After looking at all the questions re: logos in the emails, I find that I am still having problems.  I am not seeing the logo.  I've attached the output and the code.  Please help!!!

HiSo i just invited a user with a view license so they could complete a form (locked to our domain). This user was able to create their own workspace, and in the process upgraded themselves to editor.How do i stop this from happening? I'm about to invite 300 people to be able to submit a form for a project, and really don't want them to be able to upgrade themselves to editor and blow my license count.Cheers

I created a base for a client and now need to transfer that base to them and remove myself as the owner.  What is the best way to accomplish this?

My Interface goals are stalled because I can not figure out how to create my desired bar graph. I created a bar graph example in R to show that I would like to have the number of hours on the Y and the dates on the X. They do not necessarily have to be color coded but they should be separated by the location. In my own attempts to create this bar graph I have only been able to create a count of the number of hours logged. For example, 2 hours has been logged twice for two different dates. This does not provide any substantial information on time and the number of hours spent traveling per location. If anyone is willing to help me figure out how to create this bar graph, please reach out! I would really appreciate it.

Is there a way to use the Multi-Select Field WITHOUT the field options being in Bubbles (i.e., as just plain text). I currently push several multi-select fields into Page Designer to generate record reports; however, have to maintain an interim field for each that uses a formula to strip out the bubble. It is a cumbersome workaround. Seems like there should be a "Bubble" toggle just as there is a "Color-code option" toggle.

On one table I have item name/type/start date, and I’d like airtable to auto-fill some cells next to it in that row depending on the type/start date selected (type is a dropdown single select). So for instance on this table: When the type (green arrow) is monthly email (or whatever the type is), then fill in the cells next to it (purple box) which is called from this table: I’d also like it to fill in dates according to the start date of that item, so for instance if it’s type “monthly email” starting on June 17th, then according to the second table calculate the date of 2 weeks before the start date. Going to sync this with our CRM for activities, so these cells next to it are the item activities name/date. Hello!I have a table (table A) that has two fields I want to display in another table (table B). One of the columns in table A is a check box value, the other is free text. I have linked table A inside table B and created two look up columns in table B to display the check box column and the free text ones but they turn up blank. Any ideas on why this is happening? 

I'm an author, and I use Scrivener to write my manuscripts. As you can imagine, keeping up with characters and all their details is a necessity but until I started using Airtable and up until late last night when I had an "ah ha" moment, it's been a nightmare. Last night, I configured a base to keep tract of characters and locations. I then created a character development form to fill out when plotting and designing the story. Another "ah ha" moment later and I remembered that I can add webpages to Scrivener as documents and they will open up in the editor pane as if the webpage is a part of Scrivener. So, I grabbed the share view link for the form as well as the Gallery view for the characters of the book series I'm working on and attached them to the Scrivener file. Everything is working beautifully, but it will not allow me to edit the character records in this view within Scrivener. It says I need to login or create an account even though I've got the base open in another

Is there any way to archive a chart in airtable?I created some graphs using the airtable interfaces, the point is that one of these graphs represents how much I spent on each category in the current year until the current moment, so when the year turns, this graph is reset.I would like to be able to archive it or "freeze" it within the airtable itself, so I would have a year-by-year history to analyze in which categories I spent the most in that particular year.If it were possible, I would like an automation to copy this graph and archive this copy on December 31st, since on the first day the information will be reset. If this function doesn't exist yet, please think about implementing it, it would really be very useful. 

Hi. I want to create an agreement form to sign. The form will be made in fillout. There will be fields for name, email address etc to fill in in the form, however I'd like the legal agreement text to be automatically in one field in AirTable that will also show up in the Fillout form. Is there some way to do it or am I going about it a wrong way?

I have been looking for a solution to the issue of creating multiple-page quotations in Airtable. I have a quotation that is 6 pages long. I tried hacking the page designer by using custom-sized pages and dropping page size images as backround to create the various pages. It just doesn’t look right and never will. Also, you can’t email the quote directly from airtable which is an extra pain. I have been trying to evaluate Formstack as a solution. I have followed all the instructions in the videos but when I open the output document or save it in an attachment field in airtable the documents are black. I have tried to get help from formstack but they are taking an age to get back to me and I can’t go through what I am doing so that they can help me identify why it is not working. Has anybody else had this problem or offer any possible solutions? Thanks in advance Sean

Apologies - it's hard to write a subject line in what I need help with. I am trying to make a shotlist for a photoshoot, pulling product information from a non-editable base. Some products will be in multiple shots. Meaning product A could be in shot 1 (solo), shot 2 with Product B, and Product C. I am trying to figure out how to have Product A filter to be shown in Shot 1 and Shot 2. is this at all possible? 

I am using LIST records API to retrieve data from the table.I am needing to get all the records every time. This is acceptable, but no ideal.My client's table has no field that mark when a row is created or edited/updated. Does this of function already exist?  How can I make it 2024-08-31 6:30 PM PDT like how the record is in my airtable base? I don't want that T or Z at the end and the seconds and the decimal to be shown either.

I want to paste a string of text into a linked cell and have it recognize the linked relationship. I have about 2,000 lines of data to copy and paste into Airtable. For example, I want to copy the following addresses into cells where the cells link to another table. 123 Main Street, Anywhere, CA, 90210 578 Main Street, Anywhere, CA, 90215 I have not had any luck in pasting it or in the cells recognizing the link. I have also tried “wrapping” the text string in commas as follows: “123 Main Street, Anywhere, CA, 90210” “578 Main Street, Anywhere, CA, 90215” No luck with that method either. Any suggestions? I want to display a field taken from one of my records from my fillout form but I want to make it uneditable. I am using the form to update already made records but I want to display a field but make it uneditable. Is there a way to do this? 

I was just wondering if there was a way for an airtable form submission to be edit-able. It’s annoying how everytime a form is submitted it shows up as a new entry when someone perhaps wants to go back and revise an existing form entry. I know Google forms has this. Is there any way for Airtable to do this?

Is there a way to sort the records randomly (not alphabetically)? Say I have a table of students and I want them to be randomly ordered for a presentation or something?

Hi! I have a grid view with two columns, Start Date and End Date, that I have been manually updating to curate a calendar. I have started tying some of these line items together through the new Predecessor features, and since then have encountered a major issue where Airtable will automatically update dates to 0000 and 4049 in my Start Date and End Date columns. Help!
