In the airtable mobile app, I have gallery interface with dropdown filters.One of the filters is for assignments, which allows me to see tasks assigned to spesific users.However, when I check the assignment filter on the mobile app, I only see myself - other users dont appear. On the desktop version, it work correctly.Why is that?

When can we expect an EXPORT function for interfaces??

I’m building a table in Airtable as part of an internal tool for my company to track client project statuses.We’d like users to be able to: Change the order of the columns in the Interface Designer Set sticky filters that persist across sessions We’re aware this is possible in Personal Views, but we haven’t found any documentation or settings that allow these behaviors directly in the Interface Designer.Is there a way to enable persistent column order and sticky filters for users within an Interface? Or is the only option to instruct users to use Personal Views outside of the Interface?Thanks for any guidance or workarounds.

So I have discovered that automating a PDF into an attachment field is not possible from page designer at the moment. I was curious if anyone has found a way to view their page designer block in an interface? If not I will have to go back to the "data" side of the base and move it over to an attachment field and then go back into the interface. I think if I could just view the page designer in an interface I could screenshot the page and drop it into an attachment field without leaving the interface.

Hi. So the only way I can read-only share an interface with an external user is through Pro or Enterprise plans? Also is there a way to automate the sending of an interface dashboard for updates weekly, monthly, etc?

Hey everyone,I'm working on migrating data from an old database to a new Airtable base, and I've set up linked tables. I've also created a script extension that successfully migrates a record when I manually select it within the extension.My goal is to embed this script in a button field on my interface. This button should allow users to run the script directly on the current record they are viewing, without having to open the script extension and select the record manually.Here are my main questions: How can I pass the current record (the parent of the button) as an input context to my script when the button is clicked? I need the script to know which record it should operate on. I've noticed that when I link the button to my script, the button appears disabled. Hi there, If this is my data (which I think needs to be set up differently), on my interface I am using a blank canvas so I can use images and other information.  But how can I get this data to show as a line graph where the month is the X axis and the Y axis is the amount of days and each line would be the location?  

During the keynote, the speaker showed an interface that had a interactive map with a list of records shown along side it. Is this a new feature or an existing one? How do I use it?

I had AI Labs turned on and noticed the new 'Ask AI' feature appear when looking at my interface. In my testing, it seemed like it'll return any information from the base to someone who asks. Does this feature only work for people who have base access, or will it also return information to interface-only collaborators? 

Hi there, Is it possible when creating bar charts that you can have visuals like we do on Excel or powerpoint? For example On the X axis I want it to have the month, Y axis to have submissions made but the actual bar to show the each teams who have made submissions for those months. Essentially, for one month it will have 3-5 bars which represents teams A-E Thank you

Hi Everyone, I've started using the new interface forms and come across a few issues with loading. The latest one can be seen in the attached. When a client receives a link in an email to the form, then adds some text, they get this error when submitting 'Refresh Page to Submit Form' (Refreshing doesn't help)This works OK if I'm logged into Airtable but not from a incognito or anonymous users. The form is set to allow anyone on web to submit. Anyone else having this issue? looking for a quick fix rather that return to the previous forms Cheers

I have started a blank canvas instead of using a template to show various data.  Is there a way to use a pivot table within a blank canvas?  I want to show points given by each team as the column and each row would be the team then across the top would be each month and then within each would be the number of points given. I would then want to replicate this with the amount of submissions example is below using the template   

I have an interface that has linked table of images.I need the user to be able to rearrange these records by hand (drag and drop) so they print nicely and the right order. This works if I do it in a view. However the user should only be in the interface. I seem to be able to find anyway to rearrange these in an interface using either a gallery or cards. Is it me who a missing a check box to allow this?

Hello,I need help understanding who can comment to each other in the Interface Portal feature. I set up an interface with multiple pages, each shared with different external guests who have "Editor" access to the interface, but not the underlying data. For example, page 1 is shared with all guests, page 2 with guest A, page 3 with guest B, and page 4 with guest C.Guests can only comment to me, the base creator, and when using "@" they only see themselves and me. Even if multiple guests have "Editor" access to page 1 (which all guests have access to), they cannot comment to each other. 

Looking for a better way to setup this interface so that it is more efficient.  I’m currently using a list view to enter information to create a project estimate. In the photo, the user enters information for each workspace they are updating.  There could be up to 15 workspaces but I don’t want to list 15 seperate sections on this view.  I would rather it be setup to where the user would enter the data for the 1st workspace and if needed have an option to add a 2nd, 3rd, and so on but not have to show all 15 empty workspaces like shown.  The 2nd part of this is when the estimate is emailed to the team, all of the workspaces are showing up as a grid whether or not information has been filled in.  Optimally, I only want workspaces to show up if data has been entered.   

 Hello I struggle to configure an action button in the Record Detail view: I wish to update a check box field to ‘NO’ and then to ‘YES’  such that to trigger an automation, but that does not work. It is weird that if I configure both Updates to ‘YES’, the Button takes the ‘After.. ‘ appearance as default. What am I missing?Thanks   2 Updates Button  This is what I wish to doWeird behaviour (??)  

I’m trying to use the record review interface in one of my interfaces, but instead of loading the record details, it just shows a persistent loading spinner and nothing ever appears. I’ve tried refreshing and checking permissions. Has anyone encountered this before or found a fix?

Hi community I have the following question. I’d appreciate any idea how to active it.  I'm organizing my data for AI analysis and need it to be both structured and easy to interpret.To achieve this, I'm grouping the data by a key variable — in my case, Persona. This approach is working well and displays the information mostly as intended.However, one thing is missing: I would like to include a summary row (e.g., a SUM or total row) directly below each Persona group to aggregate key metrics (such as totals, averages, etc.).My question:Is there a way to automatically add a SUM row beneath each grouped Persona to display aggregated metrics for that specific group? 

HelloI have a table, shown in Interfaces as a list and I designed a complex Record Detail. I have duplicated the list for convenience in a different interface - thinking I could amend it in the second interface (I only need a button), but it seems the two record details are linked, I cannot edit one alone. Is there a way to un-duplicate the two record details, without having to rebuild the list and record details? 

Hello I am trying to share an interface to new users as view-only. This shared interface should be as low-effort as possible, immediate access to the table and the detailed records, nothing else. Instead the invited user is asked to sign-up (for free), is shown an horrible and totally irrelevant App Builder process and shown he has 14-days free account. This is totally unacceptable for us: is that how it is supposed to work?  How do expert users of Airtable do this? Is it possible to embed the interface somewhere else? Or do we need to build in our website these interfaces via API?
