when they change, so I can see the ticket Issue Key and the Jira Status in the ‘Main table’. In order to do this, I have created an entirely separate second table ‘Jira tickets’ that pulls in tickets from JiraCloud (synced) - that have ‘Issue key’ as the primary key: Now that I have a column in my ‘Main table’ with the Jira Issue Key, and a second synced table ‘Jira tickets’, how do I pull in the status from ‘Jira tickets

Hi - I am trying to make a public base (that I can send to our customers) that would list all of our products. Then each one would have a call to action button that would email the right person. Example: Description of Product A - the row has a button that sets up an email to Salesperson A and says they are interested in Product A

I am trying to create a form to make it easy for a user to enter inventory for a list of items in another table. The goal is to make it easy for them to enter inventory for all the items without missing an item. It is possible to make a form for the inventory that lists each item in the items table as form items? Thanks.

We schedule people to work at many locations. Each location has a unique target number of employees for that day, as well as subtargets for specific roles. For example, a location may need a supervisor, assistant supervisor, three generalists, a specialist 1, and a specialist 2. We created an employee table and a locations table. The employee table has a position field. The employee table links to the locations table to create the work assignment. The problem is that you can end up assigning two supervisors or no supervisors, or too many or not enough of any position. We could create role target fields in the locations table and then count the number of employees assigned to that role in that location, but it’s a whole lot of work. I can’t think of anything more elegant or streamlined. Ideas welcomed!

I have too many columns in my table and would like to move this data to a different table. How would I go about doing this while still retaining a reference to the old rows? Hi, I need tips on how to set up an automation (or anything that works) that updates the status of a task based on another in the same project. For example: If Campaign - Copy task status is In Review Then Campaign - Copy For Review task status should automatically change from “Not Started” to “Ready for Review” for the reviewing manager.

My team has a base where we track all our projects which is linked to a another base where we are doing all of our capacity and velocity tracking/forecasting. In the capacity tracking base, we have hours of work associated with each of our project types (e.g: Project Type A, Project Type B, Project Type C). Those project types are correlated to the same project type classification in our project tracker base. In order to accurately calculate the amount of time per project type, we want to have a field that references our project tracker base and counts the number of each type of project and automatically populates the field. In the image - ‘Current Projects’ column should be referencing our project tracking base and counting how many records match what’s listed in the ‘Engagement Type’ column. Then populating the appropriate number. This is currently all manual. We’ve looked through a bunch of documentation on roll-ups, counts, formulas etc. and feel like we’re missing somethi

I think I should be able to do this but I’m not sure how. (I’m definitely an AT beginner!) I have a base for managing summer rentals. I’m pretty much treating it as a spreadsheet with each record a tenant name and then a bunch of info in fields… Lease, total rent, deposit, deposit received, etc. I’ve used this base for two years. I have a formula for figuring the lodging tax BUT it has changed this year. 1) I don’t want to change the formula since that will impact my records for the last two years 2) how do I set up AT so that I can reflect changing tax rates over the years? I think I should have a another sheet that calculates the tax and then pulls it into my main sheet based on the year I’m working in. create a table for the taxes and then a lookup formula? I’m not clear on how to do that. On the main sheet is a column that is empty which is where I think I should be pulling in the tax info…?

I want to find a way to import the spreadsheets so that the following is achieved. For any existing records enrich with extra information (multiple-select) For missing records create a new record Do not replace the original data in master data (only add to it. Can this be done?

Hello, I’ve been using Airtable as an API with NodeJS and Netlify. I’m working on a project and don’t even know if this is possible with Airtable. Let’s say I have a guitar. It has a manufacture, model name, price, etc. I’m all fine with that, BUT…it also has a number of descriptions such as… Smooth and fast playing feel enhanced with Fret Edge Treatment, Recessed control knobs stay out of the way of your picking hand, Signature pickups in HSH configuration offer everything from snappy cleans to screaming leads, Push/pull volume control gives you access to coil tapped tones too, Is there a way to have all of these descriptions in one table? I would call them up in the API and then map through them. Contentful has something for this called ‘extras’ that allows one to enter the data as a JSON entry. I don’t know, maybe this can’t be done in Airtable. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, I was hoping to get some guidance on time logging with my bases. In short: We use Airtable to track projects end to end. I have multiple tables set up that are all linked and cover the project, tasks (each project will have a unique set of tasks which we create a record each for), capacity, priority etc. I have set it up in a way that allows us to attribute any month to a task to which it will be worked on, the est hours we will spend, and the amount of hours we have spent. (All linked through multiple tables). It is a patchy set up and has multiple issues when a task is being worked on over more than 1 month. The time tracker plug in is not suitable as we will often retrospectively update a project/task with hours we have worked on it for that day/week etc. Is there any insights you can give or template bases which are set up for this kind of project tracking? Hello, I’m new to this and was looking for the best aproach on how to implement the following: I have a pack of services I offer my client, that pack has 10 sessions of the same service (real-estate photos). The invoice is only one for the whole package, but I need the dates and project names of them so I can track what has been made. The price is 240€, since there are 10 I can set each for 24€. Or I can have one invoice of 240€ and the rest at 0€? Kind of lost here on what a professional does. Thank you for your time.

I have Expenses with fields EVENT and CATEGORY and AMOUNT. If I group and sort, I can see the sum of expenses for a particular EVENT by CATEGORY. But . . . I would like to summarize this on a separate table. I would like records which show the sums for my Events by Category. I am a new user (very experienced in Excel) so please give detail! I understand how to use rollup, but can’t figure out how to create the records based on Event and Category from the Expenses table. Thank you.

Hello, I am new to Airtable with one base created (and one table in this base). I have a list of states in a column. Ideally now I want to create a separate table for every individual state with its cities listed. I don’t know how to create a link / jump action from the main table by clicking a state name resulting in the individual state’s table opening. I tried to create an adjacent column in the main chart with a button (in case it were not possible to make a state name itself clickable) but am not having much luck. Newbie here, and am loving Airtable so far I am using the Event Planning base to hold all of our dept events (about 200 annually). All events will have the same set of task to complete - pre-event checklist - which can be done by one or more team members. How can I set up my Airtable so the assigned team member to a given event can check-off which of the tasks they have completed for each events?
