Is it possible? I need the timestamp feature that I can record the current time just with one or two click(s) but still can be modified manullay. I use ‘date’ field for this purpose but it displays date that I dont’t need. Duration field shows only time but it does not support one-click current time insertion. The only work-around I found is Column A: date field: 2020/12/15 17:56 Column B: formula filed: DATETIME_FORMAT(‘Column A’, ‘hh:mm’) There are two problems. I have to use two columns to show only one field Column B has a timezone issue. (I live in UTC+9 area. The column A has a local time but column B shows UTC time. So A is 2020/12/15 17:56, but B is 08:56 Thanks.

Hello All, As someone who knows nothing about JavaScript, I am trying to write a script that creates a one-to-many link between two tables. I found some code elsewhere on the forum and have modified it slightly. I have a “Facilities” table that lists out each facility from which we will be collecting data. I also have a “Results” table that has the results from all data collection at every facility. (This table is quite large and new records are added everyday.) The common link between these two tables is the Facility ID. I would like each Facility to have all their results linked (one-to-many relationship) in the “Facilities” table. Currently, I am able to run the following code and return a one-to-one link. I’m assuming that the output gets rewritten each times it goes through the FOR loop, resulting in only one output. Is there a way to modify the code to have it output multiple links instead of just one? Here is the code that I am using:

Hi! I’m new to airtable and I’m trying to transfer all of my databases over to this platform from access. One thing that I’ve really liked about access forms is that I can have the form value appear to the inputer as “yes” or “no”, or some other wording input like that, and then in the backend what gets filled into my database for “yes” would be something like 1, while “no” would be 0. So essentially what I’m wondering is with airtable forms is there a way that I can have these options on the front end but then have specified values filed into my table based on what the user chooses? Thanks!

I’m wondering if this scenario is possible - I cant seem to figure it out… Table(A) includes generic contact data: Email(Primary), Name, Phone#, Address, etc. Table(B) captures an event as a record. The use case I’m hoping to figure out is how to link Table(A) into Table(B) by populating either the Email OR Name. I’m familiar with the Lookup field, however, my understanding is that it can only be populated via field data pulled by the Primary Link(Email). I tried creating a 3rd table to link Name to Email but was ultimately unsuccessful in getting Table(A) to capture the record in Table(B). Any advice/suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hello, we are entering a new phase of business. We operate an uber like business. We have a list of outer UK postcodes, with sub regions etc. We have around 400 companies / partners. We need to allow partners to sign up, and select the postcodes that they operate in, as well as define their prices for 3 services in these areas. Then I want to be able: a) to lookup a postcode and service and see who offers the lowest price service for that area b) to see all the carriers that operate in that area, this would be to distribute

Thought this was a no brainer, create 3 different views & lock them down. Example: 3 different yearbooks, one of three views applies to each yearbook. However, when I edit one it affects all of the views. Need to show only student pages that are related to each yearbook. In the lookup field, I pick a field to filter by and it works for one yearbook. But when I edit a second view (second yearbook) it changes the first view (first yearbook) to reflect the second view.

As in, businesses X, Y, Z each have separate cards in my CRM, but are also owned by Alphabet (and this relationship is visible when I open my Account card for X or Y etc) Thanks a/Community!

Is there a way to add a hyperlink in a Form? I’m creating a form to give donors multiple options to donate online. I’d like them to be able to select an option in the form (not the message page after the form is submitted) that links to a specific PayPal donation page based on their selection. Hello! I am trying to use Zapier, to take information gathered from an AirTable form to create an outbound text message. I have everything working except for the use of the date / time in the outbound text due to the Airtable format of date time (2020-12-17T06:00:00.00). Is there a way to change the outbound formatting of the date time to something more legible? Thanks in advance, Jackson

Hello, I’m trying to figure out what size I should be setting my document to. I was trying to create a canvas with the intended size: 8.127 x 10.253 in. When converting this to pixels at 300dpi in photoshop, I show 2438 x 3076 but when I entered this into the page designer app and exported, my document was something like 24 inches wide (3x the size). Please help!

Hi Airtable Community, I am working on a table and I would like for the first column to be sorted in alphabetical order (A --> Z), but when I do this the whole column erases. However, when I do (Z --> A) it does work. Could you please help me out but telling me how to sort the column (A --> Z)? Additionally, Is there any way I can have two different field types applied to the same column? For example, if I want to have both long text and multi-select on the same column and be able to pick which field type I want to use for each cell of that specific column. Hello! I am trying to add in a picture (or a link to an attachment) to a SendGrid email template. I have created a field for the URL of the Attachment, and added the img tag in the SendGrid email template, as I saw in another email on this topic, but, when I test the email, the image appears as “broken.” Am I missing something?

Hey yo I have a simple use case, I have an airtable form receiving submissions. I can see the submissions in grid view in the same table. But now I want to make changes to those submissions without changing the original submissions. How do I do that? What I tried, Creating sync table in the same base, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. Help appreciated.

Hi, I have a google sheet set up to keep an updated list of stock prices that updates hourly, I would like to connect the recent price column to a column on my airtable. I somehow managed to do this with one stock only on Zapier, but another user deleted the column and I was unable to replicate what I did. I am happy to use any method, but to date cannot do it. Hey! I’m trying to connect data from different bases into one, and that data from the different bases have it summed up. So what I’m trying to do is these: I have a different base for each soccer tournament in which contains the stats of every player, and I want to have in the SAME base the stats of that same player in the different tournaments like: Have “Lionel Messi” stats from 2018 season + 2019 season + 2020 season, etc in just one record… and add all the stats in one base. My idea is to have a general base with a few stats but from ALL tournaments (bases). I know I can sync bases but there’s a limit of 20 synced bases and I have more than 20. I’m new to Airtable (and databases generally) so I apologize that I can’t articulate my problem better than this. But here goes: Through Zapier, every day I send an Airtable form to my clients. When they complete the form, a new record appears in the base. So far so good. Ideally, they would complete the form every day of the week so there would be one record per client per day. But they sometimes forget… Is there a way to automatically create a blank record (with null values) for the days when they forget to complete the form? I need to track these no-response days and don’t want to create the records with null values manually. I’ll be (extremely) grateful for any help. -Jason
