I have set up a flow in Make.com with a webook-airtable-strip-airtable to create and send invoices from stipe using the data in Airtable.It all works apart from when creating the invoice in stripe it creates an invoice for £0.00. It looses all the pricing info. And yet I can track it through the input/output.Anyone help??I will happily post all the input/output data!  

Hello everyone, I am having an issue with my images. I uploaded all my images with a webp format to minimize size. I have an example where I am uploading an image that is 63kb but it is being returned as 467kb. Yes, 467kb that is insane. What can i do about this? If I can't find a way to fix this I might as well get rid of this api because that is completely unacceptable.

Does anybody know how to actually get a response from airtable support? I submitted a ticket 10 days ago and got an automated reply saying typical response times are 1-2 business days. I've since followed up and still not heard anything,Is support usually this poor?On the off chance anybody from airtable reads this, my reference number is 00714333

Is there a way to download multiple attachments at once? A group of photos has been uploaded for a project and the designer would like to download all of them at once instead of one at a time. Is this possible?

Hi there! I am looking to see if it’s possible to download a zip file of all attachments for a particular field. I did look at This Post and it does not seem to cover what I’m looking for. I don’t need to download ALL files attached to the base as the aforementioned thread is describing. I want to be able to zip and download the attachments for one field instead of having to download each one individually. I could have sworn I was able to do this at some point in the past, but can’t seem to repeat it! Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

#needhelp! I have a gallery view, in my records there is a field with 20+ attachements (pictures). When I share this view, and I would like people to be able to download the 20+ images from a record all at once. Just by clicking on a button. How can I do that please ? Thanks for you help.

Im over limit on a base and trying to upgrade to Business Plan. I cant get a response from support on this item. The system is only giving me annual options, not monthly, which we are currently on. Ive attached a screenshot. The system shows monthly price before entering this page, but once in, it seems its only annual options. I appreciate anyone's help on this. A little confusing and frustrating. I need to upgrade ASAP for my team but dont want to be suprised with a 5K+ bill next month.

I have a personal facebook art page where I post to many related facebook art groups, when a post is submitted to a group it goes into a moderation state, then I just wait for their admin to accept/decline the submission.I've setup a base that contains:All posts: Individual art piecesGroups: Each Facebook group I belong toIn the "All posts" table, I've added a "Roll out" column which is to show the status of whether I've posted to all groups. But I don't think this is ideal as it has no relationship to the groups.What I would love to see is some kind of progress state column that tells me how many groups there are outstanding which I have yet to or are waiting on post approval.

[First time Airtable user] I am working to create a master database of contacts linked to their segments in the industry. And in those new tables I want there to be more information on the companies. Table 1: Master contact list I want this table to hold all contact information of the person including if their company that they work for is in the Top company list on other lists that I have. These lists are detailed statistics and information on each company in my industry. Other tables I thought I might have are: Clients, Topp Supplement Companies, Top Raw Material companies, etc. I need help in organizing this data to where if I go to a person. And I know they are the CEO of X company, then I can see if that company is in the other lists I have (maybe in another table?) and from there I can see all of the information I have on this company and having all of this linked… If this makes any sense at all please let me know and if you have any suggest

AirTable acknowledges that users like to create many views. What they do not understand is that while yes, views are critical, we are forced to create more views than we want for one key lacking feature (bug IMHO):"Grouped by" view on “Multiple select” field does not separate the individual valuesE.g., if a table has one record with “Product1” available in “USA” and a second record with “Product2” available in “USA”, “Canada”, then grouping by availability will currently yield two results, “USA” and “USA, Canada”. Instead it should show “USA” with Product1 and Product 2, and “Canada” with Product2.USAProduct1Product2CanadaProduct2Of course, this gets much worse in real-world examples where you have larger numbers. The manual, painful workaround? Manually create a filtered view for each multiple select value. UGH! Note: the 

I'm trying to move attachments from AT to Google Drive using Make. For some reason when the scenario runs, the files that get created in Drive are invalid. These are small png logo images and when I try to open them in Drive I get an unrecognized file format error. Here is my Make setup:Is the AT attachment URL field the correct one to be using?

