Hey guys, I’m using Integromat (Make) to connect Adalo with AirTable. What I’m trying to achieve: • (1) Adalo “Watch Records” (if created or updated) → • (2) AirTable “Search Records” with formula SEARCH(’{{1.Email}}’,{Email}) (where “1.Email” = Adalo email field and “Email” = AirTable email field) • (3) IF TRUE (Email found on AirTable) → Update AirTable Record • (4) IF FALSE (Email not found) → Create AirTable Record Tried various ways (see screenshots) and… • Update Record = Works perfectly • Create Record = It never creates a new record Please see the screenshots to see what I’ve already tried. What could be a solution is if I could set a filter for Adalo to create an AirTable record when Adalo “Created” date is TODAY() but there’s no condition like “Today” in Integromat to evaluate Adalo date against. Could anyone help me, please? :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi There, I would like to ask if we can migrate or copy the Airtable automation to Integromat? I have a lot of automation in Airtable, it’s hard for me to create them again on a new platform of automation. Does anyone know how will I start in Integromat Basic?

Yesterday was the first time in over two years I experienced a bug in Airtable. Data in 3 columns has inexplicably disappeared. The data is all intergers. The summations at the bottom of the columns is still correct I just cannot view the data anymore. Any thought on recovering my data, I think it must be still thereI just am unable to view it. all other columns about 20 of them appear to be working fine. thanks

Hi, before in the share view, we can right-click a column head and select filter or group by this column. But recently we notice this function is disabled. Can we recover this function?

Hi. I have no scripting experience so hoping someone can help. Is there a way to use the scripting block to delete all records from certain tables? I can do this manually, but I have to do this from 8 tables out of 30 in a base that I duplicate regularly. If there was just one button I can click to do this at once, that would be amazing. Bonus if it first asked to confirm that I really want to do this, so someone doesn’t accidentally click it.

I am working on the intake of roster information for Wildfire Firefighters. We have availability beginning and end dates that we could see might need to be changed. I would like to allow an individual to make a change to just their information after they have submitted an intake form. Submitted info goes into a grid view that will be displayed on a pw protected site for high ranking logistics officers to access. One option is to have someone submit their changes via a change request form. The change would be sent to an admin and they would update that. But I’m looking for a way for someone to control their own info without the use of an admin in the middle. Thoughts?

Hi there :slightly_smiling_face: I’m trying to batch update a date field in a specific view. The new dates are coming from a formula field (I’ve assumed the output of the formula field in the scripting app is a date because it’s formatted as such in the table). It runs with no errors but the dates aren’t actually being updated in the table and I’m not sure why. If anyone can pick up from my code why it isn’t updating, I would really appreciate it.

Hi, I was wondering: Do all scripting apps count against my app limit of my plan? For example in Pro Plan => 10 apps per base So when I have 10 scripting blocks inside one base I am already on the limit? If so, does the fact, that there are 2 paying users change this limit to 20? Hi guys, i am really new to airtable and i am looking for a solution on an issue thta, so far, i hadn’t find an answer. All i want is to show on a table, a value from another table created. Let me explain a bit better: On one table i have all the interactions with my customers. These interactions have a field called next action with a date and another field with the action itself. On another table i shall always have the next action shown. This has to be dynamic because as interactions keep being updated, the next action should always be the last on created. Hope i made it clear. Thank you very much for your help!

I want to send a message to a Slack channel based on the message in an airtable cell. And I want it to trigger when its the date in another column. I can’t seem to find an automation in Airtable or Zapier that triggers on a certain date, just at regular intervals (daily, weekly, etc) Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

How to check or uncheck all 100 records in a view with one click ?

I have a webpage shared view of a calendar that has a button link to a URL. Previously I could have the button seen when a record was expanded on the web view of the calendar. Now if the button is enabled under “customize labels” it adds the text of the URL to the calendar entry. How can I continue to have that button to link a URL on a web shared calendar without it showing in the title of the calendar event? Images to explain what is happening. The button is named “Change Request.” The first image shows the button hidden and therefore not available, but the calendar looks like I want it to. The second with the button enabled, adding the URL information in the event title. The third image is how it has always looked when the calendar event is clicked on to expand the record. This is where the URL could be clicked on. This all worked until just recently.

I have a form from within airtable that we use to select a serial number. This is a lookup field from my inventory table, it was showing all serial numbers that were in stock. now its showing Object Object (See image) if I type in the find area it does narrow it to a single (object object) and once selected shows the correct serial number (See photo) Is this a fault with my base/table or a issue with airtable?

Recently my database has been freezing or locking up. This is happening on multiple different users and computers. All are using Firefox latest version. Have made NO changes to Firefox other than the normal updates. No ad blockers, etc. Happens either in private or non-private mode. All computers are using fiber internet connections. No internet issues that I know of. It is happening on my office computer and my home computer. I thought the issue was because my database was too large so archived unnecessary data. Database size is now 1.6GB / 2,223 records. It is still doing it. The message I am getting is: "This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up the browser stop the page " As of a day or so I started seeing the phrase “Saving (with spinning icon)” I have submitted a request to support but have not really received any answer as of yet. Hello. I am building a simple AWS Lambda service to backup all my airtable data. The strategy i am using is: I call the API and save all the raw data in a json file. This process is working fine. But when I try to restore, I am unable to restore the linked fields successfully, because the original RECORD_IDs no longer exists. Example: Table A: [ id: “rec11111” ==> Generated automatically in the original table ] When i restore Table A into a new table (simulating that someone completely deleted the original table), i use the create() method from the API. This id is no longer valid, because airtable automatically assign a new random ID for this record. And because of that, all my linked fields are broken. Did someone also faced this problem? How did you manage to solve or build a workaround? I’ve been thinking of some strategies but they all feel a bit complex and unnecessary, it would be more simple to set the original Id at the moment I call the create() method. But that seems impos

Hello, I do not have a lot of programming knowledge so Im struggling with something that I think is quiet easy, but I could not find the answer online (at least not an easy one). I would like to create a script that I could run on demand to check all the boxes if Label contains “Roadmap-visible” Something like if Label contains “roadmap-visible” then checkbox = true I know it is easy to do it with automation and I have already done it but I would like to do it with a script because it is more practical to run the command on demand. Hi all! Not sure if anyone can answer my question here, but I’m a bit concerned about the updates to the Attachment URLs, and I wanted to make sure my team won’t be impacted. One of our use-cases for Airtable is to gather lists of users via an external submission through a form in Airtable. As I understand it, this change will only impact/expire the URL itself, and not the actual file, which will persist in our Airtable database. Can anyone confirm that it’s only the URL that will be expired? Thanks in advance!

I have events that are multiple hours long, and when I put a start and end date/time the calendar creates 2 events for one hour at the start and end of the event. For example, an event that goes from 7om - 9pm has a one hour long event from 7pm - 8pm and a one hour event from 9pm - 10pm. Is there a way to make the event a multiple hour block for the duration rather than 2, one hour events?

Hey! I have a simple form that asks the user to select their name from a list. When they select their name, it includes all of their information like name, email address, profile picture, etc. Some people already have their profile picture, while others never uploaded it. Is it possible to write an if statement that requires an image attachment if the profile is missing the picture?

In the following table, why won’t the email addresses (Email and Email 2 columns) show up as hyperlinks so that you can click on an email address and it opens your default email program? Please help!