Hello all, We use Airtable to manage our auto export business, mainly for keeping track of documents in/out and car movements from one warehouse to another. I’m trying to create a table where we can keep track of where / when / who happened to the docs It is linked to our Master table which has all the main vehicle info (vin / make / model / customer / price…etc) , but our Master table has a “stock number”(autonumber) as Primary field. When I setup a new table called Doc Tracking, then Link to Master, when you add a record, it only looks up the Primary field, but not able to search by partial vin. It’s kind of cumbersome to enter by “stock number”, which we only use for filing purpose. we always go by the VIN for everything else. Is there a way to define which field the “Link to another Record” looks up? Thanks

Hello, I have a question that I am having trouble finding an exact answer for; my company manages week-long events at a large scale and I'm trying to determine how much it would cost to allow several temporary collaborators on a specific base for a week.I know that Airtable bills per user prorated by day, so does that mean if I bring in 5 users for 5 days and the monthly cost is $24/month, would the answer be $0.80/day per user*5 users*5 days= $20 total added to the invoice? I hope this makes sense, let me know if you need any more context! 

Hi, I’m using Airtable to manage my library. I was hoping I could use it to automatically calculate the due date based on the date I loaned the book out. For example, if I loaned the book on the 5th of October, I want to add 14 days and have a column saying 19 October for due date. How do I do this? Regards

I'm pasting a single-line text field ("Whisky Name") into a linked field ("Link to Summary Page"), and it used to paste all the names across into the linked field. The action was that if a name matched with an existing one, it linked it to the existing one and if it didn't, it created a new line in the summary table.When I pasted all the single-line texts across, it matched the existing ones and left all the ones that would be 'new' items blank. I know this because if I manually select the link cell, type in the name (nothing shows up), and 'click create a new record' it works. In that case, if I have a duplicate further down and I try the copy-and-paste method, it works because it now has a match.Has something changed?

So I am having an issue with Airtable on MAC. When I am in any base and on the first table the button to add another table is constantly flickering. (see Link for a video, not my video but same issue),https://community.airtable.com/t5/other-questions/text-in-header-blinking-flashing-bug/td-p/132478The weird thing is it isn't happening across all my devices. So I have a Mac Studio and on Safari, this is where I am having the issue, But on the MacBook Air and Safari I am not having this issue. Both devices are on Apple Silicon. Is there anything I can do to fix this? 

I find that the pricing page shows that the free plan can have unlimited bases. Detailed plan comparison table on the pricing page shows that free plan can have only 1 workspace. Also I find in this page Airtable Plans - Summary & Overview | Airtable Support page that each workspace can have only 500 bases. So as per that the free plan can have only 500 bases. So what is correct - 500 bases or unlimited bases?. 

I am a historian, constructing a historical database (1940s-60s). When I click on my linked record for a person or institution, some of which will have to link to 1000+ records, I notice that the records are almost arranged in date order - but not quite. As I scroll down, I will notice up to 20 or 30 records running from earlier to later, as I would like, then a record from a decade earlier will appear next, followed by another run of (successful) earlier-later sequencing, though often for yet another subset of years. Naturally, I would like the entire contents of a linked record to run from earlier to later. I cannot see what other sort criterion the linked record might be using. It certainly isn’t the random 6-digit number I’ve created for each record ID. What is odd is how the linked record is almost in date order.

Hello Airtablers, My base is a list of leads with linked tables of their respective organizations and locations. I am evaluating a new sales tool called Apollo and I’m trying to configure their API into my base so I can pull the contacts and organizations. I understand the basic logic here, but my experience using APIs like this is minimal. Can anyone shed some light on how I can go about linking Airtable and Apollo? Is it possible to make a search box appear also in the “grid view” on mobile (as happens in the desktop version)?

Hi All, A search of the community yielded the same question but no definite answer. I have created a view on Airtable, shared it so users can search and find info that they need. Problem - filtering, grouping, and search work only on desktop or laptop browsers. None of those options are available on mobile devices. Is there a workaround or some way to get at least the filter and search to work on a mobile device? Thanks in advance. Regards, usha

Hi, So for the purposes of this problem, say i have 4 tables: Customer table: a list of all customers. New Leads: a list of all leads. Orders: a list of all orders currently being executed. Disputes: a list of all disputes. All records in new leads/orders/disputes have a record from the customer table as a linked record. We have over 100 customers. For our meetings, what we’d like to do is have a dashboard of sorts where we can select any particular customer, and get the new leads, orders & disputes to all appear on one page. Afaik, i can’t see any easy way to do this in airtable. Is there any block or any way that could help me create this? Thanks zeta
